As you probably know, PlayStation Network and some other gaming services were attacked over the holidays with artificially high levels of traffic designed to disrupt connectivity and online gameplay. The video game industry has been experiencing high levels of traffic designed to disrupt connectivity and online gameplay. Multiple networks, including PSN, have been affected over the last 48 hours. PSN engineers are working hard to restore full network access and online gameplay as quickly as possible.
From time to time there may be disruptions in service due to surges in traffic, but our engineers will be working to restore service as quickly as possible.

I have rebuilt my database and restored my system to default settings and my psn STILL DOES NOT WORK. And DO NOT try and give me some garbage about it being my internet or my modem because everything else in my house but your piece of garbage is working properly. This is a sorry excuse for customer service care. You keep saying it’s back up but CLEARLY it IS NOT. Fix your garbage, or refund me the 400 dollars for the system and the 17 dollars I JUST spent last week on renewing my playstation plus.
I want my money back for paying to play and can’t this is just freaking stupid 4 days. How long it take them to hack you not even a hour.

I’m using 1473, 1470, 1450 and more. BUT IT Doesn’t HELP, its not helpful for everyone, sad but truth.

I bought a bundle with a choice of four games when i put my redeem code in it tells me that it’s no longer valid who do i talk to?
Why can I sign in to the PSN on my computer but I can not connect with my BRAND NEW PS4, I continue to get an error message that reads “connection to the server has been lost (NW-31194-8). I’m thinking now that I should have gone with the X-box. Can anybody help me with this problem?

Try contacting the retailer you bought it from. Sounds like it could be a different issue.
Sony, you have still failed to provide any information or reassurance to your ‘valued customers’ on whether our credit card information has been compromised. If I were to weigh up losing access to PSN for 3 days and losing all of my money, I can guarantee you the latter wins on my pissed off scale.
Stop hiding information to save face, and tell your customers what is going on.
Playstation I am still down and waiting for service… Four days and you still can’t manage this problem. Microsoft was up and running quickly and when their customers called it wasn’t an automatic messaging system that hung up on you after saying we’re trying to fix the problem. The bbb will be hearing this case if something isn’t done soon!

When will i be able to log in and play again?I live in between dallas and ft worth and have friends who are playing but i still cant do it myself.Ive reset my router disconnected and re connected to my internet and still nothing.What exactly do i need to do?I understand it is beyond your control but its been 4 days now and i have friends that live less than a block away that are gaming and are logging in with no problems.Thank you foryour time.

Unaware if this request/question has been asked in the past by fellow users of PSN, but my question is;
1. For the people that have recently bought a PS3/PS4 preferably during the Christmas Season while this hacker was having his/her “fun” will we be able to redeem our voucher codes that we received with our bundle purchase?
2. If for any unforeseen reason that we did not complete the process with our purchase or selection of games can we still use the same redemption code to finish the purchase?
I do understand that you as a company have already set up a faq section as well as an online chat support, however I’m doing this in hopes of assisting others that have followed the same route I have and came here for further assistance or instructions.
WIGGAPOO are still there? if so try unplugging your router waiting for like 10 seconds to 20 second then plug it back up then follow steps and be patient and follow them slowly….
