Attention, PS Plus members! We’re happy to share your free PS4 games for next month. Prepare to raise a little mayhem in the depths of hell, or battle brutal bosses in a strange, ruined world.

First up, we have Saints Row: Gat out of Hell. Enter the open-world sandbox setting of New Hades and wreak havoc. If you’re even remotely familiar with the Saints Row franchise, you know that over-the-top antics are waiting for you. The developers at Volition have been honing their craft on this franchise, and playing Saints Row: Gat out of Hell is a great way enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Next up is Furi, a new title from The Game Bakers. Built on the premise of making a game that is both simple and deep, Furi is a fast-paced, intense, and ultimately rewarding gameplay experience. While play mechanics allow for an easy approachability, the depth comes from the ways with which you use those skills to take on unique opponents. Furi pits you against guardians, each with his own style, in what feels more like carefully crafted duels than boss fights. The Game Bakers have made something special, and we hope you enjoy it.

Commented already but wanted to add something,
I think it would be cool to have a selection of games, if possible, 5 or so for each system, and allow subscribers to choose 2 or 3 that they want. Would give us a bit of choice and option; say if I personally don’t play sports based games, I could chose an Indie RPG or FPS or what have you. There would be less whining, and would give us the opportunity to play something we actually want to play, and keep people from complaining as much about the (sometimes) poor selection.
Just a thought, Sony!
Dang I thought that was DmC Definitive Edition for a second.
Good lineup for the PS4 :)
The sheer audacity of some of you amaze me. We pay for the right to play online and maintain the servers and networks which allow us to do so. The free games we receive are a BONUS in addition to the online access. You people keep complaining and we might end up with in Soviet Russia ps+ get free game from you! I mean seriously. If you hate the freebies, don’t play them. Problem solved. In the meantime hit Dictionary.com and look up entitlement. That’s how you’re acting and that’s what is wrong with the world today.
I’ve spent nearly 10k on games between my sony consoles so I constantly see games on sale or free I’ve already purchased. Do I whine? Nope. I instead remember I chose to buy them, to play them when I wanted. No one held a gun to me and made me add those funds to my wallet, and I’m pretty sure most of you did it by choice as well.
Be happy for what we get. Free is free either way, and it’s a pretty decent deal.
That’s a great way of looking at it! Yeah, there are games they offered before that I personally wasn’t interested in, like the NBA 2016 game last month, and that one game awhile ago, called Super Exploding Zoo, ( which I want to play again, to see if I’ll like it this time. Just want to give it a second chance ) but I could definitely see the appeal of the basketball game, and other PS Plus games that I didn’t care much for. I think the people that are complaining about these free games, in my opinion, need to at least try these games before completely dismissing them. Like, have more of an open mind about them. But whatever, that’s really not a big deal anyway. I’m really looking forward to trying out these new free games. I actually never heard about Furi before today, but it seems interesting. I’ve never been into the Saints Row games, but I’m willing to give this a shot. For the longest time, I really didn’t like Grand Theft Auto 5, until a little over a month ago, when I started playing the Remastered Version on the PS4, and now I really enjoy playing it! :)
Thank you! I completely agree with you! Great points made here.
Don’t forget the hundreds of dollars in discounts(potentially) a month we get for PS+. Even though I haven’t really gotten much from ther free games in a while, the discounts have still made it more than worth it.
The games aren’t free, it’s part of the $60 services I pay for each year. If they were free then the minute I click download they would be mine forever, whether I was a subscriber. And the reason some people complain is that PSN online play was once free for all platforms until the PS4 came out. PS Plus was initially a subscription model that offered additional services to include digital downloads you could play while subscribed along with other features such as cloud save uploads/downloads, etc. Then when PS4 was released and PS Plus became mandated for online play, Sony stopped offering as many quality games for the service. So no, people, especially PS3 and Vita only owners, don’t pay for PS Plus for online play with the “free” games as a bonus.
If anyone complains about PS4 online requiring Plus just remember: Microsoft started it by charging for Live. Sure, I got a PS3 based on bluray and free online. I’m no expert, but I’d think paying for online now helps to maintain better servers and online functionalities? Maybe that’s why people loved Live, even though both kept on getting hacked.
@punk the games they’re offering are of the exact same quality, they just don’t cater to you.
