Basically, what Skater_Ricky is asking, is if you guys would make the PS3 more like XBOX360. Haha.
I got the update! but what are the features i don’t see a difference and i’m looking for some features LIKE or cross game voice chat (party chat)
Hopefully this mean Japan PSN store will be back soon… It’s already two months since the outage and Japan PSN store is still down. Even Hong Kong is back online…
@128 if no one wanted cross game chat we wouldn’t ask about it, it also wouldn’t be on the NUMBER ONE MOST ASKED PS3 FEATURE FOR OVER 2 YEARS. *turns off cruise control* it helps tremendously in clan matches in games like BFBC2 witch offer poor team chat implementation. I’m sure many don’t care about it but if you don’t why does it bother you that others want is so bad? Right now I have to use skype on my lappy while it sits next to me so I can communicate with my other squads in clan matches… yep.
the version at the bottom right of the screen still says 3.65
So how many firmware updates until the 3.61 fan RPM hijinks are actually fixed?

what time will it start
I always like it when things are improved, but what I would most like to see is an end to the crazy flickering and flashing that my PS3 does every now and then. It even happens on blu-rays and Netflix, which tells me it is a system problem. I did some searches a few months back and a lot of other people are having the same problems, but I have never seen any real solutions offered.

the only thing holding ps3 back is not having a cross game voice chat- you have had years to put one into place but instead you put it into the vita =(stupidity)
It is very slow to download the UPDATE
Hopefully this helps out with all the freezing on DC Universe Online.. It’s been out of control since update 3 and the latest hotfix.. You try to raid, and someone freezes every 5 minutes.. I got my fingers crossed! Hopefully this update is a good one!

im on 25% its really slow i hate updates at least it keeps my ps3 good so nothin happens also has anyone else keep geting signed out because of a ps3 error it should say you have been signed out of playstation network this is an error or sumthin like that. p.s. add me intombedlemon55 must have a mic

I think the update times have increased drastically! That’s amazing.. I just had to update Little Big Planet, as it’s the first time I’m trying it since I installed it, and it took no time! Hopefully it’s just as quick with all the big updates too.. Thumbs up so far..

1st off i got to say i hope you are not wasting time money resources on developing cross game chat. thats a pointless feature that will get used by a couple kids now and again. i havent come across 1 in game player who wants it just on these post. if i had to ask for just 1 new feature it would be……. being able to play any music i have on my harddrive in any game i own. even if i cant play the tracks online during gameplay i rather be able to import my music in game then cross chat. if your thinking of cross chat you might as well stop and start developing cross game video chat. its bound to happen sooner or later.either you can be first or you can be the copycat . 2nd what is in these updates. i dont know if your reprogramming my ps3 or what your doing but im wanting a detailed post blog something were i can go see every exact thing your doing to my $300 machine in these updates. if something were to go wrong id like to know what it was you did before i update (mandatory or not) rather than 2 weeks later in a press release.

@178 Really…? Yeah I noticed that Black ops tend to freeze a lot. It froze on me twice yesterday… I bet the next thing thats going to freeze is Modern Warfare 3 when it comes out -____-… I’ll just have to occupy myself with Battle Field 3 then.

All i have to say is my web suck where i live, updates take forever unless i do the pc downlad cause then i can use the 3g on my phone. soooooo how bout whenever they get released and you HAVE to update them to play have them availible on the dang site already!!!!!!
