  • If there is any company with an amazing backlog of classic games it’s PlayStation, so thanks for going above and beyond with allowing previously owned PSP and other games to work on the PS4.
I for one appreciate it very much.
Just because it’s older and muggier, doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy them still ❤️

  • Does anyone know if we’ll be able to download and play PS4 games on both primary console and secondary on the subscriber’s account? Thanks!

  • spiritsicario82

So start in UK is 24.may?

  • Everyone crying lol

  • Instead of streaming ps3 games, could it be an alternative to make the avaliable games free to download on the playstation3 system?

  • superzombieelmo3

If we already own 12 month Playstation Plus, will we get boosted to Premium or will we get put at Essential? Because if it’s Essential, then what is the point. If you already look at the old Playstation Plus subscriptions, they are practically already what the new subscriptions are gonna be. So if I wanted to be Essential, I would have paid for the 1 month subscription, instead of the 12 month subscription. So I better be put at Premium. Otherwise that is $50 down the drain just to get bumped down to a subscription that costs $10.

    • $10 per month over $60 you only paid for ps plus not ps now as well. You want the highest level then pay for it.. An extra $60 or go for middle at $40

  • superzombieelmo3

That used to cost about $10.

  • Does anyone know if the games that got removed from ps now will come back when ps plus premium is released. Want to play some mgs4 but it’s gone from ps now.

  • Are you straight up kidding me? I paid whole 3 months for PSN now , and Never got refund. Plus, i was in middle playing sly cooper collection , but now I have to buy whole ass PS3 to play it. SCAM

  • a question because i think I’m confused, what’s going to happen with those that only have the PS now service ?? meaning i have PS now but I don’t have PS plus in what plan I’m going to be? anybody knows???

  • I can’t wait for this

  • I expect one of the classic titles you guys will add later is Daxter (PSP), as it ticks of all the boxes: “high quality title”, another PlayStation exclusive added to the list, critical and commercial success, goes along perfectly and expands the near complete Jak and Daxter series, etc.

  • I expect one of the classic titles you guys will add later is Daxter (PSP), as it ticks of all the boxes.

  • There are some famous titles. Nice.
    ****

  • The fact that “select” digital PSone and PSP games previously purchased will be playable at no extra cost is fantastic, I hope you are also able to offer PSVita games will be available at a later date, I know games like soul sacrifice delta would fly off the digital shelf

    • But does that include previous Plus offerings as well? They gave away quite a few PS1 Classics in the early days of Plus. They still show up on my account, alongside my purchased PS1 Classics. So I assume those would be counted as well, but it would be nice to get it clarified.

  • Please add Legend of Legaia (PSone)
    And Legaia 2! (PS2)

  • PLEASE put trophies on APE ESCAPE!

  • What is like to know is, if you will have free access to any PS1 Classics, PSP, Minis, which you’ve “purchased” by way of the free monthly Plus titles offered, back on the PS3/PSTV. Sony had offered quite a few of those in the early days of Plus. And some heavy hitters, including, Crash 1-3, Spyro 1-3, Resident Evil 1-3, Syphon Filter 1-3, CTR, Oddworld 1& 2, Tekken 2, Hot Shots Golf, Um Jammer Lammy, Castlevania SOTN and Chronicles, Jet Moto, Warhawk, and more… I assume these are included as purchased PS1 Classics, since they are still associated with your PSN account, but I’d love to hear an official statement from someone about them. I’ve asked in a few different places and haven’t seen any replies.

  • OKish start but missing so many first party games on PS4. Knack 2, Little Big planet racing just two easy examples that should be in there. I’ll wait for the release and see if it’s worth to take a subscription next to all my games on disc.

    • and no wwe…. guess I’m losing many games with this new service too

    • I think they really dropped the ball on the potential they could have had. Marketed towards the crowd under 20 instead of marketing the “classics” towards those of us that were actually ALIVE when those came out and want to play them again. Nostolgia could have made them a lot of money. Oh Well.

  • Ok so I just want to say that I am VERY disappointed. First off it looks like most of the games you get on the higher tiers are games that have been already given away with Playstation plus in the past. Second, and most important in my eyes, is that there is NOTHING NEW that we can get PS3 or PS2 or PS wise. For example… I was hoping this service upgrade might make is so I would not need my PS3 hooked up still. Games that were popular but that we can’t play on PS4. Things like Final Fantasy XIII trilogy, Legend of Dragoon, Fight Night Champion… you know, Games that people all loved that we need the PS3 hooked up to play. Instead, you want me to pay extra for games I already own for the most part from PS+ and the Classics, which is 120 bucks a year, are games I really don’t care about. Playstation had a chance to make this epic and bring, not only new titles to the mix that people want to play, but nostalgia kicks on games we used to love as well. And I own these on the PS3 so don’t say it’s too hard to make digital. Sorry Playstation… But if you expect me to pay double what I am now to get access to PS1/PS2/PS3/PSP classics, you should have had better things than games meant for the kid generation. #TooOld4Playstation

  • This is pretty cool, but how much would the new ps plus subscriptions cost?

  • Why is ps plus premium the only one get the time trial demo feature and not both ps plus extra AND premium? I know why because all premium does is fuse ps plus and ps now along with everything you get in extra that’s it. I’m disappointed in that decision give ps plus extra the time trial demo feature please 🙏.

  • They need to put all games that have series like ratchet and clank in and just random titles they pulled out.

