Typically when you think of February, your mind goes to chocolates, flowers, and other lovey-dovey things. So we thought we’d celebrate this sappy month by scaring the bejesus out of you with Outlast on PS4.
We also have some great single-player PS3 experiences, including Metro: Last Light, a first-person shooter with an interesting take on morality, and Remember Me, a third-person action adventure where you’ll take down an evil corporation by beating lots of people up with your own unique combos and messing with people’s memories. If you have a significant other, you might be able to rope him or her into some bank-robbing action with Payday 2 on PS3. After all, everyone likes stealing stuff. I mean, uh… nevermind.
Finally, two PS Vita titles are joining the Instant Game Collection: Street Fighter X Tekken and ModNation Racers: Road Trip. Both include functionality with their respective PS3 versions. Fight against your friends in Street Fighter X Tekken no matter what platform they have, or download your previously made PS3 creations and use them in ModNation Racers: Road Trip.

This is great but, I just have to always worry how large the Vita games are since my memory card is full. A 32G card card is $80!!!

I enjoyed the video preview, that is a nice showcase for the preview you’ve done the last two months, definitely helps on titles I’m not familiar with.
One thing I noticed, it said “Free game with active plus membership” in the video, which leads to the question Did you have people that thought they would get these games with an inactive membership ?? LOL

I feel bad because the day after PlayStation announces that “Remember Me” is going to be a free IGC download, I see that the developer of the game, Don’t Nod, has filed for ‘”judicial reorganization”*. Maybe with the exposure the company can pull through.
Sorta begs the question, even though Sony is giving the game away through PS+, does the game developer get any compensation for the download? As if it were bought?
* If a French company is unable to pay its debts it can either utilize a judicial reorganization in a bid to save the company, or go straight to liquidation proceedings.

What a great update! Outlast on PS4 is going to be insane..I saw some gameplay on my friend’s PC and it looked awesome..but you know what would be really awesome?
The firmware update 1.60 ..So we can play with our official PS wireless headsets. I mean really, Outlast would be great with my pulse headset.

wow awesome drop for Feb for free ps3 games for us plus members and I haven’t played any of them which is great awesome month not impressed with the vita games hopefully be better in march. I wish there was a game poll where us plus members could pick games that could be be free for plus every month

Great lineup, a number of titles that have hit EU that I was hoping would come to NA. Sure am glad I bought all the Remember Me DLC! Hopefully more people will support the game and a sequel can be released down the road.

Noice month.
– Outlast is a bait winner (a crapsack asylum of the criminally insane? all too much room for horrors from staff and board).
– What I know of Metro is bleak, post-apoc survivalist gameplay, always tight on just getting by. Intense.
– Payday 2… Well, still have Payday 1 from one of those PLAY promos. Not one for coordination with other players, but I hear good and well of the game and its creators.
– Remember Me’s up with Outlast for my interests, but I can actually play this’n.
– MNR: Road Trip I remember as having had problems at release. Not idea if it’s been fixed up, and can’t play it anyway. Got the PSP version from the downtime back in 2011, though.
– SFxT, well, I’m just waiting for Skullgirls: Encore.
Can’t wait to see the I-really-shouldn’t-but-I-am-weak discounts, too! (And definitely get more Classics and minis actn goin’ on for Plus, eh?)

Metro and Remember Me were games I was a little interested in but did not pick up. Ya can’t buy every game, ya know. However I get to try both of them and get outlast on my PS4? This is kind of what I imagined PS plus would be like. Glad I am a member.
When can we expect another episode of The Walking Dead by TTG?
It seems like it’s been about a month since I bought the Season Pass.
Oh, and is there any chance they will port this to the PS4?
After buying the Season pass for the PS3 I’ve upgraded to a PS4 system (which I love aside from no new games and no way to play my MP3 collection… I’m sure they will fix that though… RIGHT?!).
Anyway, it would make sense to move The Walking Dead over to the PS4 and I don’t think it would be very hard for TTG to make the jump.

Almost Perfect except for for the fact that we stated we don’t want any more fighting games for the Vita, the good thing is that the only one left they have to give us is MK9, soo is a win win win situation.
Loving the PS+ games this year so far. Perhaps the PS Vita could get a little more love… Maybe the Persona 4 kind of love?
