Because RE5: GE is an excellent game but I had it long time ago!! Secondly, the PS Vita addition was great but I don’t have one so, by now. useless for me!
As an additional comment, this week is horrible, just discounts in a lot of old games (some of them really bad games)…. !
I would like to thank Ps+ for all the great stuff we have been getting Im so back logged on games to play it is awesome and yes this week is not that exciting but I needed the week off to catch up

I want large discounts from plus, no interest in rental games.
So plese bring more discounts, particularly on dlc and Day 1 Digital Releases, and less rental games.
And if you’re gonna bundle up games with the DLC for sale, but several games have already been given as a ‘free’ Plus rental, give plus member a chance to just buy the DLC bundled so we’re not getting boned in yet another way.
Anyway that’s my two cents, stop focusing on IGC since you can’t get it right compared to the EU (we get really old games and almost 0 ps3 full games unless again, they’re really old) and get back to giving us big discounts on thing we can acutally buy.
Plus should not be a 90% rental service. I don’t have the bandwidth to DL countless mediocre games, i’ll wait and see if a good game ever makes it back tot he IGC.

Now we just need regular discounts of 30-50% on DLC (Castlevenia, Deus ex, etc… lots of older games with expensive DLC still).
plus is great imo but can we all agrea the new store is horrible almost unusable who ever made it should be fired everybody thst complained about the old simple easy to navigate store should be banned. new store is nothing but graphics and ads and on average 3-4 games per page store takes longer to load because we get full page 007 MOVIE ad when we click new games joy
I like many play games that are M rated or higher, sure I’ll play silly, or family games some times but plus seems to focus on the family friendly and kids games more than not lately. (and for me a silly game is You Don’t Know Jack, not kid friendly heh)
This isn’t the Wii, made for cheap games and kid/family stuff. This is the high end, beautiful graphics, does anything, console for grown ups, that kids also can enjoy of course.
Give use more good content someone over 16 can enjoy and fewer cheap, youth style PSN games.

Awesome, thanks for the reply. I really hope it gets sorted out, plus has been great to me so far but the lack of attention this issue was getting was starting to become a bit annoying.

Will the Store ever put back the browse by Games section for Add-Ons?
As it stand ths add-on section makes no sense and is infuriating to navigate.
While I agree with the majority of posters who want the old store back, if you’d fix that one problem I’d have a lot less of a problem with the new store, despite all the other problems it has.
I don’t usually post, but wanted to say thanks for the PS+ content for PS3 and Vita this month. Ever since joining plus a few months ago I have always had something to play and it has been a great value for me. The addition of great games to the Vita has given me even more to play. I’m not sure how much these other people are playing to burn through all this content, but for my use, it is a great service. Keep up the good work!
Why is the Sonic 1 & 2 free for PS Plus on the poll? I tried to get that one several times last week and it never let me download it. What’s with that? Was it available or not? I just checked the store right now and I don’t see it. I kept getting an error message that it wasn’t available.
Wow some of you are really spoiled, greedy & rude! You realize we only pay $50 a year for PSN+ yet you expect every game under the sun for free!?!? Every month we get atleast one AAA title for free plus tons of other great content for free and discounted, they can’t please everyone but appreciate what you do get!!! Just one month alone pays for your year long membership so stop whining, it’s pathetic!
To Sony, though not every week is a stellar week for new PSN+ updates I do really appreciate those weeks where I have a hug smile on my face for the free content I get and the huge discounts on some of the games I been wanting. PSN+ is the best value around keep it up, THANK YOU!!! <3
Have you played TerRover? I don’t know of anyone that has, but the demo was fun. Only thing I heard about the game was the crazy difficulty. Any other information about this interesting game? I’ve enjoyed others from the developer. Anyone else have input on it?
Excellent content for PS Plus this month, by the way. This service is a steal, especially for those of us with a PS3 and Vita.
Its still pretty sad that it happens the first month after you say that. Alot of the times it seems like you are just telling us what we want to hear at the moment. If your not careful you will lose all credibility with the community.
I wouldn’t say that man; I’m all for being upfront with the community. Other places might keep completely mum on the topic of these things, but I always enjoy giving you guys insight into what our goals are for the program. As I mentioned, it’s our goal to provide games weekly, but sometimes the stars may not align. If you start seeing it week after week after week, at that point, call us out! ( I know you will =) ) But one week? hang tight my friend, we will deliver.
#72 – its not our fault they put the EXTRA hype into it saying its going to be amazing an then the quality of the games that come out aren’t even worth an second look besides a couple here and there, its not complaining its called believing in an completely flawed system. We EXPECT some things that can hold our interest long enough. That’s where that extra 50 bucks went, I can’t always afford the good games, that’s why I believe I got this so I can at least get to play decent games and a lot at that so I don’t go around playing the same played out video games over and over. You bring out something like this OF COURSE WE ARE GOING TO EXPECT BIG THINGS TO HAPPEN.

