I could honesty care less about some of the old AAA games that could be available through plus. Most of the 2+ year old games are on psn flash sale you can get for $15. Thats a night at a bar for most people. I got metro redux series for $7.99(2 drinks at a bar), shadow of mordor was dirt cheap too. Witcher 3 which was a game of the year was $16 last week as flash sale.

Question: Does anyone know if Hyper Void will be offered as PS3 only. It’s cross play with PS4 on the store at the moment. Interested as VR upgrade has just been released. Hearing good things about the other games.

I wouldn’t say these are games I would download. At to library but will probably never play. But I’m not upset that we didn’t get something more. I am still playing bloodborne, dark souls 3, watch dogs 2, Deus ex mankind divided, dishonored 2, skyrim special edition, nba 2k17, battlefield 1. Will take me several months to get through those before I have time for another AAA. Final fantasy 15 came out yesterday I’ll wait until Christmas because i just don’t have time for it. Next month were getting the the last guardian. There are so many good games out now if they had black flag on ps+ I’d download but not be able to get to it for a while. Some of the indie games are nice as a fill in they don’t take a lot of time to play. I don’t know anything about this month’s ps+ games probably will pass but could care less they are trash because a lot of other games to play right now.

Honestly I’m with the people who say this isn’t a good look for Sony although I’m not apposed to getting a couple Indies every now and then you would think they would pick some of the better indie titles they have at their disposal Necropolis or Salt and Sanctuary are examples of two excellent indie games with tons of hours of gameplay in them but they keep giving us these crappy one-off titles that we won’t play but once and forget about it seriously Sony get it together

Sony is really starting to piss me off. When we purchased playstation plus we were promised one triple A game a month instead all we get month after month is a bunch of indie crap games. Enough is enough. Xbox are getting blockbuster games month after month an we are getting crap.
EVERYONE THAT WORKS IN THE PLAYSTATION PLUS DEPARTMENT SHOULD GET FIRED.

Raised the price for PLUS to $60.00 and still gives us an onslaught of boring useless indies games. Glad I don’t have PLUS anymore. SONY should rename Playstation 4 to Playstation Indies because there’s nothing but onslaughts of indies games for this system.

I’ve been gaming since NES days, and I’ve never been a fan of 2D platform games. Back then, that’s what most games were– Mario, Sonic, Altered Beast, Comix Zone, etc. so choices were limited. But when Final Fantasy VII came out for the PS1 and I played a 3D, more-or-less open world game for the first time, I left 2D platformers in the dust. I’ll get the 2 PS4 games and the Tiny Troopers game, but the other three Sony can keep.

Got upset reading the early posts saying this month is trash. I’ve been disappointed for a couple months and should be this month being that I have and beat the ps4 games already. Since I have invisible on PC it’s nice to get it on ps4 worth the months price for that alone. Both ps4 frames are excellent and invisible Inc I consider AAA quality. Thanks Sony please ignore the young ones they know not what they say or I should say game! Thanks for those sales picked up some games I never would have on the cheap and that’s why I have plus for those gamea

For all of you that feel the PS Plus lineup is not up to par. Make your voice heard, Use the Blog Share link and start a Petition for better content. Stop complaining here where your voice isn’t heard. The link is right above the area where you type in your comments. If everyone votes for a change in content for more AAA games they will definitely see it. Vote vote and vote some more, the tools are there you just have to use them. Plus it will show how many people truly want more AAA games.

I recently bought a PS4 after some years gaming on PC. It was a bit of a turn off being forced to pay monthly to able to play multiplayer. The idea that you got some free games with PS Plus made it a bit more justified. After seeing the last three months lineup I’m seriously reconsidering my purchase – and my PS Plus membership…

I know I’m definitely in the minority here but I actually enjoy getting indie titles through plus. I perceive PS+ as a supplement to my gaming library. Therefore anything I acquire through the service is simply a treat. Things could always be worse. For instance Sony and/or Microsoft could have both decided to charge for multiplayer each month without the incentive of free games. If I remember correctly, Microsoft’s Gold membership did not offer free games until the xbone was released. If I want a particular AAA title, I simply just buy it when there is a sale. Also just because a game is made by an independent developer does not necessarily mean the game is automatically trash. There has been a lot of great indie titles offered through PS+ such as Transistor, Super Time Force Ultra, and Rocket League just to name a few. I know indies are not everyone’s cup of tea but as fellow gamers let’s try to be grateful for what we do get from this service versus what we don’t.

Oh boy more hipster indie trash. Just start giving discounts on games so we can actually buy what we want instead. I have like 3 years left of ps plus that I’ve pre purchased and I get to keep kicking myself month after month. I’d prefer PS2 classics on PS4 over 9 of the last 12 months. Thanks though.

If you want AAA every month get a job and pay full price.

Flash Sales, Discounts, Free Games as a PS member, Free Trials, etc etc and still people complain.

Its a subscription not a pay $60 for Thousands of Dollars of games for Free without a subscription.

Don’t like it? Go somewhere else.

