Typically when you think of February, your mind goes to chocolates, flowers, and other lovey-dovey things. So we thought we’d celebrate this sappy month by scaring the bejesus out of you with Outlast on PS4.
We also have some great single-player PS3 experiences, including Metro: Last Light, a first-person shooter with an interesting take on morality, and Remember Me, a third-person action adventure where you’ll take down an evil corporation by beating lots of people up with your own unique combos and messing with people’s memories. If you have a significant other, you might be able to rope him or her into some bank-robbing action with Payday 2 on PS3. After all, everyone likes stealing stuff. I mean, uh… nevermind.
Finally, two PS Vita titles are joining the Instant Game Collection: Street Fighter X Tekken and ModNation Racers: Road Trip. Both include functionality with their respective PS3 versions. Fight against your friends in Street Fighter X Tekken no matter what platform they have, or download your previously made PS3 creations and use them in ModNation Racers: Road Trip.

well im happy im able to finally get to check these games out, i heard they were great but i couldnt afford them, ive really enjoyed my plus membership even when no one else was happy with the line ups, i was really excited. ive enjoyed dmc, bioshock infinate and several others from last year. i know i probably wont be acknowledged but i just wanted to let the sony team know that im grateful for the great games and also even if the majority isnt happy just remember their opinions isnt eveeyones opinion, ive been a fully satisfied customer since ive had my membership and i wanna thank all of you for making it all possible. in my opinion no matter if its a phone, tv, blue ray player or game system there isnt anyone out there that can out do your creativity. keep it up
Im super excited for outlast on PS4. Always wanted to play it on PC but never got around to it. Thanks for all the great games sony! Because I dont have the money to buy them thanks to car insurance.
Also, when do these become available for download. I want to start the download before I go to work so that I can play when i get home.

It’s a good thing I renewed my membership last month. I was about to abandon ship on plus but I couldn’t pass up on the awesome sales and “free” games. It’s too bad I’m running out of space for all these games on both ps vita and ps3. :(

I became a PS+ member for a few years now and I have to say I am very impressed with the games that come out for their members. I have to pause when I am at the store or online and wait to see if the games I want are going to be free in a few months. I have not been disappointed yet. I built up a library of games for my PS Vista two years before I got one, and I am going to do the same for the PS4 :D. Keep up the great work and I will be a member for life!
You need to update the ps4 bluetooth software and let us use our earpieces, that wired earbud gets in the damn way. Seems very odd that the controller is a bluetooth device and connects to the ps4 but we can’t pair any other devices. Remove the freakin blocking code and let us use our sony earpieces that we paid for while on ps3, you got your money from us. And no I do not want to use a complete headset, like the turtle beach, I don’t want my ears completely covered, I have a great surround sound system.
I think PSN should bring more horror survival games like this.

Can’t believe we get Metro Last Light, Payday 2, Remember Me, and two Vita games. Was just thinking about Europe’s PS Plus lineup and jealous and now we get Metro Last Light as well! I hope you guys continue to deliver in 2014 in terms of games for PS3.

I cant get a hold of sonys email i wanted to ask a question, i cut my ps4 off and i was just checking it out looking around at the fan and while its off there is this odd beeping noise in the back near the fan, the beep just repeats itself and can only be heard when im up close too it.
Wow, great update. never played the ps3 games and just bought the 2 vita games for the kids for Christmas. Its ok though we have 2 vitas now the both can play. I agree we need street fight x tekken on ps3 too. keep up the good work.
Wow. 1 game again for the ps4. I can’t decide whether to cancel my plus subscription or trade my ps4 to a ps3 for a couple months. There’s Thief at the end of the month, but that’s about it for new releases this month. Why am I paying for plus if I could just buy the 1 game a month? Don’t get me wrong, for ps3 and vita owners, this is a great month. I’m just disappointed again for the 3rd month in a row. STILL NO LOVE FOR THE PS4?

Not everybody can play action/FPS games (due to “motion/simulation sickness”). Can we (the minority) please get a great – not causing simulation sickness – game (a sports game maybe) every now and then so that paying for PS+ be worth it.
What does microsoft give players for free on xbox live? halo 3 and assassin’s creed 2 hahahaha have fun with that while i play borderlands 2 from when it was free

This post was just a preview of February’s Plus lineup. They do these at the end of every month, generally on the last Thursday of the month.
Each Monday there’s a Plus post detailing exactly which games will be added to the IGC that week, as well as any Plus discounts.
Then each Tuesday the content we found out about the previous day is finally added. Usually by 2pm PST (US), GMT -8.
Ratings of IGC games: This is an issue most of us without children don’t think about. At first glance, one wonders if it would be a good idea to have a separate Plus for children and/or families. I say it wouldn’t, for all the same reasons they shouldn’t splinter Plus into separate versions for each platform and the like. We all win if the Plus money is doled out as it is already done. One can only imagine how awful the Vita IGC would become if all they had was money from Vita-only subscribers to work with.
But Sony should at least consider going out of their way once a month (or even just every 2 months) to bring something family-friendly to the IGC.
When are these games going to be on the shop and free? It’s already February!
I love ps plus, but where is my HBOgo… You guys give me so much content for $45 a year. I had to upgrade my ps3 to a 1tb hd… Love it, keep em coming! Playstation rules…
Ok I have been waiting all month to play outlast on ps4. It’s February and I was hoping to be able to play it all weekend… None of the ps4 games are that great so far and I feel like I wasted my money. I am looking forward to a few games but they are way out in the year. I have literally played every ps4 game out and honestly I’m not impressed.. And I’m sad about that. I just hope ESO is good on ps4. I was a beta tester for the game it it was very glitchy. (I was literally stuck in a building with ppl for hours trying to complete a broken quest) ((I know that’s off topic I’m just saying)) the only games I’m looking forward to is final fantasy and alien isolation. You guys act like you are doing us a favor giving us “free” games but we are paying for premium and there really isn’t a large variety to choose from so honestly I think we are owed this plus some. I think the new monthly lineup should go up immediately on midnight of the new month. Just saying. My email is ericjspears@hotmail if you have anything to say.
