And while I’m here and being negative, I’ll just say I agree with a lot of the store complaints. Everything is too segmented and hard to find, it’s slow, it’s clunky, it barely loads, and the old store, while in need of a bit of reorganizing, was a lot better. Making the store more like the Vita store would be the best thing you could do. This one just doesn’t work. At the very least, please give us back consolidated sections like they were under New Releases, like a Discounts section, an Add-ons section (with consolidated sub-categories so I don’t have to sort through dozens of Guitar Hero and Rockband songs every week) and new Vita/PSP/Avatar/Theme/whatever sections. It was a lot easier to look at the new offerings that way when everything was in one place and you could ignore the stuff you didn’t want easier. Also, please bring back the in-cart icon while shopping. I have no idea why this isn’t on the store anymore.
Hey,
I have heard that some people who spent a 100 dollars in october on the store got their 20 dollars back, I spent 105 and was just wondering why I did not, please respond, thanks.
Check your messages. I got mine with a code which Sony sent me to my messages account on November 9th.
How does one go about getting the Civil War table (demo) on Zen Pinball 2? I do not see it listed.
Thank you afigueroa,
I have checked my email account that I use on PSN, and my XMB messages and still nothing, yet I spent $104.95 on the store on October 28th.
@Helghast240
you should call sony CS 1800 345 7669
Thanks Cyb3rfr34k-iso,
I will do that, thank you very much for your help.
I really enjoyed this store update. The Walking dead final chapter was great. Also I didn’t even know DLC was coming for Zen pinball 2 so I snatched up the new table and its amazing both the sound and music in game is really good. This by far is my favorite Marvel Table so far.
What do others think so far of Dungeon Defenders??? It looks decent to me but I am not sure if this would be a game that I would like what can you compare to ?
I cant wait until next week for the new Rock Band DLC some of the new songs are really interesting.
Hello, i’m happy to these releases but yesterday i bought Playstation Allstars for Vita for a price of $39.99 and after it dowloaded it became $35.99 i feel like scammed can you help me with this case i’m a little upset for that.
Hey Morgan, or someone who knows the definite answer to this question: Do I have to spend exactly $60 or more, or can I purchase a game at $59.99 and still qualify for the $10???
Well, it’s time to get a Vita, then. You did it, Sony, you made start my Vita experience with a monstruous backlog.
Thanks!
@308, I guess you didn’t read the rest of the blog but Grace immediately had the store reduce the price after somebody commented on it so I don’t think you we’re scammed, I think you just had bad timing. Call Sony Customer Service to get a refund.
@309, they don’t round up. You’ll have to spend at least $60.00. The cheapest thing you can do is buy an avatar.
:( I wanted to buy PSAll Stars and nothing more because buying an avatar will mean I can’t buy anything else since I’ll have an uneven amount of $ left. Oh well. Thank for the help.
Would anyone be able to tell me how one can delete an item from their Cart?
Put in too many items with the intent of using a $50 card to complete the payment before realizing I have none here. :( Just need to remove 2 items to put total under remaining amt, but there’s no “remove item” *anywhere*.
Selecting any item in cart or from the store list brings up the same thing, which is nothing but item info & text description. I don’t want to empty the cart since the items I do want (& can pay for immediately) are hell to look for, even though I know where to go, since there’s information over-load due to not having meaningfully organized sub-sections anymore and they are apparently part of a filter type that doesn’t exist.
So, is there a “remove individual item” ability that I’m just too blind to see?

Also, might it be possible to make the filter work like a store web-site page, with check-marks next to options we do want to see? That way. I can more easily find what it is I am seeking with-out 137 songs for 5 different titles cluttering up the screen. I.E. find all the episodes of Walking Dead in one easy-to-see section, or just browsing to see what’s new, only to see 13 pages straight of just Mugen Souls Jiggly items.

