Ultimate Editions at reasonable prices? OH MY GOD. Still don’t want any of them though.
Also, you guys never explained why the Ultimate Edition of Rising is goddamn 75 dollery doos when it’s not on sale.
The game can be bought for 10 ~20 dollars and the DLC is Free.
What a weak sale. Can we just get a flash sale on some ps1 and PSP games already? And not the same Psp rpgs that have been on sale about ten times this year already?
Okay, let me drop some knowledge on you people who think there’s a bait and switch involved in the “80% off” thing.
Here is how that is calculated.
Take the base game at its current price on PSN.
Take the price of all the DLC available, and add it to that.
Now subtract 80%.
There’s your price, and I guarantee you there is at least one game on that list for which this qualifies.
It’s not 80% off the bundle price.

Plex media server is launching on Xbox this month, on PS4 we still cannot pause downloads, have no friend notifications, have no you tube, no folders (The ui is a mess), no MP3, no DLNA, mo organization, no sorting (Yes sorting)…..Suspend resume was a big feature they talked about at the ps4 reveal and 1 year later nothing. Very disappointed in Sony and the PS4 right now, system is way behind and needs major updates. Sony refuses to communicate and operate at a snails pace compared to the competition.
I’m sorry, but even if you put one game on sale for 80% and the rest at 5% off, it might be technically not false advertising, but it’s very close, and you aren’t going to have happy customers.
Please either put a list of games that are the same percentage off together, or don’t bother.
An example of how to do it right is steam. For instance, the newest Tomb Raider has a price of $19.99 crossed off a big 80% off and $3.99 as the price. Also, it tells you when the sale ends which is this Friday. (NOTE: if you go by the original release price it’s more like 93% off, but it’s 80% off the current price.)
That is how you do it right, no gimmicks, everything out in the open. A good deal will sell itself, but don’t throw misleading numbers around.
I love the PS3 and all, but I’m probably going to end up getting a jacked up Steambox when I’m ready to move into next gen consoles.
The PS+ deals used to be phenomenal and very competitive with the steam marketplace. Please do that again and win me back.

They don’t have a single 80% promotion on that list, considering the original price and the sale price.
And also, in the text I’m understanding that this is a typo error: “available for up to 67% off, with even more savings – up to 85% off – for PS Plus members.”
And in my opinion, this is a bit of lying to your customers who won’t bother to pickup a calculator, or you’re trying to getaway with ‘oh! it was 59,99 four years ago, so you have 90% discount now’.
And lying, misleading, fooling, baiting, is not a good thing for a company to do.
I think I will wait on Batman Origins, it’ll be free for PS Plus sometime this year.
I don’t know why The Amazing Spideman 2 is more on PS4, that version is hideous and the de team even said they focused on last gen. It should be cheaper, not more expensive. smh

Toukiden is a must for anyone who is looking for that Monster Hunter type fix before Freedom Wars.
Splinter Cell Blacklist for $8 is a steal of a price. Getting that as I have yet to play the latest Splinter Cell game.
Sound Shapes looks really cool, but I’m not a creative type so I don’t know how much fun I can get from it. Other than that Toukiden is good, but a newer edition is coming out soon so it’s not worth it. Might end up getting The Amazing Spiderman 2 for the PS4 though.
PLEASE HELP! Can anyone here confirm if buying the digital Saints Row 3 Full Package will give me the DLCs as separate downloads to use with my original disc version? I have been waiting for a sale on the DLCs and this would be a great opportunity to get them if this is true, without losing my progress in the game.

This is precisely why I don’t understand why people go with all digital when it comes to games… You already are starting to find a brand new copy of the Amazing Spider-Man 2 for PS4 on sites like Amazon for $39 but when it comes to digital it’s a sale to get it for $44.99… not to mention you can’t sell your copy… which easily makes up for it even if it’s the same price…

– Should mention that Sound Shape is 3-way cross-buy instead of listing them individually, which is misleading.