So much hate. Just because you haven’t heard of a game, doesn’t make it a bad game. Vice’s Austin Walker gave Invisible Inc his GOTY last year. Some quality games go unnoticed and maybe try them before the whining.

Thank you, Sony, for another PSTV compatible Vita game, Color Guardians.

Now if Sony would just update the PSTV so it can run all Vita games; knowing some games won’t fully function because of lacking touch screen and rear touch pad.

What’s up with unimaginative games and garbage games in ps+?

The last couple months it’s been boring indie or big budget b level games or lower. The transformers game is probably an F level game.

It’s just really disappointing. Back when pS+ started they guaranteed a AAA game a month. Now we get more no man’s sky garbage every month. At least throw the majority of players a bone now and again. Dirt doesn’t count since the audience for racing fed is miniscule.

The last month Sony did well was with NBA 2015 and Tropico. Since then it’s been garbage and garbage indie games (all are garbage).

Yeah all the knuckle dragging indie lovers and trolls will blast me on this. It’s just they are a small minority of gamers. You can’t just keep placating just them because they make more noise.

People saying Resident Evil HD Remaster is an “AAA” game does not seem to know that its a Gamecube game from 2002 remake from a Playstation game from 1996. So, really, Resident Evil 1 is a 20 years old “AAA’ game.

I am with real joker. These games they are giving suck. Xbox users pay for the network like we do and they are getting great free games. (Blockbusters) We keep getting free crap. Tired of paying for the network and not getting hardly anything good in return.

And here we are, another month full of whiners and complainers who are narrow minded and/or expect everything handed to them on a platinum platter. I do agree more could be done and larger, on disc games could be offered but even then the result would be the same; complaining.

Stories is FANTASTIC!! I was tempted to wait figuring it would hit PS+ but purchased it on sale sometime this Summer. Any gamer who takes the time to actually play this will be surprised and happy. Truly a game any gamer can enjoy. As for Invisible, I’ll have to look into that before deciding whether or not to DL it.

Good Job Sony!! Now if you could kindly bring us Salt and Sanctuary because I’ve been too busy to play it making me too cheap to buy it Lol. Actually I was really hoping it would have been on sale Black Friday.

I am glad ps+ puts out lol kinda of games, not everyone plays the same types of games and many types of gamers have ps+. So Sony has to put out all types of games. I think it is more than funny how many people complain about not getting a AAA title. What is even funnier is that most people have no idea what a AAA title really is. Fact is most game are not even considered a A rated title. So instead of getting upset remember you are not the only type of gamer in the world and open yourself to new experiences you never know how much fun you could have.

I picked up Stories a while back and banged out the platinum on it. It’s actually quite good. The combat is solid and fun. Having to get every permutation of the ending for the platinum is incredibly grindy, but if you keep an “endings” bracket to track your choices, it’s not too bad.
Invisible, Inc. is one I just hadn’t gotten around to grabbing yet, so yay for that.

Not sure if I’ll grab the PS3 or Vita games. My backlogs for those systems are so long at this point that I’m just trying to keep them from growing any larger.

Overall, pretty good month. For those who enjoy games regardless of retail price, at least.

Buying XBox One, GWG and EA Access last December was the best decision for me. To those thinking about better exclusives on XBox, I’ll say make the switch. Its totally worth it. I realised that XBox controller is better and OS is also nice. And now it supports 4k discs as well. The entry barrier is also really low nowadays as it is retailing for $250.

I myself still have my PS4 and PS+, but my gaming time as well as spends on PS platform are clearly going down. Continued graphical superiority and some great exclusives are still keeping me in PS4 ecosystem. But that may change when Project Scorpio launches next year. For now I skipped both PS4 Pro and PS VR quite easily. But Scorpio is what I am really interested in.

I do apologize, I don’t want to be a “jerk” so i’ll try my best not to be. I subscribe to Plus for a lot of different reason, mainly for the lovely discounts and, of course, the ability to play online. That being said, it is nice to get “free” games every month, it really is. I got my hopes up for December, thinking yeah, this will be a great month, we’re going to get something special Christmas month and with the price increase and all that… boy was I ever mistaken. So we get an equivalent of a crappy looking Starfox Diablo game (I can’t remember the names that’s how much I don’t care) and some other game that looks almost identical, but with more walls on screen. Lovely, and Thank You. The PS3 line up is atrocious as well. I have been a loyal Sony fan since the beginning days of PS1, so not hating but man, this is pretty bad. Just my piece…

If you were to go to a game store, how many games could you score for $60? Out of those games, how many would be quality titles? Plus is literally the cost of one AAA game for a while year of games. You could just go to the store and buy a game, and play it all year long as long as you dont want to take said game online…!

I love readying the comments every month from the people whining about what they got free.. Yes you do pay either 10 a month or 50 a year like i do but you get hundreds of dollars of free digital games in return not to mention the rest of the perks.. I never cry about it.. If there is nothing that i particularly like i just add them all to my library anyway just incase i want to play them later.. I have been a Plus member for 4 years in a row and have about 350+ games combined from the PS3,PS4, and the PS Vita.. I also do the same with my 360 and Xbox One i also like to compare who had the better month..
