  • I’m not ungrateful for the handful of games we got last month, but after getting free games this doesnt seem as exciting.

    • This is the final drop from the *play at home* ? I though the say (4) months, starting on March 1st? Anyways that’s another story.
While I do appreciate it for the free games and effort from sony, I don’t like any of those title.
The only game I love is *Horizon Zero Dawn*. Anyways all of that make is up life.

    • This Is Kinda disappointment

    • I agree

    • Come on guns, no one else even said “stay safe and healthy” to anyone of us, all I have to say is thank you Play Station 👌😊

    • 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  • Not as exciting but they gave us a ton of free games so hard to complain.

    • I agree with you but I am disappointed ☹️.I expected a lot of great games.

    • They gave out 10+ great games for free. What are you talking about?

    • yea but they promised more
I mean i liked Subnautica, Ratchet and Clank, Enter The Gungeon and HZD but c’monnn. Nobody cares about these. Even the ppl that do play those games would be happier with more free games, and i say that as a Rocket League and Warzone player

    • They didn’t promise more games they promised that Play at Home would have more to offer and that was true.

    • Desculpe amigo mas o único jogo que deu pra aproveitar daquela lista foi o horizon zero dawn

    • They gave 10 games from where only subnotica was good and horizon was epic

    • yea we not paying anything extra for this like xbox so its pretty good. Just MLB the Show alone 10 free packs is 15000 points of grinding I dont have to do

    • captain_cosmosyt

Dawg not all of those games were great tf are you talking about.

  • This is exciting to all the people who play those games I guess…

    • Yeah…

    • As an owner of several of these games let me assure you that it isn’t all that exciting…

    • It’s just disappointing. They give away some currency for some freemium games, you probably can’t even get much with that. I’d rather get one good game than a bunch on junk ones or some currency for games I don’t even play

  • I appreciated what you have done but maybe you should have had Horizon Zero Dawn be the last offering to this campaign and released these in-game content earlier so that the play at home initiative ends with a BANG!

    • Yeah but earlier is better for us.

    • That’s what I was thinking. I see people whining on here and think, “Well, it’s free stuff soooo …” But I do think Sony should have held off for a grand finale if for no other reason than to shut people who can’t appreciate free stuff up. lol

  • I guess this is cool for anyone that plays one or more of those games… maybe? I’m not one of those people so I cannot really speak for them.

  • Certificate bruh moment

  • Bruh, seriously Sony? After so many great titles i really expected more. And isn’t there one month more? I and a lot of ppl expected games. Literally nobody wanted this, people were guessing for God of War, Persona 5, Bloodborne, Uncharted 4, but now we have this, yea it will make these few weeks easier since now we have some currency that we can earn playing the game anyways, a boost that nobody cares about and some skins.

    • amaeture_kratos2

It really is disappointing after the stuff they had given away. A lot of people were expecting a game rather than in game currency no one really cares abt. Ppl had huge expectations and giving away in game currency was really disappointing

  • I would have prefered to have seen another Triple A game come to Play At Home, preferably God of War, or any other game published by Sony Interactive. We already got Ratchet and Clank (2016) and Horizon Zero Dawn (with DLC), so it does makes sense to add God of War, since that is a game getting a sequel like the two you mentioned. Instead, you have to include in-game content to FTP games. Frankly, this appeals to a small fanbase, since most people that own a Playstation in 2021, own it to play these triple A games, not multiplayer game that is free. This is stuff that people will definitely not touch if they own it. The purpose of owning a game, is to play it. Nobody here really cares about cosmetics or XP in large multiplayer games like Fortnite and Warzone. Next time, or now: GIVE US SOMETHING GOOD!

    • amaeture_kratos2

True. They could’ve given away this the earlier months and Horizon now or maybe just one AAA game would have been great too. But in game currency is really disappointing

    • Totally agree with you we not care about xp and cosmetics
It would be great if god of war like game was added even no many but only single AAA game would be awesome

    • Statistically, “most people” don’t buy consoles to play Sony games, as even the most popular one isn’t even owned by 1/5th (and those sales figures do seem a bit fishy). On the other hand most people (statistically) end up playing games like GTA, Fortnite and sports things in which people buy lots and lots of silly items because they’re silly.

So it does actually cater to the larger audience, unfortunately.

  • Seriously? Some in game currency?

I’m not ungrateful with the games you gave in March or April, but this is just disappointing, this will only last a couple of days.

  • Decepcionado com a playstation… estava tão ansioso para saber os jogos da play at home deste mês e levei um balde de água fria … :(

  • Wow so much complaining for all the free stuff we got. Remember Sony didn’t have to do this.