the more I see the crap quality of PSN+ games, the more I want to buy a new PC to get games at Steam.

@80 depends on the brand, size and where you live.
a ‘normal’ bad of chips in Canada these days, of the regular brands is often 4$ or more.
and the mini/tiny snack sized bags tend to be over 1.60$
But a cheap/bad brand of chips would sell 1$ bags.
But not doritos in Canada, best 2 bags for X deals I’ve seen this year is two bags of doritos for 6$… still a better use of money than these discounts for me, hopefully some other plus users will like them.
A question though, I work retail and there’s barely any marketing representation for PlayStation Plus. I was trying hard to attach it with each hardware sale. Are there plans to update in-store kiosks or get larger marketing displays out for Plus? People were pretty blown away by the value when I explain it. I did see the re-branding of the Plus POSA cards which mention Instant Game Collection which is a good start. There should be entire marketing in-store sections in stores along the lines of what you guys did with PS Move for a bit.
I hope with the Low ratings on this post someone takes note that its not that great of content to be discounted. Why is I am Alive half off on Xbox Live but we cant have the same type of deal on something of interest. All these games are old and don’t satisfy my needs.
All I can wish for is that next week we will see infamous 2, Ratchet and clank and LBP 2 leave the game collection. Its almost the winter season I think it has been long enough in the collection.
Also it would be great to be able to vote on what games to receive each month this way the majority vote which would be the most popular would win.
Morgan, to your comment on 31, Yeah it was an big month for Plus, Only really to the Plus members with a Vita, what about the ones who don’t own a Vita? Better luck next month?
I’d say RE5, Quantum Conundrum, and Dungeon Defenders free certainly made it a strong month for PS3 Plus members but that’s just me =) Then again, community ratings on the Plus posts for those games hit several all time highs as measured since the E3 Plus announcement; so it can’t just be me ;)
hey morgan, i just got a ps vita over the weekend(black friday deal) love the fact that there is an instant game collection for it. but was wondering if you guys could make an announcement on some games coming after christmas as i only see soul sacifice.
why dont some of you whining plus members buy the games like the rest of us do????? I always lol at people complaining about games that i brought full price a year ago not being free for them now
I’m kind of glad there is no free game this week. I’m still working through the last round of games.
I would have liked to see a discount on R&C:FFA though,You’ve got me so paranoid now about buying a game at full price and having it go on sale three weeks later.
92 – It’s pretty much the main reason to get plus, for free games, I mean yeah they have discounts and free trials and exclusive betas, but lets face it, FREE GAMES are our main focus on DEMANDS, and yeah we pay for this service. That’s what we want. It’s not of your concern then if you don’t have it nor plan on getting it. But maybe not everyone can afford all of the new games in which makes PLUS an perfect way to bypass but getting some good quality games for free? But most of it isn’t that great. tsk tsk
PS Vita Instant Game Collection will continue in November with the same games?
