  • Thank you Morgan :) 5/5
Seems things keep getting better in the past few months.with this update i’ll be able to give sleeping dogs a try, I’ve heard its pretty fun so I cant wait.

To the rest of the team thank you too, I really appreciate you guys putting effort towards satisfying our gaming needs lol
And also thank you for having more variety, since more people get the chance to play different things.

    Thats all ,thanks again

  • Sweet, just played the Knytt demo and liked it. Great to know PSN+ members are getting it for no additional cost.
Also, shame, last day to get MGS:PO+, wanted to buy it but seems like the US version doesn’t run on the Vita at all. At least I manage to get MGS1-3 + Peace Walker (had to buy MGS1 via friend’s PS3, get your act together PSN >.>).

  • Nice to see Sleeping Dogs. Never played that game before so hope it’s good. Also will pick up BlazBlue as well later of the month despite me not owning a Vita, which I will consider one in the future.

@333 Gran Turismo 5 will never happen. That game is almost 20GB big, that’s way too much of a pain to download. Plus, those huge updates would cost even more space.

  • I am loving this month’s Plus update, can’t wait to play Sleeping Dogs and Pinball Arcade! :D

  • I was hopping for catherine but its a good month for plus anyway.

  • Hey Morgan is there any E3 plans for Plus in the works?

  • Agh! Great NOW Sleeping Dogs is free? And I bought it whenever they had the Square-Enix sale last month I think. 24$ down the drain. Oh well that’s my lose.

  • ah nice ;D but i already own sleeping dogs
hopefully next month we get red dead redemption maybe

  • Best PSN PLUS month ever!!! thanks a lot, can’t wait :D :D :D

  • good month for the Vita <3

  • WOOOOOT Sleeping Dogs always wanted to get it but now its freee! Great month for Plus!

  • xShanghaiGAMERx

Hey Morgan, a big thank you to you and the PS Plus team! Even though I already own Sleeping Dogs, I must say it is one of the best sandbox games I have ever played, and I’m happy to see US plus subscribers are getting great content. Anyone who is still unsure about the game, definitely give it a go! It’ll be worth your while.

  • Nice update but I have Sleeping Dogs from my EU PSN+ and another fighting game for vita don’t you think we had enough of those. Don’t get me wrong BlazBlue is a great game but last two were crap for psp.

  • Sweet update. Have been meaning to pick up Sleeping Dogs, nearly picked it up today for 30 bucks. Decided on two other games instead. Lucky I did since I later checked the PS+ Blog and see that it’s being added to the instant game collection. GREAT GREAT GREAT Update guys. Keep up the good work.

  • Hi Morgan. Thank you for keeping us updated. I’ve had PS+ for about two years now. Its great. However, in the last few months the amount of Vita content in these updates have been a bit much. I understand that some members look forward to these Vita titles, but not everyone has a Vita. To put it plainly, this is not what i signed up for.

At one point not long ago, the amount of free Vita content on PS+ drove me to a game store with intentions of purchasing a Vita; however, Sony for some reason is not offering a practical bundle at the moment, especially not for someone who already is a PS+ member. I won’t bore you with further detail of this, simply put i will not be a Vita owner in the near future.

However, when my PS+ membership runs out in a couple months, i would like to renew my subscription – if this trend of Vita games headlining consecutive weeks continues, that may be less likely.

Thanks for reading and taking the time to do everything you do for us.

  • My PS+ subscription turned almost 8 months or so now, and I gotta say, it is the best subscription based game service ever. Just looking at this month’s line up, that’s some $110 worth of free games! I especially loved Spec Ops: The Line that I platinumed it recently. Although I’m not much of a fan for open world, GTA-ish games, but I’m definitely gonna checkout Sleeping Dogs.

One negativity to all this service is that, I can’t help but feel cognitive dissonance (a term I picked up on Spec Ops during one of its loading scenes :p) with all the games I have on my PS3 and Vita that I haven’t had time to even look at yet…

    Once again, nice job guys!

  • @365 There are three PS3 titles this month, so I’m not sure what you’re on about. Two of them are cross buys, but that doesn’t stop you from playing them on the PS3. 3/5 doesn’t seem so bad to me.

  • my360broke_again

SWEET! Oh my god I almost bought sleeping dogs yesterday! I had my finger on the checkout button and thought maybe I should finish Darksiders 2 this week. then I will buy it.

  • Am I the only one that missed out on Virtua Tennis 4: World Edition (Ps Vita) discounted price about a month ago? It dropped from $39.99 to $14:99! I really want to buy the digital copy at a discounted price, hopefully it comes back again Morgan? :)

  • OMG I love PS+ i was waiting for sleeping dogs on US Store!

  • Thanks a lot !!! SLEEPING DOGS and KNYTT UNDERGROUND !! I was waiting for both !! Oh, and I want to suggest BLUR to the instant game collection. It is old, but a good one. Thanks again for this excellent update :)

  • Crazy_Lunatic463

Is anyone else having problems loading up the store? I’m trying to buy soul sacrifice :(

  • i’m having problems signing in to PSN ;/ getting the error code 80710092

  • nevermind i just signed in xD

  • @372, I would suggest getting the cartridge version. $40, if you buy the digital version it’s $35 and you have to buy the online pass separately for an additional $10.