Thanks sony for all the free stuff during this crummy time we all had to deal with.

    • Exactly. Entitled babies on here. Grow up

    • gamer_monkey_101

Hey, we just didn’t like this drop. We loved all of the past free games that came out but not much people play some of these games so it is pretty much getting nothing out of this.

    • Where do you see ‘so much complaining’? OK, most expected more and expressing just that, aswell as expressing that they’re still gratefull for what they got before.
Expressing disappointment isn’t the same as complaining. Or is being disappointed another ‘negative emotion’ that isn’t allowed in this forced ‘positve’ world?

Half of what has been on offer, I already had that in my collection, but I was still happy about their choices. In comparison, this offering is lackluster for both who play these games (as I understand it doesn’t amount to that much) and those who don’t play these games, because FTP games generally have only one (hardcore) group appeal.

    • Thank. You. Jeez. Sony should have held off on their big giveaways just so these people would chill.

  • better than nothing, I suppose

  • Thank you Sony for all the free stuff you offered in both the 2020 and 2021 Play at Home initiatives to get us through those tough times!
I understand some people might be disappointed in getting FTP in-game content rather than a AAA game for the final content drop, but they have to look back and appreciate that between the two years, Sony gave out 16 games for free in total (The Nathan Drake Collection has 3 games)!

  • Dissapointing. I would be happy with at least GOW3 Remaster then this, idk…

  • well this sucks.

  • Thanks for the free games that you give is the past few month but it disappointing that the last offer is some skins and i thougt we well get one or two game i was hope they give bloodborne or persona 5

  • Pretty much nothing of value.

Still the last 2 months were great.

Hoping the next final month is akin to the first 2 and not this one.

  • I was upset that some were complaining about the free games that were offered because… seriously, there were 12 free games offered. There was even a variety of games so that there was something for everyone. I have personally picked up 3 for my collection (I tried two others but did not enjoy so stopped playing and deleted). With that said, I am extremely disappointed in this release. Like others stated, if these were released instead of the games and then the games were released now, it would have felt differently. However, my biggest issue is the games they are giving out content to do not have the variety that the games had. These are all fighting, war, and sports?!? There are no carebear games, casual games, family games, etc. Neither myself or anyone in my family play even one of these games. I would love, say, the Little Nightmare costume packs (especially since the sequel is now out, giving notice to the original would be helpful to the series), an Overcooked 2 pack, a Sims 4 pack, etc. The possibilities for other types of games are endless. So thank you PS for the free stuff, but no thanks. *frowns*

    • gamer_monkey_101

Did you get Subnautica? It is a E10+ game but there is some language in some parts of it but they are brief. Also it is an amazing game.

    • Oh yes, that is one of the three I added to my collection. Great game.

  • I’ll pick up that Warframe bundle, i guess. Don’t really play anymore but its the only game on the list that i would play.

  • No more free games drop

  • Well, I appreciate everything so far but, this is all but useless for me as I don’t play any of these games…so what a load of crap.

    • amaeture_kratos2

True. Not a lot of people care abt skins and in game currency and this drop was honestly just disappointing.

  • Sincerely, I’m disappointed.

  • Ya’ll gonna be telling everyone to stay home forever or what?

  • amaeture_kratos2

Bruh Sony, seriously? Not to be ungrateful or anything I really appreciate you giving away all these games but maybe you shouldn’t have given away in game currency for the final drop. You guys could have given atleast a single game. Very few people even care about cosmetics and stuff and hence a lot of people are a bit disappointed. Maybe you should have given away these the first month so that the Play At Home Initiative would have ended in a bang and people would be happy.

Nonetheless it was great while it lasted but hopefully you guys can continue this Initiative sometime again……

    • gamer_monkey_101

I agree with you, this was one of the worst drops ever. No offence Playstaion.

    • Someone up there in Playstation depar
      tment is ruin it.

Having at least a platinum trophy should be a requirement to get a job at Playstation department that decides consumer stuff lol.

  • When is Horizon zero dawn Ps5 update

  • gamer_monkey_101

I loved that Play at Home started with a fun free game, then more fun free games and the game I loved the most: Horizon: Zero Dawn. But… I don’t really like this last drop of free stuff. First, I don’t like any of the free content except for the Warzone content. But I can’t even use it because I don’t have enough storage for the game anymore. I can’t redownload the game because I don’t want to delete any of my games on my Playstation. So I think this is the worst free drop of stuff from Play at Home.

  • I’d take virtually any game instead of this.

