First up, we have the excellent and chaotic Just Cause 3. Take Rico Rodriguez on a truly wild ride to liberate Medici from military dictatorship. Your greatest weapon is your ingenuity. And explosions.

Next we have Assassin’s Creed Freedom Cry, a standalone adventure set after the events of Black Flag. Guide Adewale on an emotional story, using his skills as an assassin and his deep convictions to free oppressed people.

PS Plus Summer Movies

For Free-to-Play, Dreadnaught, launching in open beta on August 1st, will be offering a $20 PlayStation Plus pack starting August 15th. All PlayStation Plus members will also get the Ravenswood Plus Pack free.

There’s lot of great stuff to look forward to, but if you want something immediate, this weekend only, PlayStation Plus members can play Doom for free starting tomorrow, Thursday the 27th until the 30th.     I from Argentina and I can’t believe that Sony makes us, latinamericans, pay the same money for the Ps Plus like the rest of America and Europe and don’t give us the same games!! exchanging Just Cause 3, a AAA game for a spaceships game that cost 18 dollars. It’s very disrespectful and discriminatory.

    Can’t download JC3. The store keeps thinking and after a long time show the message “An Error Occured”. Come on….

      same thing happened to me, you need 35gb of free space for the game, i delete off old PSN Plus games and it downloaded, although a bit pointless because the servers are not working so you cant play the game only the boom-island mini game thing, but its pointless with no other players.

    Disappointment. Sony discriminates against its customers in Latin America. They charge the same “ps plus” membership fee to us and to Latin America but they give to its customers is us a free game of US $ 60 and to latin america a game of $15. fraud

    Im in Mexico, and we get Strike Vector instead wtf Sony? Im payin PS Plus and being payin it for years now, and we cant get Just Cause 3?
    Whats wrong? You need some more money or yall just dont care, this is not ps3 wich is free, this is ps4 where we paying for games, internet, ps plus and DLC, and we cant have Just Cause 3? Yo better fix this right now

      good lineup on the games???? only game i see intresting this month is call of duty infinite only one i would get n not from the psstore, n 2 games at regular price accel world vs swordart online, and final fantasy xii which yet is a remake of the ps3 one, wgich i still have that title on ps3 cd, if the story isnt changed or extra characters added or major differences then i dnt care about graphics or game play changes, its a rip off to me

      p.s. let me correct myself thats a ps2 game im looking at it now had to go through my games, i have a few ps2 mixxed with ps3 thats to show you how much i used the ps3 for some old games, i guess there wasnt a ps3 original for final dantasy xii. still a game you could just had let it be, and avle to play on ps4 i mean isnt ps4 an upgrade shouldnt it do what ps3 did, play older games while they look even better on the newer system, hmmm.

    too bad Just Cause 3 will not work………..

    it says the servers are own and you can only play the boom island thing………

    typical Sony why give out a working game when they can give one with no multiplayer servers for a game that will only work when logged into the game servers.

    Nice. Not a big AC fan, but it’s been a long dry spell since a AAA game made it to the lineup. I’ll definitely give it a try. I had already decided to cancel my sub at the end of the year, but PSN, just earned another year with this release. It doesn’t take much, just throw us a top game every now and then. I don’t play online, so the free games is the only value to me. This is my first keeper since Zombi

    Was excited since every game announced here in the US store was taken to the Mexico store. But for the first time they took out the game I really was excited about :( Just cause has always seem so great in videos and wanted to play it but we got Motherload instead :(

    3. final fantasy 7 should be completed entirely and sold entirely may it be up to 3 cds again but that whole part 1 cd n wait for another without knowing if they are going to keep it going for ps4 or a newer system, to me this is a rip off and a way to make more money, wack. FINAL FANTASY 7 SHOULD BE DONE COMPLETELY AND SOLD WITH COMPLETE STORY FROM BEGINING TO END LIKE THE ORIGINAL, NOT PARTS BY PART.

    PLAYSTATION IS A GAMING CONSOLE HAVING MUSIC ON IT SHOULD BE THE ONLY THING AVAILABLE OTHER THEN THAT SHOULD BE KEPT AS A GAMING SYSTEM ONLY. MY OPINION IF YOU LIKE. I regret getting the system, i sold the ps3 believing in your ps4, havent gotten a ps3 system again just so i can play my ps3 titles, n i shouldnt i wont, you guys should gad the ps4 able to play older games. wtf

    1. half your psplus game deals to me, none of those games worth getting. 2. half the games you have on regular price some can be found new and cheaper in many stores, others are found cheaper, and then games not of this year and your still selling them at regular price wtf, still cheaper at stores some even on amazon.

    Just Cause 3 doesn’t appear as a ps plus game to me. It hust tells me I have to pay the usual 71 bucks to play even though I have a membership. Could this be becaue I live in Argentina?

    Why aren’t we getting the same games in Mexico? This is the first time this has happened in the 4+ years that I’ve had PS Plus. We pay the same price, in USD, we should get the same service and products.

    Does this mean that we will be getting different games each month like EU or Asia from now on?

    Any answer will be greatly appreciated Sony…

    Kindaa wish Snakeball was actually a full game and didn’t require you to buy an add on to unlock the full thing. Aside from that pretty solid month.

    I just wish the PS Plus free games would be 2 games from 2 very different genres. If I don’t like 1 genre I would at least have a choice (unlike July with Until Dawn and GoT) an adventure game and an RPG or Racing, Fighting, Sim, Action, Etc, Etc.

    It would also be very nice, more to my liking and I’m sure many others as well. If they offered an old PlayStation, PlayStation 2 or PSP game for free each month as well.

    Well, here in Brazil eas a total mess. We don’t get just cause, and sony says nothing about it. Them, on the first day of the drop, some brazilian guys got it free on the store, because it has a bug and for couple of hours user were able to download it. I don’t get it because I was working. There’s no reason to discriminate brazilians like that. We all pay the same. Anyway, as a user, the obly thing I can do is not renew the membership and next gen change platform (as I did switching xbox 360 for ps4). Maybe I’m just one guy and don’t change sony’s numbers, but i felt discriminated. Thats what I’ll do. I’ve never argued against “bad ps plus games indies” like most people do, because I know it is for free and sony has its policies. But discrimination is not nice. Thanks sony, it was good.

    Downwell is actually pretty good. The rest you couldn’t pay me to play. I guess when you get down to it they wouldn’t give away anything good because they’d lose money. We’re just gonna have to accept that all the games that come with plus are a bad joke. In that respect this month’s joke was extra funny. Assassin’s Creed? That’s hilarious. The 2 people that like the series already have it.
