Happy Halloween! We’re happy to share the upcoming free PS Plus games for November 2016.

First up this month we have Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture. The talented developers at The Chinese Room bring us the spiritual successor to Dear Esther. Set in a small, deserted English town, players search for clues to uncover what happened to all of its missing inhabitants. This is a beautiful game with an incredible soundtrack that we hope you enjoy.

Next up is The Deadly Tower of Monsters. Have you ever wanted to play through your favorite sci-fi B-movie? Of course you have! That’s exactly what Atlus and ACE team have made with this game. Add in a clever director’s commentary and there’s a lot to enjoy about revisiting this cooky cult classic.

    Bah…once again, mediocrity. So far, there has not been one game included in the PS Plus subscription that’s worth downloading. Come on Sony, you can do better. A lot better than this.

      Well, I almost bought Everbody’s Gone to the Rapture last month. That’s $20 of the $40 I paid for my subscription (I bought a few 1-yr PS+ subscriptions of Amazon a couple years ago). This year, honestly, has been a little meh. Of the titles I would have been really excited about, I already owned: Journey, Grim Fandango Remastered, and Gone Home.

    HAHAHA, reading the entitled comments. Granted, I don’t think it’s by any means an amazing lineup but it’s decent, and I’ll get new games to try out. Not every month is gonna be exactly what we want.

    Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture I got back at launch (just haaad to have that theme), The Deadly Tower of Monsters intrigues, Dirt 3 maaaybe (but prolly not; if I race, it’s MK8), Costume Quest 2 would be good…if it was the PS4 copy (already bought it for PS3, and was hoping its counterpart would be in the Sale of the Dead), Letter Quest Remastered I’ll prolly try (even though it yet sits on my Steam account), Pumped BMX+… do I have that? *checks* Nope, though I think I looked into it from some prior sale, so yay?

    Decent enough, but missed my mark.

    I have had some good games for free. My only problem is with my PS4 over heating and not updating tell i cool it down. Is very annoying. But other then that I love it very much. Going to Xbox your just going be more upset. They are even worse. What bugs me is there are no good RPG like on the PS3 and 4 and my PSTV. :P

    Ugh….
    After last month i thought wow sony is finally getting their heads out of their butts. Nope went right back in. And my biggest complaint is your “free game sevice” they’re not free its a montly or yearly rental fee on bad games. If you hit a tight spot in life and can’t pay for ps+ you take ALL of your games back. Microsoft doesn’t any free game on xbox gold you keep even if ypu stop paying for gold. I was going to purchase the playstation 4 pro in November but not anymore. I am going to be purchasing xbox one scorpio next year instead. Really is sad. First you force online pay ( and ps3 you got free online and if you paid for ps+ you got some really good AAA titles for free games) and you constantly give us garbage indies.

    I don’t think it’s right to say that people should stop complaining about the line-ups. Everyone has their opinion on our current situation. I personally think that it’s not satisfying to pay subscription every year when only one or two months out of the year have games that are worth anyone’s time. I mean, for ps4 users, the free games are just a perk. We REALLY need PS+ to play the majority of the AAA games like starwars battlefront and Rainbow Six Siege. BOTH of which would be crap if we didn’t have a PS+ subscription. But for others, the free games should appeal to everyone that pays their fair share. Not just the few who like an indie game on their Vita for a couple months in a row. If because of ps4, there are more PS+ subscribers then shouldn’t we be seeing better? Back when PS+ wasn’t a necessity, we were getting amazing AAA games back to back. It’s kind of a step backwards. Like buying an iPhone for 100 bucks then getting the latest flip phone for 700 bucks. Makes sense? No.

    All the games are 70ish in metacritic and “free”. People are complaining for this? I think someone is just expecting too much. Give the games an opportunity and you will be surprised. I really, reallly enjoyed Knytt, Hotline Miami, Rayman Origins, Gravity Rush, Virtue’s Last Reward, among others that are more famous games. This is not a complete month for me but only because I have 2 of them.

      You don’t have to capitalize the first letter of every word you know. Just the first letter of the first word of every sentence will do. People are paying money for a service that used to be free. They offer free games as an incentive to pay for PS Plus. If you’re paying money for a service you’re not happy with people have the right to complain.

    I played on Xbox for 7 years. 7 years of paying $60/yr with no games and no discounts, so when I see people whining about PSN and saying they’re moving to Xbox, I can’t agree. Not only have you been getting games for multiple systems for years, at a lower cost than Xbox Live (until recently) you’ve also been getting massive discounts on other great games. This year I paid $5 for The Witcher 3, $10 for The Order 1886, $10 for Killzone Shadow Fall, $12 for Battlefield 4, just to name a few recent purchases. That more than covers my subscription cost in savings, before even mentioning the games I get at no additional cost for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita.

    I’ve also seen a significant improvement to PSN’s stability and speed since joining in 2012, so I feel like my money is well spent.

