  • Where is the Star Wars: Battlefront for ‘most anticipated 2015’?

  • That Vita selection was rather weak. I know that I sound like a broken record, but where is NHL, NBA, WWE, Infamous, GTA, original Ratchet and Clank, original God of War and many others? I want stand alone games, not remote play or Now. Come on Sony.

  • Vita: danganronpa (both titles) !!!!
    Most Anticipated: Persona 5
Best PS Plus: Batman Arkham City

  • Towerfall, towerfall, towerfall :)

Seriously though, TowerFall should at least win best Digital and Best PS Plus game. I gave the Best Studio nod to Matt Makes Games because he is one person.

  • Ummm…just read dkarlowicz10’s comment. Last I checked, Sony doesn’t own any of those sports titles, nor GTA. Can’t blame them for that. Insomniac is working on Sunset Overdrive, a R&C movie, and remaking the first game (although I would prefer UYA). And do we really want more God of War? It’s lived it’s life already. I also don’t think I would want to play a game as large as Infamous on my vita – I don’t even play Freedom Wars unless it’s through the PSTV.

  • Where’s the love for Mercenary Kings?

  • Dark Souls 2 is my game of the year. I am still playing it and the DLC content is amazing. Can’t wait for Bloodborne to come out next year!

  • Rogue Legacy shouldn’t be nominated because it was released last year on PC… aside from that, Shadow of Mordor and The Stick of Truth have my votes!

  • Really tough choices!!

PS4: Middle Earth: Shadow Of Mordor(Dragon Age: Inquisition ALMOST got it)
PS3: South Park: The Stick Of Truth
    PS Vita: Child Of Light
Digital Release: Outlast(such a terrifying game that I will never forget!)
Studio: Monolith Productions(that Nemesis system is GROUNDBREAKING)
PS Plus: Outlast(best Plus game EVER for me)
Most Anticipated: Uncharted 4 but Star Wars: Battlefront is a VERY close 2nd with No Man’s Sky bringing up 3rd. Too many great games next year lol ;)

  • PS4: Dragon Age: Inquisition
PS3: South Park: The Stick of Truth
    Vita: Rouge Legacy
    Digital: Rouge Legacy
    Studio: Bioware (Dragon Age Inquisition)
    PS Plus: Bioshock infanite
Anticipated: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Pretty good year for gaming. I think Dragon Age is the best game this year. It gives you the most value and quality for your money.
South Park was fantastic as well as seeing Rouge Legacy make it to consoles. Not a great year for PS Plus, but some good titles. Also It’s tough to say which i’m more excited for MGS5 or Uncharted 4. I picked MGS5 because I don’t know what i’m getting with that. I just know it’s gonna be awesome. Uncharted 4 I know will rock but I know what I’m getting.

  • Persona 5 gets my vote for most anticipated!

  • Dark Souls II

  • ksmooches: You are too funny presuming that I am ignorant as to what developers actually own the IPs. Of course I know that Sony does not own some of these franchises. 2K(Rockstar) is one and so is EA. Sony needs to encourage 2K(Rockstar) to bring GTA, NBA and other games to Vita. At this point, I would be happy with San Andreas. Also get EA, Konami and others to come back to Vita. Just because you don’t like playing Infamous on Vita, it doesn’t mean that others do the same. BTW, I have a PS4 and PS3 and I am extremely happy with those. I previously owned PS1, PS2 and PSP, so I have been with Sony products from the very beginning.

  • Was going to vote for LBP3 but then forgot it’s still in it’s retail beta form. Too glitchy & buggy, plus it didn’t break really break the mold and do any thing “really” new that hasn’t already been achieved with LBP1 & 2

  • I was sick when outlast came to ps plus so i missed it :D but i choosed it as the best ps plus release anyway :D

  • Is one of those last couple years when so many great games came out and you just can’t decide on one.
So I had in mind the general reception and voted only one as I should :P
But it was so hard to decide having so many great games.

That talks about how awesome everyone is making them

Thanks to all who made them real and Playstation for making us able to play in the best way we could play :)

  • I sat back and looked at the choices and that’s when I realized that my game of the year wasn’t an open world first/third person sandbox game, those are my favorite. It was in fact Wolfenstein: The Last Order. Great characters, awesome environments, unique interesting story. Some of the set pieces were mind blowing and I truly felt like a bad ass while playing. This is my game of the year.

  • Persona 5! It may even make me buy a PS4, we’ll see. Special edition and/or bundle P5 PS4, please!!

  • Dying for Grim Fandango. I can’t even wait. I bet I can still write out a step by step walkthrough from memory up until the shocks for the car in the forest. Hopefully that sequence will be remastered into being less random in nature haha.

  • Shinovi Versus, that is all.

  • No Man’s Sky for most anticipated 2015 title!