@314, I know I’m being a Hermione today, but I do know the answe since I had to remove something today. In the cart, look at the game or whatever. In the upper left corner is a small X. Just use the left stick to maneuver & click on that to delete the item. I think it was the left stck. Might be the right stick.
wheres the ps all stars online pass it not visible on the store
on the topic of Gran Turismo 5 how can they not already have added the Ford Crown Victoria via DLC
I still really hate and can’t stand the store. The only reason I went on it this week is cause I already paid for the Walking Dead and Borderlands 2 season passes. Took me longer than I wanted to navigate to find them. Usually I would browse more and maybe buy something, but the store is very cluttered. PS store used to be a game store, now it’s a junk yard. I’m not going to look through a mess to find stuff to buy.
I have a problem with trying to add funds to my wallet I keep get an error has occured on my ps3 and when I try on my vita it just freezes . Its really annoying (trying close to 2 hours after getting a psn card) please help.
Already repeating downloads? I already have Sonic.
I bought the Gravity Rush Dlc for LBP2 but it still says I need to buy it for vita. is cross-buy DLC thing over with?
Why is Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning 59.99 on the store when it’s 39.99 everywhere else??? Please adjust the price!
I purchased the Alice: Madness Returns Ultimate Edition Bundle thinking it would include the original game, like the retail version does. I guess this is not the case? Could you please be a little more explicit about what your “Ultimate Edition” bundles do not include, in the future. I don’t know why I ever would have thought an “Ultimate Edition” would include everything, and would not have bought it if I had known it didn’t.
@Helghast240 I had to fight them tooth and nail as they were claiming my pre-order of Dishonored didn’t count because it was in September that I pre-ordered it.
I had to go through 3 separate people and direct them to this blog so they could see they were in the wrong. They talked over me, told me I was wrong, and were just all-around unhelpful and unsympathetic. Terrible customer service but after fighting for over an hour a nice man named Byron credited me the $20 and apologized for my experience.
I bought the Alice Madness Returns Ultimate Edition yesterday. I saw that the American McGee’s Alice DLC was not included in this bundle. Today, i returned to the PS Store, and saw that the total price, which was ticked off, was 31,99. That price was too high for the game and the weapons and dresses DLC only.
So my question is: Is this right? Wasn’t this bundle supposed to have included the American McGee’s Alice DLC along with the Full Game and the weapons and dresses DLC?
Though i love PS+, i have a mayor complain, and i would really appreciate it if i don’t get ignored. A while ago Sonic 2 was available as a free download for PS+ subscribers, back then it was one of the few nice perks of going plus, so naturally i downloaded it. Well, yesterday i find out the bundle with both firsts games is a free download for PS+, i get exited and immediately go to de PS Store to download it, only to find out i can’t, ¿why?, because i already have Sonic 2, and it doesn’t matter if delete de game from my PS3, in my account the game is purchased, so i guess i’ll never get it. I don’t think this is the best way to reward loyalty, i mean, i’ve talked a couple of friends into the service by telling each week about how awesome it is, so is natural to feel a bit sad, isn’t it?
Morgan,
is there any updat on the Phantasy Star Online 2 coming to the Vita and the timeframe. I know its going to be free to play…Also what about the Dust app for the Vita?
Any fix yet for previously purchased content that is not showing up as purchased and they dont show up on download list(my waking dead seasion pass and sonic aventure battle 2)
New store isn’t compatible with remote play. Seems like you guys are really trying to make sure I don’t spend $…
To all those asking about Alice: Madness Returns & McGee’s Alice:
In the disc version I bought, the “new copy” code that came with it seems to be what gives you access to d/l McGee’s Alice, and play it through A:MR’s menu.
The trophies list shows trophies for things done in AM’sA as part of the regular list, not as DLC trophies, so I believe McGee’s Alice is literally part of the game, not something separate. Might be a separate d/l, though.

Thanks for the info, #314. I haven’t seen it due to either mental blindness or low res Tv.

Forgot to answer the top Q:
LBP Gravity Rush costume pack :D
Epic Mickey 2 BD, ASBR BD & Vita
Darksiders2 OST (Absolutely loving the music in-game, but can’t find some tracks Ianthe OST :(
)
DMC demo
I *would* get some Disgaea 4 DLC but I can’t find it anywhere, either for blindness or the PS Store clutter
Some things I’m still considering.

