  • I am disappointed, totally! This is a shame!

  • This is easily the worst month in years for Plus. Let’s go through the list here:

    UFC 4
-One of the worst user reviewed of the series
    -It’s a buggy mess
    -Packed with in-game ads
-Game balance is all over the place
-No longer an okay simulator or fun arcadey gameplay
-If you have EA Play, this is a repeat ($60 value 👀)

Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure
-This is a standalone DLC originally from a PS3 game
-Was already free with Plus within the Handsome Jack Collection on PS4 May 2019…let that settle in
-Not Crossbuy with the PS5 version
-Cannot Import Saves from BL2 versions
    -$10 value
-Easily the worst of the 3 Plus titles this month

    Planet Coaster: Console Edition
-Not Crossbuy with the PS4 version
    -$50 Value for both PS4/PS5
-Packed with DLC Add-Ons for the full experience
-A niche title, but probably the best of the bunch

The last time I can recall a DLC being packaged and released separately to be given on Plus was Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry (PS4) for August 2017.

But this February 2022 is a new low. I don’t usually complain this much, but at the very least both titles with Crossbuy offerings should be treated as such.

Really though UFC and old previously free Borderlands 2 DLC should be completely swapped out for some better quality.

    • There is no PS5 version of Tiny Tina. I don’t know why the blog post said that but you can look it up and see for yourself. Someone on the blog got confused. That or a PS5 version is coming and hasn’t been announced

    • Totally agree with you.

  • That’s.. lame.. Gamepass just got another subscriber. Thanks for all the years of fun, tho.

  • So now we’re splitting hairs between PS4 and PS5 versions of the game (With the borderlands thing). Last month it was Godfall castrated edition. Between all these game delays and MS buying up every studio under the sun, is this really the best time for sony to test user confidence in value and stability of Sony services?

  • Comeone guys when you are facing such a competition from Xbox and you provide this.

  • Can Sony just be bought by Microsoft already, maybe then we would get a good game from a subscription.

  • What a garbage. Thanks!

  • Have, dont want cant use, thanks for nothing

  • The games are not really interesting to me, and I played enough Borderlands 2 to last me several lifetimes, but I don’t really mind that.

What I do mind is the decision to give only PS4 or PS5 versions of a game that has both, without giving players a cheap and easy way to get the other.

It just feels… cheap. Really, really cheap.

Sorry, Sony, but that approach is not customer oriented in the least. 👎

  • I think it was mentioned once or twice in previous comments but… Those games are bad lol

  • Wow.

I own Handsome Collection (even before it was part of PS+) , so this does me no good at all.

I bought UFC MONTHS ago on sale.

    I don’t own a PS5 yet.

This kinda screws over people who have been here a while.

  • Okay, so here we are again.
One game that’s on EA Play (that I subscribe too) and available in most bargain bins.
    One game that’s DLC. Meh.
One game that is PS5 only BUT it’s a game no one wants. Too niche.

Sony, why do you do us dirty like this?
What have we done to you?

  • By far the worst lineup imo. Tiny tina is a free demo like game to make people interested of upcoming release Tiny Tinas Wonderlands. It launched free on Epic. How can this game be featured in psplus I just don’t understand.

  • Baaad 😔

  • January 2022 was one of PS Plus’s best month
This is one of PS Plus’s worst months

  • Wow….those are really, really awful.

  • Honestly this might be the worst PS+ month ever. Especially when they already gave away the whole “Borderlands: The Handsome Collection” in june 19 and now we get just ONE of the numerous DLCs again.
    F*** this greedy company.
Raising the prices to 80 Euros while gaming on other plattforms is cheaper than ever.
Nickel and diming their most loyal customers with every update while allmost all of this is free on Xbox.
Terrible backwards compatibility compared to the competition. But supposedly they will bring PS123 games back. Behind a streaming paywall .
And thats just the tipp of the iceberg.
As a PS fan from the start i honestly am glad that i finally switched to PC as my primary gaming plattform. I guess they dont care about me as a customer anymore.

  • It’s not too late to swap out any of these for Killzone Shadow Fall!

  • thanks for putting Planet Coaster in the last sale, you know the big January one then screwing those same customers with this BS. it’s nicely appreciated.

  • We are back to the bad months

  • Pretty good line up this month way better then last months 3 good games compared to 1 last month

  • Oh come on…what is this cr*p Playstation? You are giving us a DLC from a complete collection game that you ALREADY gave like 2 years before!
At least throw in some indies or something instead of this filler garbage :@

  • Is Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep the first repeat game on PS+ because it was given away as part of the Borderlands Handsome Collection. Feels pretty scummy for it to be a PS+ game when it has been before and was part of a collection at that time.

  • Anonymous need you again….

  • Another month and another crap. On top of that Sony has been adding games from ea play for a few months now👎🖕

  • What a terrible month, the content does not appeal to a broad enough audience. Let’s do better next month!

