Crap! Between preorder Cod Digital Pro edition and grtting Splinter Cell Blacklist and Dead Island on the ultimate edition sale I’ve spent about 120 bucks on the sony store this week. I’d love to grab something but the way my wallet set up… Great sale nonetheless. This is why I kept my PS3 and also got a Vita along with my PS4.

The PS4 will get sales like these in due time, but it isn’t due yet. These are all several-year-old games: the PS4 hasn’t been around long enough to *have* any such games, let alone any for a bargain-bin sale. It’s not even a year old yet!

I am hoping one day Tales of Xillia 2 will be on sale for atleast under 25$, got all the other Tales games for 10$ or less and love them all, I would love if I could buy it right now but not everyone can afford to shell out 60$ for games. D:

Why isn’t mortal kombat arcade collection playable on the vita? Honestly, I don’t understand why a lot of titles aren’t. Why not Scott pilgrim, xmen arcade game, simpsons arcade game? Come on! Vita could easily handle these.
Gonna get a $10 PSN code later on today to get Mirror’s Edge and Bayonetta. Luckily with the left over change I have now on PSN ($0.48), I won’t have trouble purchasing these two. :D
Flash Sales are nice since there isn’t any good sales lately, but it would be nice if there is additional PS+ discounts as well. I didn’t pay for PS+ just for game freebies. Please add additional PS+ discounts so people would spend more money on these flash sales.
Scott Pilgrim and Beyond Good an Evil should be on the Vita. These would be perfect on the go. I own both on PS3 but would gladly even rebuy again for Vita.

I would buy a couple if my PS4 could actually play PS3 games… You should have done an emulator, like the PS3 80GB could emulate PS2 games… You would have sold way more titles.

20+ REALLY REALLY OLD and/or INDIE games…that only a handful of people may want…and a bunch of “Ok” OVERPRICED movies.

I was in the game section yesterday looking at the flash sale and I had to scroll through movies, what is up with that? It was very annoying and the sale really isn’t that good. I would have bought the parasite eve ps1 games! I would buy portal 2 but I already have 60 unplayed games and they sell a dlc for 10 bucks which displeases me.
PS+ not getting any kind of bonus discounts on sales displeases me even more.

its nice that there are flash sales, but why only 3 ps vita compatible games, why not psp/ps vita games sales too?

Flash sales are nice, but it would be better if PS+ users get an additional discount on them. PS+ users are supposed to get deeper discounts on sale items and it doesn’t seem like they are getting that. Although I am posting in a different username since I can’t post on my other account, I didn’t buy PS+ for monthly game freebies. Please consider adding deeper PS+ discounts on future flash sales, otherwise PS+ will be pointless.
I’m so getting Skullgirls. That games has been on my wish list for a while. Might get Scott Pilgrim too.

I have to say, it annoys me how irrational some people are. Every time there’s a sale on PSN, this blogs gets comments about “worthless” old games being sold.
The obvious fact that sales are generally meant for older products aside, I just can’t digest comments from people that play something for a weekend and move one to a next new game. Their attention span is so short and their attitude is so shallow that it gets annoying. Older games are often much better than modern AAAs, especially in the story and music departments. If you need flashy new games just to feel “modern”, then you are missing a lot from the gaming medium.
