This is a pretty awesome month for PlayStation Plus members with a variety of quality titles across PlayStation platforms entering the service.
On PlayStation 4 you’ll receive one of the coolest games from last year – the critically acclaimed strategy/action RPG Transistor. PS4 owners will also get Apotheon, an action platformer set in Greek mythology, the day it releases on PlayStation Store. PlayStation 3 owners can explore the ins and outs of Tokyo with Yakuza 4 or sneak about The City stealing what you can in Thief. PlayStation Vita owners can see how many generations of champions it takes to beat the quirky Rogue Legacy and jump around as a little boy with a big gun (not so much for shooting enemies as it is launching you around) in Kick & Fennick, which is also releasing day and date in PlayStation Plus.
All of these games will be free for Plus members starting February 3rd. If you want to see these titles in action, check out the video below. Hell yah! A buddy of mine played their for a little while and liked it but started playing Watch Dogs! I’m gonna have to say that yakuza and thief have caught my interest! I’ll have to check them out if I have enough patients to wait for them to download! Keep on gaming everyone! Knife ? snipers and kill the noobs!

i was just about to buy Transistor too.Glad i decided to wait a little while longer,saved me 20 bucks.I wonder why we are getting thief on the ps4 and not the ps4?Seems like a weird move.Never played a Yakuza game so i guess now i can at least try them out.
Kinda disappointing after all the problems we’ve been experiencing. It’s a bit much to ask, but I was really hoping and half-expecting Evolve.

Excellent games this month sony especially the ps3 yakuza series is one of my favorite series.
Hopefully if yukuza 5 sells well enough we might get sega to bring over yukuza 1 and 2 hd.
Sony you need to give plus subscribers an answer on the status of drive club playstation plus addition.
If it is cancelled you need to tell us and tell us what we well be getting as compansation it should be a new aaa game for playstation plus like drive club was.that would be equal compansation

You said at e3 that plus subscribers would have the full game of drive club when it was released.
You have given us no answers but you continue to sell dlc for the game obviously if you can release dlc for the game it is fixed and you can release our version.
Transistor is SOOOOOO good. I’m listening to the soundtrack now, in fact. I’m happy I paid for it during a November sale, and happy more people will play it now.
I’m really looking forward to Apotheon. Kick & Fennick also looks decent.
Rogue Legacy is a glorious game, and I’ve only held out on buying it for my Vita because I already own it on Steam. Can’t way to play it portably. The Vita is a perfect roguelike platform.
Yakuza 4 is good times. I’ve always wanted to own a copy. Now I will!
Thief is the only game I don’t care about, mainly because I love the original two games so much. The reboot’s a stinker by comparison. But it’s still a nice addition to the Plus IGC for those who haven’t played the first two Thief games. Or Dishonored, which is also better.

Kind of disappointing that you wouldn’t offer Thief for both PS3 and PS4 platforms considering its available for both and you have yet to release any real non third party content for the PS4.

Wow i was highly anticipated Kick&Fennick, i didnt know it was coming to ps plus.
Logged in just to say how awesome this month is! Looking forward to playing Rogue Legacy again (this time on a PS4 controller instead of a keyboard!). Never gave the new Thief a try so definitely trying it out. Always wanted Yakuza games, and definitely wanted to play Transistor.

looks like another lame month on the ps4 front (after a couple good months).
at least things look great on the ps3 front with yakuza 4. it’s a shame sony couldn’t keep that momentum they had going with a very strong december and january offering.
We still need an explanation for the Maps.

Still waiting for DriveClub + Edition
I personally think this is a step back after what we were given last month. A ‘AAA’ rated game and then back down to indie/arcade. I don’t care that they’re free, it doesn’t make me want to play them any more. In fact they’re not really free are they? We pay for the right to play them provided we have an active membership. Once that expires were not allowed to play them so they’re not actually free games. They’re sucky games lent to is for £6.
I am SOOO happy for everyone who hasnt tried Transistor yet. The game is fantastic especially near the end and on into Recursion. Ill definitly be trying Apotheon. I wish Theif was Cross buy for PS4 but i still have my Ps3 so no big deal.

Thief should unquestionably be cross-buy. Come on. A friend of mine shelled out $400+ to get a PS4, and never had a PS3. She pays for PS Plus every month and what does she get? Some indie titles that no one will care about in a week or two.
Again, nothing for PS4 owners. Tired of getting shafted every month. .

I am So getting sick and tired of PSN. Not much more than a year ago it was the best thing in gaming that wasn’t named Steam and now it’s a total Rip off, waste of money, and PSN seems to go down at least once a month or when some teenagers get bored and take it down for lols

None of this is Free! NONE OF IT. WE PAY FOR IT ALL. I already pay for the ability to play online it’s called my INTERNET BILL and their “Compensation” for the Holiday outage is BS. You can keep your 5 days and 10% and I think you know where you can put it SONY.
Only thing I can “complain” about is “Thief” being for PS3 rather than PS4, but other than that, amazing lineup! And those of you complaining can go be greedy elsewhere or maybe cancel your sub if you’re so unhappy with the FREE games that you’re receiving???

Two titles on here I already own and I’m not even mad. Both Transistor and Rogue Legacy (which I bought last week) are amazing games and I’m glad more people are getting the chance to try them.
Supergiant which made Transistor is an amazing company. Both Bastion and Transistor are in my top games and the company is amazing to it’s fans. I emailed them when Bastion first came out and the game director emailed me back. After Transistor came out I sent another email to them and this time the CEO replied. Great guys, great company, and amazing games.
I can’t wait for Bastion to get released on PS4 and Vita. I’ll be beating it on both platforms as the game is just that good.

My bad I got confused in the sea of Indie shovelware. I did NOT pay 400.00 to play shovelware I can play on my PC cheaper, easier and without worry of an outage on Steam. I paid 400.00 for 1st party classics as well as access to major triple A content.
I already pay a online Bill called my Internet Bill and PS+ is Garbage now and has been for a bit over a year at least for PS4, for PS3 it’s still decent.
I am quickly realizing that the PS4 is a piece of crap ran by a company in over their heads when it comes to online and a company that no longer gives the quality and value they were once known for. I am now realizing that despite the inability to play Uncharted, I would be better off sticking to my PS3 and PC while Selling my PS4 and buying a Wii U so I can play the great games Nintendo has with no worries of a forced sub and play the High end games on my PC
I dont mind Indie games, they most certainly have a place and I am all for SUPPORTING THEM, My Issue is SOny has gone Overboard and has FOCUSED on them.
I am a Very Unhappy Customer right now.

At the e3 press conference we were told we would get the full game.
Then they turned around and took back what they said and changed it to the playstation plus limited version.
So they promised us one thing and they didn’t deliver then they promised us a lesser playstation plus version and they didn’t deliver they won’t answers are questions about it status.As a paying customer that is unexceptable.
