Challenge yourself to design, then maintain, your ultimate metropolis in city-building strategy sim Cities: Skylines. Want a break from the city life? Take in the country air as you turn your hand to agriculture in Farming Simulator 19.

Stressed by the bustling city life and eager to tackle a more sedate livelihood? Rural escapism awaits with Farming Simulator 19! Developer GIANTS Software has packed in a wealth of agricultural pastimes to lose yourself in as you set out to maintain a homestead. Harvest crops, raise livestock, tackle forest, ride your own horses…or just jump behind the wheel of your John Deere tractor or one of over 300 authentic farming vehicles and go for a drive.  

Both titles will be available to download from Tuesday, May 5, until Monday, June 1.

    I can’t even express how disappointed I am with this months selections. Normally it would simply be a bad month for PS+ but now when we are all forced into isolation and wracked with anxiety for the state of the world this seems particularly egregious.

    Please change at least one of these games for something with a broader and more escapist appeal. I know there might be something later from the “Free to Play” initiative, but that seems little comfort for those of us who pay for PS+ subscriptions.

    We all expect better from you, please don’t disappoint us all and make this right.

    Must say I am really disappointed in this month’s game selection. Last month we got uncharted which was so good I’m still playing it. These 2 new games were nothing like the ones before I think that dark souls should be added instead or at least next month.

    You people seem to forget that the money you pay for PS+ is not for the games, but for the service and online security. The games are a free bonus, nothing more. You all sound like entitled a-holes. I don’t like this lineup either, but I’m not gonna whine like a self entitled child. Quite acting like welfare leeches and go BUY the games you want…

      You are completely wrong. When sony started charging they changed psn to ps PLUS the plus representing the additional games and content. The games have always been part of the package and are not FREE.

    Devo dizer que fiquei muito decepcionado, pois além dos dois serem jogos praticamente similares, não me agradam e acredito que não agradem a todos também.
    Acredito que 1 deles poderia permanecer e o outro ser um jogo melhor! Não digo um exclusivo recente e tal, mas um de diferente temática e jogabilidade.
    Espero que mês que vem não seja assim.

    FFS what a load of crap. Who’s in charge of selecting the free games? because whoever you are you need booting out of the door.
    I am finding that I’m not benefiting with psn plus as I hardly download the free monthly games. I am either not interested or I already own the game. Last month had uncharted 4 which is great and one of my favourite games, but nearly everyone has played it.
    Now this month Sony doesn’t even offer a variety of games, they are both building sums and it’s not even a popular genre.

    Sony don’t betray our trust that we have for you. I know these games are free and we should be grateful, but these are poor choices that are combined for the same month. I don’t know what the alternative would be maybe giving us a choice from previous PS plus titles that has been offered before that we could chose two of them for many of us who missed some it before.

    As a yearly subscriber to playstation plus and playstation now I’m so disappointed with May’s ps plus games. Both of these games are on ps now indefinitely. So I have essentially already got them both. If this trend continues ps now is going to have yet another reason for people not to buy. Why you would make this decision is beyond me. I would have thought if you was going to include games that are on ps now at least use the ones that have limited time or hell, an alternative selection for customers like me who have taken yearly subs on both products. Not a happy ps player this month Sony.

    Just to be clear 2 additional games are 2 additional games. You can’t please everyone and City skylines is a great game. It’s the fact both these games are on ps now indefinitely, so loyal customers taking subs on both services loose out, that’s my issue.

    Maybe this is Sony’s way of saying, “Your happiness truly doesn’t matter… here’s a bunch of garbage, we don’t care if you like it or not.” Perhaps it is time to ditch Sony and the Playstation and live IRL! Even after collecting psplus games over the years, all I have is a couple good titles and the rest are pure garbage!! Thanks alot Sony…have the day you deserve!! :)

    Sony im also a ps now active subscriber. I already got these two games in there. So you dont have to do the same things.
    For a better experience ps plus and bow should be a one service for better quality games.
    The other month was good , we also got unch4 in ps now but that was ok….
    But nobody want 2 sim games at the situation we are.

    Wow what a let down … Let’s petition for final fantasy remake while we’re at it internet…. Ps plus has been great so far and i think sony is generous enough with play at home initiative and the great ps plus games of late … And i think city skyline and farming sim 19 are two good games that will cater to creative minds out there… Keep it up PlayStation don’t bend to spoiled brats out there….

    I’ve always been intrigued by Farming Simulator but never took the plunge. Glad I’ll have the chance to check it out. Already own Skylines and it’s great :) Hope other people get as much enjoyment out of is as I have.

    This is weird. And bad. Weird and bad.

    I enjoy sims, but pairing two of them at the same time really puts out people who don’t. And while I own Cities Skylines and think it’s the SimCity that EA has refused to give us for a long time, the Farming Simulator games are so devoid of any character or charm that they’re basically gag games.

    At the time when people needed it most, this is the weakest offering in the history of the service. People are bored senseless, they don’t need tedious chore games! Farmers literally have an alarmingly high suicide rate! It is unfathomable to me that anyone thought this was a good idea ever, but right now it honestly feels like a slap in face.

    Keep Cities: skylines, but take away Farming sim. I’m pretty sure it (Farming Sim) was already made available for ps plus at one point, just can’t remember when. Otherwise, the games for ps plus have been muy bueno (for the plebs, thats “very good” in Spanish.) so far. Thanks Sony! 😁

    Y’all are **** me off , I pay 60$ a year to play games on my own internet I already pay for, so you try to make it seem like we’re benefiting by giving us two free games and discounts, THE FREE GAMES BE TRASH 70% of the time, y’all need to let us pick two free games your offering in ps now, I bet you’d get a lot more customers, this is ridiculous, these two sims games y’all gave us for the month of May…….do you think kids are paying for this ps subscription???? I don’t need to fake live in some simulator, give me real games or give me options, cuz this ain’t it, I’m pissed, especially during these times of rona, instead of these poop games, we coulda got a 50% off coupon for 1 game of our choice and that would have satisfied EVERYONE I guarantee it. PlayStation knew they were scamming us with this one. Typically we get 24 free games a year, and only like 8 are decent games. Smh very disappointed

    I think PS+ game collection would be better if they only added Playstation exclusives and made most ps vita and older consoles’ titles available as if it was PS Now.

    I have wanted to cancel my PS+ subscription for a year now but don’t want to lose the games I haven’t played. I’ll hopefully be done with the Batman and Uncharted games soon and cancel it.

    I don’t depend on Plus to play games,never did but what a garbage month!!
