What did the Psp do to you?
So a giant price hike for psplus despite the quality of the service going down, and now no discount for active users? Vote with your wallets people, it’s the only way corporate greed sony will listen.
Thanks, Sony. A slap in the face for a loyal PS+ customer. With this move, you’re losing the consumers you built over the years.
Thanks for making this decision. Bye PS+ and probably 3rd party products for PlayStation. I will try another side.
I am not seeing the discount on my PS plus subscription. I never had a PS plus subscription.
It’s a shame that PlayStation pushing me to buy another console, with the price increase in the subscription, and now they don’t give me the same discount for the renewal of my subscription, I think the old users believed in the company, and you, turn your back on them
My essential ends in 6 months, made the choice not to renew easier on me. Picked up Sifu and Cowabunga collection on sale instead. I’ll see how it goes without online, only thing I’ll be missing out on are my GT7 dailies and BF2042 for my multiplayer shooter, and I’ve been preparing to let them go… :p Been playing the games that interest me most from my PS+ library. To their credit, I actually liked some of the indies of late (currently playing and loving Weird West, loved Death’s Door, Tails of Iron, Toem) but 99% doesn’t interest me, the entire PS4 generation library and most of this gen was a bust for me and felt like it was just there to make my online sub more expensive. Always hated PS+, wasn’t even interested in it when it was optional, truly developed a hate for after it became mandatory for something as basic and essential as online nowadays. Never should have lazily combined the two (especially considering downloading games all the time ruins the quality of your online experience, so it’s like a combo of bad opposites) and you need to finally provide a true essential tier that consists only of online costs, as you should have from the start of charging for online, and at the VERY LEAST when you introduced the new tiers!
Glad to finally see River City Girls 2 on sale, but going to wait for a better one. Picked up Cowabunga collection instead.
So…. there is no discount for existing customers. I think, this is going to end poorly, goodwill compounds, bad decisions compound as well.
Well said.