  • Okay guys I have a question… I downloaded horizon zero damn and for some reason I can’t see the other games like subnautica and others . Can someone tell me why ?

  • I bought this month ps+ for a whole year, for the sake of multiplayer and of course free games. And before you buy, you have written: PS PLUS subscribers get new epic games every month! Received only 2 games by subscription and one free Horizon Zero Dawn. And the fact that there will be no more free games was not written anywhere, I learned only now((( I did not expect this from you, it’s a shame very much. From what you’ve suggested, in-game content and currency, I’m not interested.
    Disappointed :(

    • What are you talking about? They give 3 free games at least on PS+ every month. If you bought a year you’ll get them every month.

    • What a backhanded complaint. PS Plus gives away FREE games EVERY month. Whether they’re great or not varies by month.

    • This has nothing to do with PS Plus.

    • I learned about ps+ in another place, if this is not the case, then I will take my words back.

    • PS+ doesn’t give out any FREE games in any month.

If you’re paying for a service, then anything in that service is not free..

  • gamer_monkey_101

I got a PS plus membership last year and it ends in two months and I don’t think I’ll get another year. So enjoy your membership, kreyl1n while you can.

  • Could be more exciting ngl maybe adding something else with different games idk just my opinion

  • “It’s the thought that counts”

March and April were like Christmas where you get everything you asked for, and May was like a white elephant gift where you don’t really want it but feel bad for regifting it (or throwing it away)

  • cosmic_pangolin

gamer boys and complaining about free products, name a more iconic duo

  • D I S A P P O I N T E D
i was waiting for some gow3 or re7

  • The fact that Xbox game pass gets so much more is ridiculous. They get so many top tier games for free. Even the show for free!!! Not right. Can’t even get the new console to make me feel better about Sony cause y’all don’t care about scalpers. I feel like blaming things on Covid has created all types of complacency in all work places. This is not acceptable Sony, not cool at all. Really disappointing year last year and now this! SMH.

    • What are you talking about? Xbox Game Pass is not free while Play At Home is completely free…

    • gamer_monkey_101

No he is talking about how Xbox game pass lets you play a lot of, in his words “Top tier games for free.” while Play at Home gives just a few games to play for free.

  • Aside from the fact that calling cosmetic items ‘in game content’ is being a bit too generous, what really stumps me is that some of these aren’t even for free to play games. How do you “play at home” with in game currency/cosmetics for games you can’t even add to your collection for free if you don’t already play them? This drop feels so out of place with the previous months. Granted, I certainly wasn’t expecting to get another 10 free games but… definitely not this

  • “I’m not ungrateful, but… moan, moan, moan etc.” Classic opening gambit from a rarely happy crowd. The games we received at the start of Days of Play were a good batch, and something for everyone just about. Not to mention HZD. Well done, and thank you Sony. It’s much appreciated, especially so during such a dreadful time.

  • *Play At Home – I meant in my comment, not ‘Days of Play’. Oops.

  • العاب مثل uncharted الأجزاء القديمه هل راح تكون متوفره في خدمة play at home

  • Oh great, No more free Platinum Trophies just a bunch online friends requirements and this is not a good offer for gamers and users I thought it will be great like Uncharted: Lost Legacy or Bloodborne but NO!? It’s in game currency and skins what a waste a new studio joins to Sony then the offer is add-ons so really disappointed I only Platinum Rez Infinite before others or Horizon Zero Dawn.

  • Pretty underwhelming selection but I guess we can’t complain as it’s free.

  • Thank yous for the free content an games so far

  • I thought this was supposed to last for 4 months? What about free content dropped for June? I figured we would have this month and next month to get more free games. All the excitement for just some in game things for free online games I don’t wanna play. I’m grateful for the free games we got, bit this was a major let down.

    • According to the post it is, it’s just worded slightly oddly.

“Final” probably means they they hope you’ll enjoy the next one, rather than this one is the final. The original post did say “4 months starting from March” (so I’m guessing the next one will be on the 7th of June).

  • Whoever approved this bad idea needs a slap on the wrist.

Promoting this kind of stuff should remain on smartphone games.

  • Yes

  • Woow haha y’all couldn’t have screamed at our faces “we care only about our new casual audience” louder than this.Would have hurt to try for some actual DLC in games that aren’t casual target?…oh well this really sucks but I ain’t really complaining cuz the free games were great even though I already had both Horizon and Ratchet.

  • Thanks for #PlayatHome, but the final content only for online gamers… Not cool.
But thanks another time for R&C, HZD and indi games and good luck Sony!

  • F1games 2019 ps4 free
