  • Seriously, did Sony forget that Sly came out today? They’ve had 20 hours to get the disc benefits added (since midnight; PSASBR didn’t have any sort of “wait until the update thing”). What have they been doing? Surely someone at SCEA would have thought to maybe check if it was working.

    This is incredibly frustrating.

  • Everyone that is complaining about PS Plus has to calm down. It is only the first week of February. We still have about 3-4 weeks. We get a AAA title every month, so calm down. We will get a good game this month. Can’t wait to try out Guardians of Middle Earth.

  • @darkone you must have not played it -_- sleeping dogs is one of the best games of 2012 @ Sony team nice update, gonna pick up knytt underground, check out the demos, might pick up ridge racer 7 some other discounts, keep up the great work

  • anything on sly yet

  • Hi can anyone tell me why it still says disc benefits coming soon on Sly Cooper? I got the game a little after 4:00pm eastern time and it still says it. I know it takes a lot to get a game going just an update on the issue would be nice. Thanks.

  • wow what an update gotta get it in before PS4 comes out I guess

  • For those complaining about Plus, “Free” things isn’t the only thing that is offered. If I was to sign up for Sam’s Club, I don’t get a free steak or other random things with discounts. Plus is such an amazing deal all around.

  • When does the sale on Ubisoft Ultimate Editions end?

  • Nothing for me this week. Ni No Kuni is really grabbing my attention lately. Maybe next week. Nice update though!

  • I guess all the cats comlaining about the crappy US Plus selection missed the awesome 1 month EU Plus trials (with no credit card needed) that SCEE gave away last week. Maybe they still are…go google it!
And the code doesnt expire til March 1st, so I set up 2 EU accts and nabbed 2 free months.

    Vanquish
    Sleeping Dogs
    Motorstorm Apocalypse
    F1 Race Stars for starters.

    Thx SCEE!!

  • @ ItaChu

“YES 59.99 for a downloadable title!!! come on people that discussion is tired already its the same thing every single week! if your tired of that stuff just buy it at retail sheesh … your still paying like 5 dollars less since you dont have to pay tax!! ”

Problem is, THERE IS NO DAMN RETAIL VERSION OF FOTNS:Ken’s Rage 2. IT’S DOWNLOADABLE ONLY!!!!

This is why many people are pissed at the price.

  • Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact – PSP Game

Is this playable on Vita for sure?

  • Pretty good stuff here.

  • I love Plus. I definitely have gotten my money’s worth and then a lot more which is why I love PlayStation even when they have booboos like this with sly cooper.

  • no PS Vita sale like EU?? disappointing…

  • More Dokuro avatars? Thanks!

  • I want to play Sly Cooper Thieves in Time on my vita but the disk benifits are still unavailble!? What the hell is up with that. I knew i should have gone with digital!

  • Final Fantasy Sale:
No FF1, FF2 PSP Anniversary version, no FF3, no FF Crisis Core :(

  • @AsiaQuatar

Cool Story bro. It late to tell them, I remember that giveaway and did get a code.

But what are you going to do when your rental period is over?

  • Sony of america supporting Vita finally? SAY WHAT?!
    Thank you guys.

still waiting on MGS psone classic though on my vita lol.

  • Thanks for a good update.

  • I have a suggestion for all you plus users out there that aren’t happy with the service. Please don’t rely on the psplus subscription for your gaming fix. If you want a game, go buy it for god’s sake and support the developers. If you really want to play a game why are you just sitting on your hands and waiting for a hand out. And I do mean had out. Plus is $4 a month. It makes a mockery of all other subscription models in the business as destructoid pointed out.

I for one signed up for all the amazing discounts that get thrown our way, the cloud saves, auto updates, and view the IGC as a bonus that gives me something to play that I may not have ever thought of buying.

I’m sure as heck not gonna wait half a year to play Ni No Kuni in hopes that Sony secures the rights to add it to the IGC. I went out and bought it on day one! At least I don’t have to sit and stare at the back of a box and hope that the game is good nowadays. That was rough back in the day dropping $50 not knowing what the heck I was buying.

Great update! Picked up a slew of FF titles and about to give GOME a whirl. Would never have purchased that game even though I like LOTR. That is why I enjoy the heck out of the plus service. :D

  • Cool! I get guardians of middle earth for my birthday. Maybe I’ll get myself another gift off of here too.

  • Thanks for looking into the Sly Cooper Vita issue. Any update for us?

