  • So is there no list of the “Games under €X” because the store hasn’t updated yet? Because in the store (at the time of writing this) all the games are at full price…

  • Im little bit dissapointed they did not managed to include more of the Assassins Creed and Far Cry titles into the list.

  • Next sale Activision with tons of CoD rubbish galore, i reckon.

  • Games Under €20 (until 2nd September)

Games Under €10 (until 2nd September)

I think that this is not very useful promo. :D

  • Concerned you guys might have got bored halfway through writing this piece, although having been a marketing copywriter myself I can’t exactly blame you either…

  • Especially when they start labelling GRW coins as the Xbox one pack. Really? On the PlayStation store?

  • Ever heard of proofreading?

  • Wow this only highlights UBIsofts dire old hat line up. I’ve not played an assassins creed since the first one (which I really liked at the time) Far Cry 2 was the last Far Cry I played

    • So you haven’t played any of these games for over ten years and yet you still know that they’re “old hat”?

      Credibility… 0%

  • Bear with me here. Buying AC: Odyssey and the Season Pass is cheaper than buying the GOLD edition which is literally just the two bundled up. And what’s more, the ULTIMATE version which is GOLD + the Deluxe Pack is even cheaper than the GOLD version. Who comes up with this pricing?!?

AC: Odyssey Base Game + Season Pass: £40.73

    AC: Odyssey ULTIMATE: £42.31

    AC: Odyssey GOLD: £44.99

    • The developer’s marketing department. Keep in mind that they have stats and facts that we dont, i.e. there may be gamers that have bought AC3 Remastered without actually buying Odyssey Ult. It makes sense for them to go for the Gold Ed at this point, right ?

    • But Ultimate has everything Gold has, and more! And is cheaper. However, you raise a valid point – they have stats and facts. And if there’s one thing to remember it is that people don’t make logical decisions. Who knows, maybe people buy Gold over Ultimate because it sounds better? So Ubisoft make it a bit more expensive as a stupid people tax.

    • @sisi_ozuk: That is just a marketing technique which is used to entice you into making the purchase. By making you think that you are getting an even better deal people are more likely to hit the buy now button. It can be the best deal out there but be wary of it!

  • A “Retro Sale” with no PS1 classics? Pfff

  • Be nice if you actually posted prices instead of just a meaningless list.

    • I think putting all the prices on there would be a real pain in the but, since the EU blog covers more than just the EU… Regional pricing and such…

  • unless I’ve missed it, I couldn’t see Ghost Recon Wildlands in the sale?? Plenty of the games add ons though.

Does this mean it may be on plus next month??

    • If you want an idea of what will be plus games look at ps now games and pick some thing that’s not already been on plus like vampir or farming simulator