Good sale. Still I could not understand the super-ultra-mega value of the MGSV bundle before the sale. All others very good deals. My only complain would be why you have so much hatred for Dishonored. Never a sale with the game and now we have a Ultimate Editions sale and the game is missing yet.

This sale is amazing, I don’t get why so much hate, if you already have the games then bad luck for you but for the rest this is a great chance, for the people crying about no ps4 stuff, well what were you thinking? there is almost nothing out for PS4, do you thing they will give you every game that is just published? the mistake was buying the ps4 so soon.

Only decent one is Splintercell Backlist. I have two disk copies (wrong gift idea), and bought it on digital just for the price.
Doubt I will get the same back for them though.

You should probably update the Borderlands store page to remove the “Online” feature. Seeing as how there isn’t an online component any more and there’s no updates as to whether it’ll come back.
I really wanted to buy the borderlands ultimate bundle and finally play the first game, but i can’t because I own the game already. So since i supported sony and gearbox by buying the first game i don’t get good deal on the DLC? Thats crazy!
@83, I think the standard “fix” for that is to create a new account. It’s a pain, to be sure, but if you sign in with a new account, that account won’t already own the game and you should be good to go. Hope it helps!

Where is the deals for ps4 owner?
I’ve bouth Batman: Arkham Origins UItimate Edition, but the Season Pass Unlock doesn’t seem to work. When I try to download the DLC, it shows the price, not free. How to fix that?
I bought the batman arkham origins bundle this morning and everything but the season that comes in the bundle works it keeps showing as if I’ve never bought the season pass someone needs to fix this
I also can’t access the season pass content for arkham origins. Neither sony support nor wb support is being any help at all. Am I just out my 15 bucks?
Well, here’s one way for PS+ subscribers to be able to permanently own titles that we received “free” with our paid subscription: just offer the Ultimate Edition at a price that is too good to pass up.
This makes the fifth time I have purchased Mortal Kombat. Twice each for PS3 and Vita, one digital, one physical, and now again so I can get all the DLC at a cheaper price. I regret nothing.
And, since Sony has had great discounts for the Batman Arkham series previously, I now own all three of them, without having to worry about my subscription expiring and losing those titles.
THIS is how I get value from PS+. The discounts are far and away much better than the “free” titles offered in the IGC.
I still reserve the right to moan about indies. Just because I LIKE PS+ doesn’t mean that it couldn’t be even better.
I bought the bundle arkham origins download both the game and the dlc and installed all income online pass to the game and the game store I see the season pass is not released; any solution to this problem?
RE: Batman Arkham Origins Ultimate Bundle: I am not able to download the season pass or the other items (Knightfall DLC) that are supposed to be part of this ‘Ultimate’ bundle; where the heck are they? I am on hold with Sony customer support right now, they NEED to fix this with a patch ASAP. I would not have bought the game itself for nearly 30 bux.
I called Sony support and they referred me to WB support: United States Tel: 1-(410)568-3680, they said they should be able to help
I called WB and they redirected me to Sony and they stated that it was Sony’s sale and not theirs and they should handle the issue; he mentioned that people have been calling them about this issue
I got the same runaround. I think it’s time to talk to the media – everyone should start emailing Kotaku and polygon and get some coverage on this.
Trying to get an update on Batman Arkham Origins Season Pass Issue. Sony says that the season pass that came with the PS+ sale is not available yet on PSN.
I’ve contacted Sony, they’ve told me to contac WB.
I’ve contacted WB, they’ve told me to contac Sony.
Tried to rebuild the database, tried to delete and download the full game ans season pass again. Nothing.
Asked for a new code, Sony says they can give it.
Asked for a refund, today Sony denied it.
No one will fix this?
I’m confused. I get 2 diff Sony emails & follow on FB but I never saw anything about this until tonight. That is unfortunate because I wanted the Borderlands Ultimate Ed. & I JUST BOUGHT the reg game 2 weeks before the sale, though apparently I wouldn’t been able to get the UE because of that & no way to get the DLC for that price either…