  • Wow, 60 bucks for Ken’s Rage 2, screw you Sony, I’ll come back in a week when its 30 like it should be

  • i so want to post something to all you people ******* about sleeping dogs but i’ll won’t but still a good update sony i’m just wish i can afford Ridge Racer 7… i bought Sonic and all-stars racing trnsformed with dlc so yeah also does anyone know if that ken’s rage game has online play?

  • Nice surprise to see the download version of Sly 4 for PS3 to get the Vita version too. Wasn’t expecting that was going to be available for the digital market.

  • @68 Crisis core isn’t on psn at all. I wish it was.

  • No PSOne Classics on Vita again. You guys are incorrigible.

  • Can’t wait to enjoy Sleeping Dogs on my European Plus account tomorrow. I’m still willing to reactivate my US Plus account as well to get the 3 free months but so far nothing good enough to convince me to do it. I hope you can get something good out by March 4th!

  • @Nevi901

Can’t you pretty much play any ps1 classic on the vita? Just transfer it from the ps3? Unless of course your ps3less. I could be completely mistaken though.

  • Nice job putting clickable links from the blog post to the PS Web Store, though.

  • Why did you guys have to put final fantasy ix on sale the week after i bought it? Other then that pretty good update

  • Finally! We get The Twilight Zone!! It’s great! Thanks!!

  • @72 Ghostwise, lol I even bought 2 copies of Ni No Kuni so I could get the WE and the steel case, and I have zero buyer’s remorse. Playing the heck out of it, going for every task, bounty hunt, chest and as many familiars as I can get. Who knows, I may try other JRPGs after this since up to now I’ve only liked western rpgs.

However, next week starts the Skyrim DLC. What to do, what to do?

  • Sony you need to speed the notification of the store update. The store was long updated like half an hour ago before the notification.

  • Want some feedback? Get more PS1 & PS2 classics on the store.
It seems like you either don’t care or the developers don’t want it.
Tell us straight up what’s going on…
I just bought a bunch of games from Ebay due to your lacking selection.

    these are:

    Soul Blade
    Loaded
    Bushido Blade
    Deathtrap Dungeon
    Vampire Hunter D
    Silent Hill 4
    Blood Will Tell
    Fatal Frame II & III

    Bidding on:

    Brave Fencer Musashi
    Clock Tower
    & more as I find…

    Y’all like money right?
    I can’t tell.

  • Could you add the functionality to upgrade a secondary account to a master account? This would be really helpful for PS Vita owners as we are only able to use 1 account.

  • Hey team! Thanks for all the great games I can never keep up on! I have 3 questions…

    1. Why is Crystal Defenders not part of the Final Fantasy sale?
    2. Can you pleeeeeease bring Ion Assault, Raystorm, and The Flying Hamster to North America? Pretty please?
    3. What happened to Heavy Weapon? I cant find it on the store anymore… :(

Oh and please release a Level-5 HD Collection with trophies!

  • Is the discount on the final fantasy games are permanent??

  • Any update on Full Frontal Assault Vita?

  • @Demonbird, you and me both! Also, KH: Birth By Sleep on PSN would be great!
Any update on Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault? The only reason I bought the PS3 version was to get the free Vita version. I think there is a phrase that describes that.. “False Advertisement”.

  • @ 84, lisatsunami- lisa, how long is the game approx.? I’ve got the Collec. Ed. unopened… not sure if I should just wait until I experience the Skyrim DLC…

@ Grace, Morgan, Kristine- hi, any reason why the themes no longer have a preview video? It’s hard for me to purchase Dynamic Themes w/out truly know how they look… Thanks!

Wells, Happy Chinese New Year to everyone applicable! Snakes have the luck in 2013! (=

  • @ 89, T0NY-_-GV… it’s a 2 Week sale!

  • Has Koei lost their minds completely charging $59.99 for a digital only game?
And why is there two versions of Kens Rage 2 (one normal and the other bundled with dlc) both priced the same? Who in their right mind would get the normal version?

  • @68 Crystal Defenders isn’t in the sale as well. Not sure who picked the games.

  • Ken’s Rage is actually at retail for 59.99 as well. It’s only digital for the ps3 for some reason.

  • I just got PS+ cause of all the previous great deals, but if this is all your giving to us, next week, we better get some kinda triple A game.

  • Hey I got a question,I hope someone answer me.i got access to the ps3 and PC playstation store but I don’t have a vita,I want to know how I could download the ps mobile game called aqua kitty without using the ps vita.
