Give Turtle Rock’s red-hot squad shooter a test run later this month
Hunters, shooter fans, giant monsters, unite! 2K and Turtle Rock’s multiplayer shooter Evolve is getting a closed “Big Alpha” test later this month. Do you enjoy the occasional, death-defying hunt through exotic alien jungles? Or do you prefer the confidence of a lumbering giant that hurls rocks at prey? Evolve caters to both play styles!
The closed alpha test is happening on PS4 from 31st October to 2nd November. Please mark your calendars.
Evolve’s been playable at select tradeshows earlier this year, but for many of you this will be your first and best chance to see what Turtle Rock has cooking before it launches. Evolve is still months out from its release date on 10th February, so getting in now is recommended if you’re impatient. Which is totally fine.
Because this is a limited closed alpha test, you’ll need a code to register for a chance to participate. Fortunately, we have one for you below. Use before it expires and remember that you must have an active PS Plus membership to play.

Use Referral Code: PlayStation4v1
Redeem the code at: http://evolvegame.com/bigalpha
As a thank you to those that have already pre-ordered the game, those folks are guaranteed access to the Big Alpha. Anyone who pre-orders the game between now and October 21st can also guarantee themselves access. Smart.
Please note: The countries listed here are unable to participate in the Big Alpha.
Thanks :) looking forward to this :)
Nice and now we wait :)
Cheers!
Agreed, nice one, got a bit confused with 17 digit code bit, then tried the two – that break the three sets of five digits up, accepted so hopefully all’s good, am looking to get this anyways, i meam the few times i was on my 360 were for L4D, both of them though like most, the first was my fav, Anything from you guys is on My radar.
Mean (meam?) ios8 is killing me, might as well add i am a plus subber, just not on this AC, in case anyone didn’t know (lol).
Great for people who liked the Tank battles in L4D, not good otherwise. :)
I hated the Tank battles, but enjoyed the ‘get from point A to point B’ aspect of L4D. Maybe someday we’ll get a L4D HD remake for the PS4 (Let’s face it, it’s not like there are loads of great games on the horizon for our console – still awaiting the ‘Greatness’ guys…).
Thanks Ryan! Hope I get in ! BEYOND from Germany!

Ryan Clements was previously working at IGN and with Podcast Beyond with Greg Miller and Colin Moriarty. T-BAT was probably referring to his time there.
