I ended up buying 11 games total. Under dollar sales are great in that I’ll try out games I might not have otherwise bought (I actually didn’t even know of over half the games I bought)
Picked up Katamari Damacy for $0.90, mostly as a cheap insurance policy for my PS2 disc.
Most of the games I have already from Plus are ones I wouldn’t mind giving up if/when my Plus expires. So even the <$1 price tag is uninviting.
But for the rest of you who want games previously acquired "free" via Plus: 1) Make a new non-Plus account on your system and buy whatever you want. Or 2) Contact Sony support with your list and beg them to remove the game(s) from your account so you can buy them. It's worked for some people but not everyone.
Bottom line: They'll make more money if you keep Plus forever due to issues like this than they would from actual sales. So…they have no real incentive to care.
Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition is $1.65 on the store, not the $0.90 listed here….

You have to download it to you PS3 first. Don’t install it once you do. Plug your Vita into the PS3 and get it onto your Vita through the Content Manager. I’d like to know if SIM THEME PARK can be transferred to the Vita this way.
Is the price for Dead Nation AE going to be fixed or not? Please Sony… just give a straight answer… 1.65 is still a good price, I just want to be able to buy at least another game or two… but it will depend on the price for DN….

Question, for games like Gravity Rush and Myst that only say PSP/PS Vita and not PS3 as well, does that mean if you purchase them onto your PS3 that you still have to have a PSP or PS Vita to play them or will you be able to play them on the PS3 in which you downloaded them?
@olblue82: It’s best to check the store on your console (or on the web) and do some further research to see if a game offered here plays on your system. These posts often contain errors and omissions which are rarely fixed or even acknowledged.
But in general, games that say PSP/PS Vita are just that: They won’t play on a PS3. The only reason they’re in the PS3 store is because they can be transferred to a portable from a PS3.
Could someone please tell me if Home is cross buy, or if you have to purchase both for vita and ps4. Also if you have to purchase both, does it support cross save. Thanks.

Lovely. Got two games I’d never heard of for $1.79, so I’m good. Unlike some of the haters here, I can’t complain about the selection because I’m well-aged enough to know some gamers will find stuff to buy that they’d never heard of or seen before. That and there are some true classics here! Klonoa, Wild Arms, Syphon Filter, Breath of Fire IV, both Wild Arms games, and so forth and so on? Man, If I didn’t own these as physical already I’d be re-buying them (and going broke in the process because I’d probably end up with about 50 or so of these games)…

Great sale! I picked up several. One small, minor complaint: Why isn’t there a non-PSP version of “Star Wars: Battlefront II” available? (Come to think of it, I don’t even see it in the PS3 library of games… can that be right?_

I picked up 12 games for the price of a combo meal :) I’ve been wanting to checkout these Telltale games for some time now, and how could I pass up these prices? I scooped them all up :)
I’m loving my PS4, and I’m sure glad I kept my PS3 hooked up to the home theater as well. Haters gonna hate, right now is a great time to be a Playstation fan.
My playstation Plus expires in a few days and i won’t be renewing it for a while because i haven’t really been using it for a while. I would like to purchase gravity rush, but since i got it with psplus it says i already have it and won’t let me purchase it so i can still play it after psplus expires. Is there any way around this?

I’ll be doing the same when mine expires in a couple months. I mostly play just my vita, so I only look forward to those plus titles, and my backlog is so huge right now, by the time I can get to those games, I’ve usually seen them on sale for a ridiculously low price….except I can’t BUY them, because I own them through plus. No more of that. Considering the discounts have been weak, I won’t be missing it at all.
And that’s not meant to be a knock on Sony, but as someone that doesn’t own a ps4, and rarely touches the PS3, the discounts (or lack thereof) just aren’t worth it.

@228 yea i agree the sales have been meh, the free games haven’t been as good since the ps4 came out on any of the platforms, and i have PS3, PS4, and Vita. I mainly play single player games for the story and hardly touch online, plus if i do play the few online competative games that i do its on PC so i have no need for ps plus, but i still want gravity rush :(

I’ve been asking for Megaman legends weekly on here when they post the drop every week (along with saga frontier, vandal hearts, brigandine and others). If more people keep asking, maybe they’ll take notice. That’s what happened with suikoden 2. I understand there’s a licensing issue with the music, but if they wanted to work it out, I’m sure they could if there’s s profit to be made.
I bet you guys would sell way more PS1 Classics, if you know, we could actually buy and play them on our PS4 systems.

Yeah, the PS3 PSN Store is garbage and crashes constantly. I gave up on many purchases just because I was sick of my PS3 rebooting & sitting through a hdd corruption scan.
Just use the web version. It’s much better.

I would say you are in the very small percentage of people who’ve played Dead Nation and feel that way about it.
Also, If you’ve only played 5 minutes of it you must not be very good as you couldn’t have even past the first level.
Dead Nation was one of my favorite games on the PlayStation 3 and it was a great feeling to have beaten it on Morbid difficulty with a friend online. I even got a platinum trophy on it and I normally don’t even bother with trophies.
House Marquee is an asset to Sony having created amazing games such as this, Resogun, Super Stardust HD, and I can’t wait to see how AlienNation turns out.
Tried to get Syphon Filter. I see for PS+ users it should be free, but when I put it in cart and go to check out i get charged. Why isn’t it free anymore? Any with an answer on that?