      I agree very much Xbox screws u and gives you nothing for it. Many game we got I never would of played I liked for free. So this month is not very good. And the lower prices on game really is nice I wanted to get but were to high. You do not have to get it every month. I go on and off alone with my PS NOW I been getting ever month. I wish they would a combined Plus and PS Now for one a bit lower price. I am getting free games for my PS3, PS4, and PS Vita/TV. It as been a very good deal. :P

      VR head set are released since 3 months, and wow, no more news about vr, no sell number, VR is just useless, even the simple 3d has failed and cost what, 1$ once for a pair a 3d passive glasses ;)

    I love people who think they buy free game everymonth …. you paid for the online service, not the free game offered in bonus …

    We got 72 games all the year, it’s far more than the price of subscription…

    I love people who are hypocrite and saying “i will buy an xbox one” …. LOOOOOOOL don’t what you will never do. Or do like real man ACT instead of crying like a baby girl ….

    I’ve buy a ps4 to play game, not to wait everymonth for free game, if you are too poor to buy game, that mean only one thing. Gaming is a too expensive passion for you.

      seguro, si te gusta pagar por juegos como no man sky… problema tuyo. Vos compara los juegos que saco gold este año y los pocos titulos AAA gratis en Plus y la diferencia es abismal. SOlo compensada por titulos como the last guardian, horizon zero down entre otros

    So… Xbox get Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and we are stuck with some ****** free games :( Come on Sony i hope you won’t disappoint us with the December game list (fingers crossed). I like PS4 more then Xbox and will never switch the console, but please try harder. For the last year i really enjoyed Tropico 5 and NBA 2k16 and i am thankful.

    You’d have to pay me a large sum of money to ever just consider playing anything from the devs of that walking sim. At least it reaffirms to me that I made the right choice in not renewing my ps+ and come Feb. I’ll be done with it.

    To JoeEffect, yes we may pay for a subscription of $60 but 72 games a year is well worth the price, even if you only see 10 you really like. You will still have to pay for Xbox subscription and you dont get as many games. So either way your gonna pay. I plan on getting an Xbone just for exclusive titles and I would love to see PS4 Pro backwards capable.

    I like the lineup. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ People will always complain though. Everyone has different tastes. You can’t possibly satisfy everyone.

    Well actually,I am okay with it doesn’t offer good game every month. For the price point.
    This year, I enjoyed Helldiver with my friends for more than 50hrs, enjoyed broforce with my friends more than 10hrs, played some NBA 2K16, and might want to finish Resident evil etc…
    Btw, I own a ps tv, and psv lineup for membership are totally better than ps4.

    BUT, this is not the most fxxked up part..
    the most fxxked up part is
    I am from asia, so I subscribe ps+ in asia region which is way more cheaper than US’s ps+ membership..
    And they raised the subscription fee in US, and other region is the same, which is fine.
    And… Asia player get a very decent lineup. somehow better than US…. I mean seriously…
    We got gravity rush remastered in sep..
    We got thief ps4 last year.
    And now we are getting Blazblue, saints row IV and everybody is gone to rapture for ps4.
    Btw, we didn’t get transformer yet… but I believe it’s going to happen couple months later.
    And psv titles are better than US’s psv lineup due to the lack of psv game support in US which isn’t happening in asia…

    So, I don’t know what their strategy is… But seriously, it’s getting pretty “unfair”

    Lets be honest, yes we would all prefer a AAA title but it looks like it aint gonna happen. If you look at the steam reviews for these games they are actually quite positive so this month could be quite good if everybody gives them a chance.

    A few months ago I might have agreed with the “Meh” comments – but after playing Gone Home (a game I would never have tried had it not been a Plus free game) and really enjoying it, I am really looking forward to Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture. That’s not to say the odd AAA game wouldn’t be nice from time to time, but for the moment I am quite happy. (My subscription is up in February Greg, so make sure that is a good one! )

    I get they are free games, but really come on what complete garbage straight across for me, considering how much i buy from the psn store, i expect better sony. Games take less space to download than xbox. Better deals than xbox. But this month was severly disapointing. December better have watch dogs.

    I was interested in Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture. The Deadly Tower of Monsters has been on my PSN wishlist since release; it is a game I planned to pick up once it reached a price point I liked. They aren’t my first choice but I’m good with this month’s offerings.

    Xbox one just got all of the borderlands game for free. That alone is better than all of the ps4 subscription games we’ve received in the ps 4 combined. Crap service.

    Sweet another month of crappy PlayStation plus titles! I remember when PlayStation +1st started they got us all excited for the great things they gave away On PS3 but now all we get are stupid indie games. Where’s our AAA titles at. Lol at a 5 year old game on PS3 dirt 3 really. Your instant game collection is very weak and yet we have to pay for it to get online. Embarrassing Sony!!

    PlayStation need to up their game with these titles each month.. I’m sick of looking them up to find their just I die games or something no one has ever heard of.. being back stuff like injustice, rocket league, NBA.. even Xbox have one A list title a month.. wish I never strayed tbh.

    I’m always happy with ps+ games. It’s a great way to play games I wouldn’t necessarily choose. It is great value for money as i have all 3 systems and Occasionally (like this month) there are games i have almost bought and am really looking forward to.

    I don’t understand how people can complain so much abou up to 6 games for less than the price for a coffee and a muffin.

      U can subscribe from PlayStation store or buy card from retail stores. It will cost u $60 per year or u can subscribe for 1 or 3 months. How old are you? Don’t use your parents card without their permission or u will get into big trouble
