Been had the Lara Croft game for almost a week thanks to Gamespot’s error, and i’m glad it happened since SquareEnix screwed over those of us who bought a Go with Birth by Sleep.
Ok, it’s 5:45pm 29th here in Australia. I have been waiting for the store update since yesterday to download the EA MMA demo.

Please give us a week or two heads up if an item is going to be removed from the psn store. The Disney psone games mysteriously disappeared after only being available for about a week and this week sega rally for the psp disappeared with no warning. If someone is “on the fence” about purchasing a game, if we knew the game was going to be removed from the store, we’d probably purchase the game. Also with so few new psp games being made (in both umd and digital form) please don’t remove remove any of the available games form the psn store. One new psp release per weakly update (most of the time) just doesn’t cut it.
Any chance of seeing jet set radio along side sonic adventure?
Off-topic: But why isn’t the new Megaman Legends game on a PlayStation?!?! Pretty sad. That would have sold PS3/PSP(s) for alot of ppl.

What is wrong with you people? Croft Demo WAS NOT PUSHED yesterday or today! What are the requirements to receive the push? Do we need to have specific times set, do we need to wait X time? Seriously. This is a simple question. If you don’t know the answer I’d be plenty happy with a ‘we don’t know’. Don’t just leave legitimate questions from paying customers unanswered. I hate to have to say this but if there were ever two people on the blog who needed to be replaced ASAP it needs to be you (US only mind you) store publishing people. Plain and simple you suck. Get someone who can spend at least a little bit of time reading/answering comments (ok more than a little because Ro barely has that covered now) Not saying you need to be fired…just stop coming to the blog and posting…i am dissapoint

PS PLUS is an embarassment. Where are all the avatars, themes? At the very least we should be getting more free themes, premium avatars, one every 2 weeks? LMAO, considering the terrible garbage games they give us free or poor discounts on garbage we get, they should at least give us more avatars, themes, etc.. What a joke Sony. Not renewing unless this greatly improves.

Microsoft does NOT have the rights to Left for dead idiot, Left fo Dead is made by an independant developer VALVEm, who have stated sony ps3 is a bad system to program for, and wont make games for it. Now they have since said portal will come to PS3 so they may change their mind. Sony priced themself in third place this gen, and making it a pain to code for also didnt help. PS3 is by far the best console, but sits in third due to Sony incompetence.

I’m seriously disappointed, to the point that I’m not even looking forward the PS Store updates anymore and pretty given up on them now.
I thought that with the advent of the PS1 Imports, we would be seeing alternating between Domestic and Imports every weeks at least. But this week showed me how much of a wishful thinking this was.
Also, why the hell can’t we get a status about Vagrant Story OR Front Mission???
Vagrant Story was released EVERYWHERE except the US Store LAST DECEMBER!!!!
And now Front Mission 3 has been out for a full month in Europe and yet, nothing here. So what’s the damn hold up here?

Looks like US PSN is failing, seriously no demo for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow? Microsoft is pushing crazy content on their side for their exclusives and PS3 is doing what for they’re supporters? Not much when compared to what Japanese and European player are getting. Maybe if you stop trying to take our money and give back a little, you may get more in return.

SCEA are terrible, ever wonder why North America is the ONE place where PS3 trails a lot to the other box? SCEA has terrible marketing, and simply are not on the ball with PSN, or marketing. Sony Europe and Japan seem to be much better right now.
couldn’t you just make a side account on a system to access the eu or jpn store. yeah I read you can. so go do that and dl your demos themes games and all of that you want. oh yeah, it could be tricky when it comes to e~mail address, and you will need to pay with their money/network card. my advice is to go and do some web research if you are really anxious for those items you dont see when you shop U.S.

There is a lot of content here, unfortunately I don’t really want any of it…First time in a long time that’s happened.
not a whole lot that interests me. i can see the value of some of the content, but since what i purchase most are psp games (good legacy or new releases), and ps1 classics, there’s nothing to really make me break out my wallet. yes, theres demos, great releases for the ps3 but to me, those things are similar to having a craving for pizza and your girlfriend decides that shes in the mood for burgers. burgers are tasty, but they werent what you were craving.
that being said, people need to be silent about the plus. sony hasnt had the best track record for keeping their word, or at the very least, for over inflating a description to get people to buy then revealing the flaws. for the people that bought a plus account, talk with a person that bought the go and you’ll understand just how cheated you could feel.
im glad that ro continues to answer questions he can answer, or atleast show his presence. probably not easy to look at five pages of people pointing out flaws to things he has no ability to change, plus im pretty sure most people dont even bother to scan earlier comments so any vital replies might go unnoticed.

As a PS+ subscriber I kind of knew the Tomb Raider demo wouldn’t auto DL Monday night before the store updated whenever on Tuesday, but it’s ridiculous that it didn’t update Tuesday night (I have auto-update set for 2-4AM). Why even bother advertising auto-update if it not only doesn’t update before we can go into the store and DL it ourself, but it doesn’t even DL the night following the store update? Tell me how this makes even a sliver of sense?
My point is – auto-update is a nice perk, but don’t advertise something with a date of 9/28 if it isn’t going to DL for days after that, it’s just stupid to advertise.
By this point I just skipped it and DL Castlevania instead.
I’d like to put in a request for Legend of Dragoon to be released on the PSN store. I’m sure it’d be a huge seller, look at this poll (http://www.gamefaqs.com/poll/index.html?poll=4048) and all the love it still gets.

Honestly the only good thing about this update was the 2 psp demos other than that its a pretty bad update for the psp side, but like i said before it really doesnt matter as you guys really could care less for the thing.

“Real soon?” C’mnon, Castlevania launches on october 5th no later than noon nationwide, while the ps store updates late in the evening (that’s on a good day). The UK store has had it for 2 weeks for plus members and was available today for everyone. What’s the market startegy for this game Sony on North America?