That’s just great, now we have PlayStation Store update data. Pretty soon, every time you boot
up your PS3 you’ll have to download something. What’s that game you wanted to play, sorry,
but their is an update to the store and the PS3 firmware needs updated. LOL, you thought you
we’re done, now you need to update that brand new game you just bought before you play it.
LOL, enough is enough. Fix this Shi? for your next system cause it’s getting ridiculous.
Hey, Don’t buy NASCAR the Game Inside Line, If you have already, I’m sorry. Eutechnyx
and Sony aren’t, they got our money. There should be a Consumer Alert on this product.
It is unplayable at best for their online Multiplayer. I know this isn’t the place for it but I
have had enough. I want everyone to know about this. I am so upset I am posting about
this anywhere and everywhere I have a user ID and am able to. It’s a joke, but it’s not
funny to us the consumers, it costs you 60 bucks and I guarantee you will not be laughing.
I can make this guarantee because Eutechnyx and SONY have given you one, and that’s
anybody who can pay for a license can sell you anything, even if it doesn’t work. Thank you
both for taking my money not once (I can accept that), but TWICE. It’s a joke, but me and
most everybody who has bought this game I can assure you isn’t laughing anymore.
Devil May Cry DMC is awesome! I mean, let’s face it, what a hell of job Ninja Theory and Capcom did working together. I saw some people saying “I will wait for MG R so I can play a 60fps action game”. What the hell the game media did with OUR children ?
I remember renting Resident Evil 2(for PSOne) and at the same time buying Mario Kart for SNES and I did not bother if one was 3D and other was 2D or even if they were in 1 million FPS (lol). What is good is good, period.
that people saying 12 hours BEFORE DMC demo was available that it would be bad because the framerate per second being less than 60 are the same who feels that Capcom is insulting them by changing Dante’s hair or whatever they complaints are.. That’s what scary me. It is so hard to download, install and play?.
Is the FPS factor the mark point where one game is good and other is bad?. I laugh.
Is there a problem with the Classic Sonic Bundle? It shows up in the store but when I try to add it to my cart it says it can’t be purchased right now.
@307, saab01- DD is a 3rd person tower defense game. It controls well, has that WOW graphical palette, lots of loot & class customization, & replay-ability… BUT, I find it very difficult. I’ve read that to progress past level 10 (I think?) you have to play online w/ a good team or have great off-line buddies (DD supports 4-player co-op). I don’t regret buying it, it’s just the difficulty & the trophy requirements really turned me off…
Ops, forgot to mention- purchased the LBP 2 Gravity Rush Costume Pack via the PS3. But I wasn’t able to DL it on my Vita… ;/
Just here to say that apparently the Alice bundle is no longer offering a plus discount nor the original game (which is apparently included) Hopefully this gets fixed it seems some people are really wanting it! I’m one of ’em :)
I guess I can forgive the lack of PSOne Classics this time since they FINALLY put Kingdoms of Amalur on the list. I never did get around to beating that one.
yup
I want the Alice bundle but it seems is no longer avaliable for ps plus users, what’s going on?
They forgot to put the American McGee’s Alice DLC along with the bundle, probably they are fixing it now, i hope..
It would be better if you guys do PS1 and PS2 games separately like in the old store…the new store have good visual but its a mess and loads things too slow.Plus whats up with the avatars getting expensive all the time???…it was great when it was $0.25 than $0.45 and now $0.49….damn thats a robbery.Just one more thing please bring back all the 3 Crash games Free for plus as you guys did last December…I missed that.
Oh yes, when i look into the PSN games, both Metal Gear Solid 2 HD and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD as standalone games are gone!
A lot of games are “unavailable”, others dont have a price.
The only easy thing to navigate on the games store is the Ps Plus page, the rest is a mess.
Can somebody please tell me why the Turkey Head Costume is not being re-released for LittleBigPlanet? It makes no sense because it’s been here since 2008.
Well….hate to say this, but I’m a little disappointed in Music Unlimited the last 3 days.
I’ve been a subscriber for a while now and there haven’t been any problems.
However, since the $12 Premium for a full year for Plus members started on Tuesday this week….the service has been very unstable.
Many times you can’t get in as the servers are busy, or if you’re on, it crashes and then tells you it can’t connect.
I understand there is a huge volume of people using it now, but I think Sony needs to monitor the servers a lot more now if they want to keep customers using this service.
I’ve been promoting this service to several friends who now are coming back saying they wish they didn’t purchase it, even at the low price as they can’t even get on.
Just my own 2 cents rant here.
Thank you for the update, as always.
I doubt this will be answered, yet is there a way to make suggestions for PS+ offers? I think ‘Nier’ should be offered online for PS+ members, as one of the monthly free titles. It’s an amazing game for its characters and music! Even owning the title, and being a PS+ member, I wouldn’t mind seeing it get into the hands of others. Truly one of the buried treasures of this generation!
Thanks!
ok i have a question i baught the ps3 version of playstation allstars battle royale at retail i know that i get the vita version for free but is there a date i have to get it buy cus i dont own a vita but i do want to get one eventually and when i do get a vita i want to take advange of this offer please let me know thank u
Its weird how Alice Madness Returns “ultimate” bundle in unavailable for Ps Plus subscribers, but is still 19,99 for all other PSN users.
I really hope Sony is working on giving us that bought the bundle the American McGee’s Alice DLC for FREE, since it was included in the total price of 31,97 that is ticked off, but not given as part of the “Ultimate” bundle.
Ultimate Bundle without all the DLCs is not ultimate.
