  • I love psn+
thank you so much! I need to clear my backlog of games so I can get on playing those awsome free games I’ve collected through psn+!!!
    big thanks

  • the tekken game rounds it out i forgot to add that

  • Wow, I’m glad I looked at this page before making the trip to my local gamestop. I was going to buy Disgaea 3 vita today but now I’m glad I didn’t. Question for those who know, does the vita version also include all the DLC from the PS3 version or no?

  • I might be in the minority here, but I wish there were more sports and racing games for the PS+. I’m one of those who can’t play FPS or 3PS because of motion sickness. So no matter how great these games are for most people, they are useless to me. It would be great to just be given several choices each week, and let each person choose which one they want to get. For example, one FPS, one RPG, one sports game. That way we are all happy with what we get. I don’t see that hurting the bottom line since we are still only getting one game. This would also be beneficial to the loyal fanbase who spend money buying games from the PSN store. How many times have I seen it posted here – “Damn, great game but just bought it last week”.

  • @576 and @577
I think I read once that Japanese PSN accounts can delete 0% trophies, but it has been a while and I cannot find confirmation of this.

  • @653 I actually do a test run of games on an non PSN account to see if its worth playing, Game trials don’t work too well offline.

  • Thank you! I’m a first year plus member here, just finishing up Dark Siders, can’t wait for these updates to drop.

  • How big is Spec Ops in GB?

I am running out of HHD space so it would be nice if you could include the file size of these games in the update for those of us with limited HDD space left. Thanks!

  • I’m really happy to see (as a PLUS subscriber) all these freebies this month.

I renewed my PLUS subscription just yesterday (+3 Bonus months!), and on top of that, I’m gonna get $10 rebate.

Wow, I thought only Steam had such great deals, but I guess I’m gonna come back and check on more of “The Drop” instead!

I simply cannot stop bragging about PS+ to people.

  • @656 The game is already available to download for non Plus users.

  • Hey guys, the dying2win competition is finally back
next month you can win 3 copies of GoW: Ascension :))
    ( dying2win.playstation.com.au.pn )

  • This might not be the best place for it but I subbed to the PS+ 1 year plan and didn’t get 3 free months. Can someone look into this?

  • Well this is great way to step up with the content offered and the monthly update, this way we see the whole content being offered to the PS+ and we only return weekly to see whats beeing added.

Congratulations with getting this content to the IGC! I think that the only way that someone wouldn’t like this update is if he/she don’t like shooters (and a great story) and don’t have a vita.

Just one final recomendation as mentioned by some other members, try and get some great RPG it doesn’t matter if it is old or even a clasic if it’s a great game!

  • i really like this new format. it’s nice to have a sense of things in the pipeline. and hopefully this will keep people’s responses more reasonable and civil when a given week doesn’t have anything they particularly want. I myself am really looking forward to both spec ops and the cave. both had fantastic demos and reviews. thanks again.

  • Nice games thank you

  • with all the PS4 interface screens released ..not a single one shows the icon of PS+ …!?

is plus getting a new look for PS4 ??

  • I really can’t wait for the update today. A lot of free stuffs and I am looking forward to Tomb Raider. I am hoping that it is available on PSN (to take advantage on $10 money back) or else I would need to go to local store to buy it.

  • dear morgan will we get that rpg next week do not have a ps3 just a vita but love what u guys doing u guys make me look foward to tuesdays keep up the awsome work big fan

  • theaveragegatsby

I just put a bigger hard drive in my ps3 last week to contain all the goodies you’ve been throwing our way. Looks like it’ll be put to quick work! Thanks Morgan, keep em coming.

  • Please make upgrading of PS3 hard drives easier. Throwing out these awesome stuffs to us would result to hard drive upgrades.

  • I’ll pass on the anti US military shooter.

The Cave and Joe Danger 2 are phenomenal adds, though. Thank you.

  • Or make PS Plus members to backup their downloaded games on a hard drive. We really need it.

  • now that’s a friggin update! thank you!

  • I really can’t believe this may be the best update ever since I joined Plus in Jan 2012….3 good games that I don’t have….Spec Ops,Joe Danger 2 and The Cave…I wasn’t planning on buy Spec Ops but still is a ok game….but I was really eager to buy Joe Danger 2 and The Cave….Thank you guys for real.

  • dear morgan i would love to see that rpg
3 next week do not have a ps3 just a vita u guys rock keep up the awsome work

  • @IronMarmot

As a former military man myself, your comment is ridiculous and has no basis in reality.