  • Calm down players this is just how they reward gaining subscribers. I have said this in the past any game worth having or trying I have already on a physical copy and I believe most gamers do. I have never seen them do anything other than rent you a game that either almost eveyone has already or its pretty much crap or to try and boost sales of a game they think might not do that well that is a series. I have always been a PlayStation gamer I think the hardware is always the best, they had the best in games during the ps1 and 2 life cycles. I have never cared for any of their half hatched ideals in online games or programs they have ever offered. They have hit some good patches here and there but never have they followed through with it. Even though your getting what you pay for its not much but it is what they feel your money is worth. In all out honesty I haven’t bought a plus membership in years but have kept it on and off from either free months for game and console packages and tech magazine subs as a free gift, and with that over the ladt 3 to 4 years have hardly downloaded anything or bought anything on sale that showed a discount for plus. I have tried Now a few times and can’t say they did a good job rotating in games over a few years time they basically stayed the same, it did get better once you could download because streaming them was horrible even on a decent connection but even though I have seen some new ones rotate in a lot more at present day it still has a ton from 3 years ago.

  • Great month!

  • Boooooooooooo

  • This month’s “lineup” is ludicrously baaaaaaaaaaaaad! A repackaged DLC that we ALREADY OWN from a previous PS+ lineup, UFC and a coaster simulator. WHOOOOOOO!!! SO MUCH FUN! /s I STFG the more I see these subpar offers the more I am strongly considering dumping my PS+ sub and sticking with game pass on my PC, upgrading my PC storage and just going from there.

  • Another disappointing month…

    Okay, serious suggestion here…

In order to provide the service we want in future, and what we reasonably expect, can’t we just be given a list of what Sony is prepared to offer us so we can vote for our preferences: this “voters area” can be placed on the PSN store under the ‘PlayStation Plus’category.

This way we go with the majority. However, if the list of choices is poor then we will know for sure Sony isn’t trying hard enough.

  • WTF, PlayStation? WTF?

  • Man, my b-day is Feb. 1st and I was really hoping PS Plus was going to release something that’s up my alley of what I like to play. Guess not.

  • Woohoo! another month of disappointment!

  • Tiny Tina’s Assualt on Dragon Keep is a DLC for Borderlands 2. The only way to purchase Borderlands 2 on ps4 is to buy the Handsome Jack Collection which comes with Borderlands 2, Borderlands Pre-Sequel, and all DLC for both games. Everybody that wanted to play it already has the Handsome Jack Collection and it’s anti-consumer to put a DLC in place of an actual game. Tiny Tina’s Assualt on Dragon Keep NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH A REAL GAME NOT A DLC

  • I’m probably one of the few that just isn’t surprised by less than mediocre titles anymore. The only good thing here is that I don’t own any of these titles already (except Tina Tina with the Handsome Collection that is) – hopefully I can earn a new set of trophies here though since it is stand alone?. At least I get to add some games to the ever growing backlog. Glad I didn’t pull the trigger on Planet Coaster for my Xbox or PS in the past with getting it now for free.

I will say that if I didn’t have a PS5 at very least, then this month would just be plain awful, and I’m not even sure Planet Coaster really changes that in all honesty.

And finally, I’ll add, I can’t believe that people actually play sports games still. I just don’t get that. I also didn’t know UFC was still a thing, in video games or real life, but okay.

  • I hate to say it but paying for plus is becoming a joke with monthly games because they are either owned or just not interesting enough to download come on PS I now know what I know slowly but shortly you robbing us for our money!

P.S. Hate me for not being blind!

  • It doesn’t make sense to give Tina’s dlc as a standalone game, since you already gave Borderlands’ handsome collection on ps plus..

  • For all those who posted in the previous month’s article asking for Killzone Shadowfall: it’s on sale now on the PS Store. GO BUY IT.

    • I might but it being a PS Plus game would benefit everyone by greatly increasing the multiplayer population.

    • It will not increase multiplayer population. The game is crap, and everyone knows it, except your cheap ass, who won’t pay the $5 to buy it used. Instead, you’d rather like to have everyone suffer by asking for it as a plus game. <– That is called a b**ch move.

  • Tiny Tina’s game has already been on ps+ in the Handsome Collection. This is unnaceptable. I can forgive cheap games no one wants, or generic EA games, but I will not forgive getting a game twice.

I have been a constant subscriber for over 5 years, but if this mess continues, I won’t renew it next time.

  • Man, this is plain awful. Terrible reply to Xbox.

  • I can’t believe it, Sony. You’re doing it again.
You had the rage of players for the “challenger edition” of Godfall, which is just post-game content. And NOW you’re giving us… a Borderlands 2 DLC ? This is insane…
You don’t have any money anymore to not give full games ?

  • Yikes, how disappointing. Hopefully March is better.

  • Definitivamente Sony va de mal en peor!!!
Nada más que decir… Pensaba comprar la PS5 pero para qué? Si está todo mal en esta consola!
Definitivamente me cambio a XBOX SERIE X

  • God damn, ZERO interest in any of those games, will try tiny.. but meh. 2/10

  • Absolute garbage.

  • Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep has 31 trophies! to earn.

UFC 4 has 28 trophies! to earn.

Planet Coaster Console: Edition has 39 trophies! to earn.

  • Good month for me. Thanks sony.
None of these games i have
Which is good to join to collection.

    • no one cares about your trolling anymore. It’s a weak and pitiful attempt anyway. Hope you can grow some brain tissue one day.

    • You re loser, your fault buying UFC 4 day one, told you , you freak, ps plus free games are for poor not for rich, best for you go back to xbox where you belongs.

      Look at you now
      Nothing for you
      Three games for me
Sad face – go cry to your mama
      You freaking freak

    • Again – grow brain tissue, waste of life.
