  • I emailed the people running the badges regarding the pick up being at Moscone West. I’m about 99% sure they must’ve copy and pasted the confirmation emails from last year because Moscone West is 408 miles away from the Anaheim Convention center. They wouldn’t do that to people. Hopefully they fix that soon and we find out that we pick up our badges from the Anaheim Convention Center.

  • Day, yo! I was really hoping for an East coast show this year. Fingers crossed for next year. Congrats to all y’all California people!

  • So if I buy a PSX ticket, I get Capcom Cup for free?

  • I should go to this 1 , the first is the best i ever gotten out of my life nothing can’t replace it.

  • Is there an age restriction? I’d like to bring my 5 yr old daughter. And why does it seem like I cannot buy more than one ticket?

  • i have already purchased my ticket but where would i pick it up at? this will be my first playstation experience ever.

  • is anybody having trouble buying tickets?

  • The hotels is not discount, don’t get their stupid trap about that

I just compare the price to all hotels, its damn same price. No discount at all.

    • It’s actually more expensive with the additional service charge they add on.

It’s super disappointing Sony is repeating mistakes from previous PSX’s

-Announcing later then they should: mistake they made announcing the first PSX
-“Discount” hotels that are actually cheaper elsewhere: Mistake they made last year

They really, really need to do a better job running the thing.

  • Sure hope there are some big announcements, like a new handheld or bc for ps4. I know i can dream big

  • anyone know if they are giving out some awesome stuff in this expo? i remember either last expo or the first one they gave out cards which was neat

  • My 18th birthday is at the December 13th, just 10 days after the event…
The support said i cant go because i need to 18 during the event…
I never been so disappointed like this before…

  • I want to take my family. Can I buy more than one ticket?

  • Sony,

There needs to be a way for parents to bring their kids to this event. I have a 17 year old who really wants to attend but can’t so now neither of us are going. Please fix.

  • Sweet! Playstation Experience. But it’s a bit of a drive from New Mexico. Well, I just got back from TGS in September so I hope I can go to Anaheim for this. Damn, it sucks I can’t bring my step-son. This event is only for 18+? Really? What’s gonna be at the convention that’s R-rated…naked women? Everyone using profanity? Alcohol?
Damn. Even TGS allowed children to attend, Sony.

  • Booked. This will be my first PSX. Thanks for having it close to home!

  • Under my Sony Account I see a show called Powers added despite never purchasing or adding it to my cart. I don’t see an invoice for this like I do with the other purchases. The only purchase I made that day was for the tickets to this Playstation event. Can anyone else verify if they got the show Powers when they bought tickets for this event?

  • Early bird is sold out how can I buy the regular 2 day pass for $75?

  • My friend is trying to get the 2 day pass and it won’t let him since the early bird is apparently sold out. There is no option for the 75 dollar ticket. What should he do??

  • I went last year and it was a blast. Just curious as to why parents can’t bring their kids along. My son would love to go to this but no telling if Playstation will keep this going for another 8 years.

  • Does anybody know if we can leave the show and then get back in. I was planning to leave and grab a bite to eat during the show but I’m not sure if this is allowed. Plus this is going to be my first time there so I’m hyped and a bit nervous. An answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

    • Yes, you can leave and enter the show as many times as you want as long as you have your badge. So don’t lose it! I went to last year’s PSX in San Francisco and it was fun.

  • Missed last year’s event, excited to go this year. Anyone else from Wisconsin going?

  • Just want to clarify before I book room and airfare for my son and I, no one under 18 is being admitted into the convention? An official response at your earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced.

  • Hi im 11 am i aloud to go? plz help

  • Are the age restrictions for the event the same, and if so can kids go as long as there is a guardian that is 18+ years older?

  • Will the event be streamed any way my son and I are in Albuquerque and would like to know if that will be a possibility any way through YouTube or Twitch or our PS4 directly?

  • I would love for once to get some love on the east coast. Your planning this event at worst time ever traveling so expensive during December. Later in February would be perfect or love the east coast some.

  • Where do we buy the 10 dollar upgrade for the Game Awards?? I can’t find it

    • Call the registration help number once you log into the website and they can manually add it to your account. I just got off the phone with them and it worked great.

  • Sound awesome I would go if i have good money at a good hotel “ahem”. If you never gone to PlayStation Experience this will be one of your greatest Christmas present ever! , special guests, upcoming games , gift bags ,free stuffs and even free games, oops!!