Also getting connection error NP-2239-6. They suggest it’s a router issue… it’s not, I’ve gotten used to not being able to get into PSN…

  • Yup, in too. And correction, it’s $36 for a digital copy of SS.

  • passivefamiliar

See comment number 1. Enough said.
Its a nice drop but now those people pitching a fit will think they will always get what they want.
greed is a dangerous thing and idiots make anything more dangerous.

more on topic imI’m excited for the variety of games this month, and as others have said imI’m very anxious to see the sales. I prefer those, sometimes, only due to the fact that so many of the customers are so ungreatful iI dontdon’t think they deserve freebies.

But on a very serious note I really appreciate these updates where you tell us what’s free for this month. I have gotten burned a couple times, buying a game that went to be free a week or two later. So thank you. Money able to be spent elsewhere, or just on more games…ya. pretty much.

  • wat time it come out cause im ready to download, good thing i have playstation plus, fell sorry for other

  • SocialClimber_85

This is the best PS+ Update yet.
I’ll literally be getting all this stuff.. I can’t wait.

  • Umm I’m trying to download sleeping dogs but it says on the new arrivals its not free yet

  • LOVE sleeping Dogs and Knytt.

STOP GIVING US FIGHTERS. Vita has gotten the dumps. How about you bring over some great PSP games many of us vita owners didn’t get to play like valkyrie chronicles 2, mega man powered up, Jean d’arc or give us some current psp offerings like Knights in Knightmare.

  • Pretty cool Update. Keep the PSP games coming. Maybe some Syphine Filter or Resistance. Those where great games Vita owners would love too.

  • sweet i was planning to buy or rent sleeping dogs but seeing this free as plus member woot i wont needed to but I do however have a problem with plus… I saw it on free list and it wasnt label as free atm. What do I do?

  • the store updates about 6pm est tonight that’s when Sleeping Dogs will be added.. not until.. its like this ever week.. you have to wait till the store updates and its usually at night

  • Grrr! I just got my Vita and Disgaea 3 isn’t available anymore for Plus subscribers.

Is there any way I can still get Disgaea 3 for free with a PS+ account?

It would also be awesome to get Demon’s Souls on the Vita!

  • @385
If it has been removed it is gone… I would def recommend picking up gravity rush and uncharted as I know both of them are still listed.
Demons souls on the vita would be horrible once you start using parrys and what not the back touch screen just would not work for that.
    @381
Jean D’arc was localize so you should just get it if you still own a psp it was an epic game wish the vita would get a part 2 of it.
    @365
I don’t know if the issue is you cant read and believe the cross buy are vita only, or if you just bitter cause you don’t own a vita but 3 game that work on the PS3 out of the 5 listed is not a bad deal especially since sleeping dogs is going to cost you 30 or so in stores and you pay 50 a yr…. I would personally say grabbing all the vita content now even though you don’t own it and then when you do buy it you will already have a backlog.
Also the only thing that really causes any issue on buy the vita is the price of the memory cards for it.

  • ThatCoolGuy2012

I know this might be too much to ask but van you guys remove your big its PS+ games and replace them with other 1st party games? Maybe uncharted 3 could replace infamous, mod nation racers could replace lbp2, and resistance 3 could replace ratchet and Clank all 4 one.

  • @375
I believe you are incorrect on that if you buy it from the PS store you get the online code with it. The online code you are talking about is if I were to buy it used and the person used the code that comes with the game already….
So if you are uninformed on how this works please do not comment telling people what to do…

  • DonkeyKongKilla

@U_***_lmfao99 – It’ll be updated during the afternoon maybe the evening. For Sleeping Dogs, I suggest searching the game to check because for some reason when new games get added its not in the IGC when it’s actually on it Plus. For a few downloads I searched and it had it free for plus on the game page of the game after they put it on.

I hope, PSN gets updated ASAP!… I honestly don’t want to wait til 8-9PM tonight Morgan just to watch it download….. Remember 2-5pm Morgan is 5-8pm on EST. Just saying… I know you guys try to push it out as soon as you can. But, it gets annoying sometimes you know.

  • Sleeping Dogs for free!? Sheeit I’m throwing this 17.99 at Sony!

  • Fantastic ps plus month really excited about sleeping dogs saw previews heard nothing but good things. Dont always respond to the ps plus updates but greatly appreciate the service provided. Thanks for all the hard work sony

  • Hello Morgan,

I can’t download Sleeping Dogs for free.

  • Keep up the great work!

  • Awesome!!! Thank-you man… You think that is possible to see, any Batman game, like Arkham City in the IGC?

  • BEST UPDATE EVER!!!!

I’m really happy to have sleeping dogs and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift EXTEND (PsVita), great job Morgan!!

Maybe someday plus members could have “The legend of heroes: trails in the sky” in the Psvita instant collection or with -50%…… just saying

  • typical…..they moved the sleepingdogs bundle into the free games section of psn, but you cant download it for free. not the first time this has happened.

  • Nice!!

That was just lucky..I almost bought this game last week..

  • awesome sleeping dogs. almost bought it a few times, but figured it would be free for ps+ eventually.

    demo was really fun

  • Hey guys I need some help. I’m trying to download Sleeping Dogs but wen I try to there’s a price tag on it of 59.99 and does not appear to be free at all. I won’t let me download the game.

  • I just wanted to point out that although Sleeping Dogs is showing up in the Free Games section it isn’t showing as free