  • How do you find out what games are leaving the PS Now service as part of this transition? Many games left the service a week ago – classic franchises like Sonic, Yakuza, Metal Gear, Silent Hill, Sega arcade classics. The big titles leaving PS Now/PS Plus Premium are really important information and yet I could not find any official notification of what games are leaving. It has been a race to try and play some of these before they left the PS Now service. Even when browsing PS Now on the PS5 the leaving date is NOT displayed. You have to specifically select a game and view the game’s details to see if there is a leaving date or not. You can’t manually check every single one of the 700 games on PS Now.

The new PS Plus line up starts in 2 days on the 24th May in Asia and yet there is no full games list provided. It seems odd to launch a new service and 2 days before the service launches the games on the service are still a secret. So I can’t even check the current PS Now list against the new PS Plus Premium list to try and spot what titles are leaving.

  • 我觉得真的很有诚意

  • Very good Subscription.🔥🔥🔥 I look forward to seeing the new PS Plus menu soon 😍
    Brings the best deals.
It is much better than the GamePass .

  • Y’all better add MegaMan maverick hunter X to the classics….. Please

  • leaky_regency07

  • how you gonna take off silent hill HD off of psnow but not add it to the new ps plus?

  • why don’t have the Dead cells?

  • I want the first resistance, need for speed underground 1 and 2, manhunt, red alert, rogue trip, street fighter ex 3, can we get any of these

  • I have some game requests for The service. Final Fantasy Crisis Core (psp) remaster with trophies, Kartia (psone remaster with trophies) and Vandal hearts 1&2 (psone remaster with trophies) wouldn’t mind more armored core games and king’s field etc.

  • Still a bit disappointed. No word on Sly Cooper and many other seemingly sure games on the new Plus. There are many first-party games on PS Plus already, but not going forward. And a lot of the Extra tier stuff is semi-recent games I have. Almost like I should have waited to buy any games.

  • I just want to be able to play any and all of my PS games I’ve purchased since PS one. I want to do that all in one place. We are talking like 600+ games that only 300+ are from PS4 and PS5. Please Sony. Let us play what we already purchased.

  • pepatroubajednic

I have no problem paying 17€ per month for a premium plan, but please make the METAL GEAR Series playable on one console! I have this desire to play the part of the series one by one. Till now this was not possible. This is one of the grates series of games ever created please make it possible. Just take my money and make it possible please SONY.

  • captaincronch369

Do we know if skate 3 would be added onto this I was a big fan of it but once I moved to ps4 without ps now I couldn’t play it but really want to

  • I’m going to really bummed if God of War: Ascension, God of War : Ghost of Sparta, God of War: Chains of Olympus, God of War I,II, and III are not in this like they were in the original PlayStation Now. I was in the middle of playing the series when now was shut down in my area.

  • Meh… I’ll pass

  • I’d like to comment how trash this is and bash it outside of a “few” titles listed under playstation studios for PS4/PS5 but clearly that’s pointless seeing how Sony can care less about it’s community. It’s been a good run of 5 generations but I think it’s time to advance to PC. You guys continue to nose dive since PS2 and there is waaay too many Greats for the classic list to look like that! Some of us our already over owning our $500 paper weight.
And for all you blind, delusional, fan boys, clearly you have no idea cause you probably weren’t even alive for PS2 lol. This is garbage and some of us are not okay paying a reoccurring membership waiting on whenever “they feel like it” to drop the games that we should be receiving. If you can’t compete with game pass admittedly with day one first party release then you’re gonna have to try harder then that!

(Biased Fan boys sure know how to settle, and that’s why [you] the players that keep this company afloat also allow Microsoft to be better by saying this is acceptable.)

    • Edit: not okay paying a reoccurring membership waiting on whenever “they feel like it” to drop the games that we should be receiving. If ever*

    • You will be so happy with your PC experience. I love playing Horizon Zero Dawn on my PC for example.

  • gabybasuquerottv

You know what would be super dope!! If you guys add WWE all stars or Any WWE from ps2 or ps3 that would be bringing so many memories to a bunch of people, for example like WWE smackdown vs raw! OMG! That’s a classic right there. SONY!!! Please!! Make that happen!! Specially WWE all stars lol

  • So they’re just games everyone already has because they got em on sale, or games that nobody actually wants. That’s exactly what I thought it would be. You are nothing compared to what Microsoft is offering if this is all you got. Pathetic.

  • ninjabreadman01

Any chance of throwing pain up there I used to love that game

  • Hey Sony! I love you 😽 Please love me back and do the PS3 and PS Vita emulation 😽 Also add games permanently, not for limited time.

  • June ps4 games or what?

  • Bring back Battlefield 1943.

  • spongequaviusiii

So uhh… Where tf is skate 3?

  • I have a question my ps4 account is kuwaiti region which means my ps store is strict i cant buy games like gta or god of war and im wondering since my account is strict can i still get the ps plus merge or not, Please anyone answer my question

  • I really hope they add Persona 3 and 4.

  • Hub_City_Maniac

If we’re going to do classic games we need EA Sports (Fight Night Series, NBA Live Series, Madden Series) EA Big (NBA Street Series, NFL Street Series, SSX Series) EA Games (Def Jam Series) Rockstar (Midnight Club Series, Bully) Jet Moto, Smackdown Vs. Raw WE NEED THE BLOCKBUSTER CLASSICS PLAYSTATION LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE !!!!

  • Why Sony will add God of War on PS Plus for June. That so stupid it is already there.
