Check out the brand new CGI clip debuting at Gamescom 2014 this week
To kick off Gamescom today, Alien: Isolation has released a CGI trailer, featuring a jumpy and nerve-wrecking encounter between Amanda Ripley and the creature hunting her – the Alien.
We see eerie areas of the station, reminiscent of the filmic origins of this space horror story. From the swinging chains under the dripping water, to tools cluttered on the table as Amanda crafts the vital motion tracker, it all hints at the tension and atmosphere waiting in Alien: Isolation.
Alien: Isolation is a first-person survival horror game capturing the fear and tension evoked by Ridley Scott’s 1979 classic film. Players find themselves in an atmosphere of constant dread and mortal danger as an unpredictable, ruthless Xenomorph is stalking and killing deep in the shadows. Underpowered and underprepared, you must scavenge resources, improvise solutions and use your wits, not just to succeed in your mission, but to simply stay alive.
Alien: Isolation will be available from 7th October on PS3 and PS4.
