Brace yourselves, people! We have another great lineup of games coming to PlayStation Plus this month. With shooters, puzzle games, platformers, and more, we have a little something for everyone this April.
To start things off, allow us to present Tower of Guns on PS4 and PS3. It’s about a tower filled with guns. And so much more! Shooter fans, prepare for an adrenaline-pounding challenge through a randomized tower with enemies, bosses, power-ups, and little robots that just want to hug you. Also on PS4, explore the Alaskan wilderness with Never Alone, a beautiful puzzle game with an adorable pet fox. Guide a native Alaskan girl through harsh environments in a touching effort to save her village.
For Plus members gaming on PS3, look out for Dishonored, the critically acclaimed stealth game that celebrates player choice above all else. Also in the mix is Aaru’s Awakening, a stunning platformer that’s also available on PS4. And for PS Vita, both Killzone Mercenary and MonsterBag are joining the Plus lineup this month.
These games will be free for PlayStation Plus members next week Tuesday when the PlayStation Store updates. Enjoy!

Tower of Guns (PS4, PS3)
Free for PS Plus members
A game that needs little introduction. Why? Because it’s a tower filled with guns! Over-the-top in all the right ways, try to survive this tower with random enemies, bosses, power-ups, and a boatload of bullets.
Never Alone (PS4)
Free for PS Plus members
This beautiful puzzle adventure tasks you with guiding Nuna, a native Alaskan girl, through breath-taking environments to save her village. Also, you get to travel with a fox! Can’t get much better than a pet fox.
Dishonored (PS3)
Free for PS Plus members
Players take control of Corvo Attano, a bodyguard framed for murder and imbued with powerful abilities to seek revenge. This game is all about player choice, and feeling awesome while executing extreme stealth maneuvers.
Aaru’s Awakening (PS3, PS4)
Free for PS Plus members
What started as a school project for a team of students in Iceland is now a gorgeous platformer about navigating treacherous terrain with well-timed teleports.
Killzone Mercenary (PS Vita)
Free for PS Plus members
View the iconic war against the Helghast from a mercenary’s point of view, and jump into a robust multiplayer mode to show how good (Or bad?) you actually are.
MonsterBag (PS Vita)
Free for PS Plus members
An adorable puzzle game about a bag-shaped monster named V trying to reach his friend Nia without scaring the pants off of people. May or may not include a battle of wits, skill, and the inevitable apocalypse.

Hentay, you aren’t even a PS+ subscriber, so why complain? Try some new games once in a while instead of all the big ones. You might find some that are fun to play.
While I understand the lack of AAA titles for PS4 that you guys can afford to give out for free, which results in indies, most of us don’t want them. Not to sound ungrateful, but these aren’t actually “free” games, we pay to rent them. Which means we’re unconsciously paying for the indies you guys release. I haven’t played one indie so far on the PS4 (except Transistor, if thats an indie) because they just look uninteresting after reading about them. I bought a PS4 for the big stuff. So maybe you guys should just substitute PS4 games for PS1 Classics for the Vita/PS3 or something until you can afford to give out games that people will feel justify their PS4. It will keep down the arguments. No disrespect.
Great line-up.
Why no more AAA Vita games like Killzone Mercenary, why? Why… ;(
BEYOND!
The gameplay with Never Alone isn’t revolutionary, and the jumping / landing dynamics mean that you’ll suffer some cheap deaths. But I really enjoyed watching the videos that you unlock along the way, and discovering there that the game has actually done an amazing job of bringing of all of the real-world stories and art to life. And the guy who finds himself on an iceburg that breaks off from the land … yikes.
SORRY BUT
When are you going to stop treating PS4 users with contempt? You should be encouraging PS3 users to upgrade. Oh wait, you don’t have to give us decent games because we have to subscribe to play online. 1.5 retail games in 18 months is a JOKE.
Never Alone is worth a play for anyone that hasn’t played it but there are enough worthless PS4 games now to be giving us.
Please give us retail games for PS4, you treating PS4 users like second-class citizen.
Bring on Knack or Wolfenstein, its enough with those indiegames.
Dishonored is a GREAT addition to the lineup! Glad to see this!
I like the line-up for PS Plus 3 PS4 games AY caramba!!!!!!
Yay more indie games. :/
Dishonered is the only thing i’m even rometely interested in and i’ve already beaten that.
Stoked for this lineup. Something great on every platform!
Never Alone, Dishonored, and Killzone Mercs!
Not heard of the other 3, but I’ll probably check them out too.
Dangit. Update Vita for Killzone or keep Youtube app….. choices.
I promised myself I wouldn’t renew my sub, but I really wanted to co-op in Bloodborne. Isn’t there any way to make a different sub system that costs less for those who only want to play online? I couldn’t care less about these PS+ games and I don’t want to pay 50 bucks a year just use my PS4 online (which doesn’t make much sense) :(
Great lineup! Tower of Guns is really good. And I’ve been wanting to try Aaru’s Awakening and Never Alone, so now I’ll have an excuse to. MonsterBag looks interesting as well.
My advice to those who have never played Dishonored is to buy the DLC. It’s like a whole other game, and tells as good of a (if not better) story from a different character’s point of view.
Killzone: Mercenary is also solid – easily the best FPS on the Vita. Maybe this will get the multiplayer servers populated again?
Thanks, Ryan, for getting the update out on time this month!
We’re glad you’re interested in MonsterBag as well! We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it :)