  • I just can’t wait to be The DARK KNIGHT and save Gotham City one last time in BATMAN Arkham Knight

  • PS4: Transistor
    PS3: Dark Souls II
    Vita: Freedom Wars
Digital: The Walking Dead: Season 2
    PS+: Towerfall
    Studio: Telltale Games
    Anticipated: Bloodborne

  • Plez Have Minecraft for the January I would absolutely love DAT That would be the best indie game for free but Since its a pretty high quality its probabley never gonna happen :C

  • Far Cry 4 has to be my game of the year. I would vote for the Remasterd GTAV for PS4, but I guess that speaks for itself. I hope there’s more AAA title games releasing next year.

  • I found voting to actually be hard since all I’ve been playing is FFXIV, with minor doses of GTA5/Advanced Warfare on the side. Then as soon as I got to the ‘Most Anticipated’ vote, it took me a whole half a second to find and vote for Uncharted 4. PS4 had some good games this year, but I think it’ll really shine next year with Uncharted 4, The Order, MGS and such.

I hope to see more Japanese support next year too.

  • Most anticipated: Persona 5!!!!!!

  • Toukiden is another game that should be on the Vita list.

  • just Give us SHENMUE!!!!!

  • I’m probably the only person who wrote this in, but my Most Anticipated Game of 2015 is actually Just Cause 3.
A very honorable mention goes to No Man’s Sky.
But Just Cause 3… mmm… JC2 was so much fun, just running around blowing up literally everything. Can’t wait to do it again on current-gen.

  • Gosh last question is too hard most anticipated …………..man IDK
THere Metal Gear which by my avatar Im a huge fan Persona, ORder Bloodborne …
for the first time I may go with an indie dev with no man sky………IDK jeez

BTW as for Most Anticipated 2015 I definitely vote for Other/Shenmue (Whatever I, II, HD, 3,…) Shenmue is Shenmue :)

  • WHERE WAS KINGDOM HEARTS 3

  • Soul Sacrifice Delta is my GOTY and it should be eligible since it’s more like a 1.9 version than the standard 1.5 re-releases.
Everybody should get the chace to play that magnificent game. Beautiful story and a robust lore.

  • Picking between Persona 5 and No Man’s Sky is easily one of the hardest decisions of I’ve made thus far

  • Shenmue HD will do great next year and it will be top game of PSN :D

  • There are just to many games I am looking forward too in 2015, that was the only poll that made me have to think about which game….

    The Order
    the Witcher 3
    Rainbow 6
    Project Cars
    Uncharted
and on and on and on…. I think so far 2015 looks like a money pit…

all these games got my love this year and as ridiculous as it sounds there js easily another 15-20 but I cant think of them and or are not 2014 games haha Thank you Sony for this insanely awesome year/lifetime/future !

  • I simply just cannot wait for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I think that BioShock Infinite has to be the best PS Plus Title. Sadly, Irrational Games closed. :(

  • anything From Software gets my vote

  • Some of those really tough. Anticipated for 2015? Rough, man. Rough.

  • Long live Play! cheers playstationers!

  • So I voted my favorites of the Year! Great titles this year, even though many were pushed to 2015 or even later.

p.s: After voting is over I hope all the winners will be placed under a Game of the Year Sale by PSBlog month :) This would be awesome deal to celebrate greatest titles. I hope you’re doing this, right?! Because you know everyone loves good sale like 80% off.

  • Alien: Isolation for me. That game was the Alien game I’ve waited YEARS for! Especially coming off of Colonial Marines, it totally blew my expectations away.

  • I’d put LBP3 as my pick for PS4, but it’s too buggy

  • Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is my ps4 game of the year. Outstanding replay value, great graphics, amazing stealth gameplay, and plenty of difficult trophies of which I’m still hunting down 9 months later.

My PS3 game of the year is definitely Dark Souls II.

Dark Souls II is actually my overall game of the year. Played through it numerous times and it’s just the ultimate action rpg that is as punishing and hard as it is fun. Bravo to From Software. This is your best game yet.

Looking forward to Bloodborne, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and Uncharted 4 in 2015. Cheers.

  • Showing my support for Binding of Isaac for every category it’s up there for. Kickass game. And Destiny for PS4 GOTY. Dark Souls II for PS3 GOTY. Bloodborne for most anticipated.

  • I had to choose South Park, in the playstation plus side I choose crysis 3 since is really the only game I have finished of all, but was actually tempted to put Frozen Synapse.

  • I love these polls.

My most anticipate is Persona 5. I’ve been hyped since the reveal.

I also noticed a bit of information, in that Uncharted 4, looks like it might make a 2015 release. I didn’t know, great information. I’m going on media blackout for that and the person title. I don’t want to know anything about it, makes the experience less, or at least it feels that way.