  • I left a comment the other day asking if when a free game leaves Playstation Plus if I have to buy it to continue playing them, and I got an answer about me having to renew my subscription… I’m meaning like, Plants vs. Zombies is leaving on the 26th, will I still be able to play it for free with my PS+ subscription, or will I have to buy the game even though I’m subscribed?

  • Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention is for Plus members right? I don’t see it anyway under PSN Store Instant Game Collection on PSVita. Maybe you guys made mistake or something; anyway you might want to check it out.

  • Just joined plus yesterday. Looks like my timing was good. Looking forward to spec ops.

  • Incredible month! Thank you for the new monthly update. I couldn’t stand the weekly updates. PS+ pays for itself in just one month. Well done PS+ team and keep up the great work!

  • Spec Ops is a fantastic game. I just got the platinum trophy for it a few weeks ago though. I’m glad others will give it a shot.

I can’t say I’m too excited for the rest of it. I was hoping the fighting game tease was for MK Komplete or Dead or Alive. The rest just isn’t my cup of tea, but it looks like plenty of people will be happy with this month.

Guess it’s mostly down to sales for me this month. I renewed Plus for a year, and bought Walking Dead. $40 more and I get a second $10 bonus. Give me an excuse to spend!

  • @Xx-Phoenix92-xX

As long as you are PS+ member and downloaded the game for free it’s yours to enjoy.

If you are PS+ member and DON’T download the game and it leaves the PS+ free games you will then lose the game and not be able to download it for free. If this happens you will have to buy the game if you want to play it.

You can even pseudo-download a game without downloading it. As long as it has that red Playstation symbol next to it you can download it for free forever as long as you are a PS+ member.

  • Dear Playstation:

    THANK YOU!

I now have to officially get a bigger hard drive, this is quite possibly one of the best updates in a very, very, very long time.

    BRAVO!

    Signed;

A thankful, and very happy PS+ member

  • Could we request games to go on sale for Vita in next week’s update? LittleBigPlanet Vita, Assassin’s Creed Liberation, Metal Gear Solid HD collection, NFS Most Wanted, Mortal Kombat are my top requests for sales. I know you need to get studio permission, but would it be possible to try to get at least some of these games on sale? I agree, this month is an awesome PS+ update, but these games on sale would make it even better. :D

  • wow… this is HUGE!! thanks!!

  • It kind of sucks for those of us who didn’t receive the $10 credit message and who just renewed our PS Plus prior to the $10 for $50 promotion. And can’t we get Tekken 6 for the PS3 as well guys?

  • OH COME ON!!! I just bought Disgaea 3 the night before this update post, now I find out Disgaea 3 is free for PS+!?!?!? Seriously horrible timing…

  • Spec Ops and Tekken on Vita! HELL YEAH!

  • Nice, nice, nice! I aways wanted to play spec ops and Disgaea 3. But I always keep my finacial priorities for the newest releases.

  • LOL @ Iron Marmot,

Such a closed way of thinking. I feel sorry for you.

  • thanks for Dsigaea! PERFECT TIMING!

  • Any idea on the Demo for Soul Sacrifice? I really wanna try out the demo, before it comes out. Japan has a lot with its demo, so, it’s time for us, to have ours. Lots of my pals, wanna try it out, too. Thanks in advance.

  • Coolest update Ever!!!!!!!!!!! Sony Rockss..Just cancelled my gamefly membership because i am not getting enough time to play the playstation plus titles

  • Wow, I am amazed. Thank You Playstation!

  • Wow thanks guys ^^

  • Moth updates, finally! Thanks Morgan and SCEA team.
Also, the content of the update looks pretty good, I’m glad I buyed my Ps Plus for more 1 year this sunday.

  • They should seperate vita and ps3 plus. spsec ops is a great game. Joe damger looked good. I did not like the demo for the cave.

  • SOOOOOOOOOO stoked about this month!!! I just joined last week, and I’ve already made back my $50 and then some. I was hoping Joe Danger and The Cave would hit the IGC. THANK YOU!!!!!!

  • @Morgan Is the new Tomb Raider by Square Enix gonna be on PSN as a digital download. I really want that game but my BD stopped reading discs, so everything for me now is digital on the Playstation platform

  • @6

So…store was shut off yesterday, the last day of the three free month deal. Try today, because the store hasn’t updated yet and the offer is still visible. Purchase won’t go through — just says “An error has occurred.” with no other details about the error. Guess I just missed it. :(

Was looking forward to the bonus of $10 back PLUS the three free months.
