Uncharted 3 Patch 1.19, Operation Supply Drop’s 8-Bit Salute

Happy Friday! We’re updating Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception with patch 1.19 this week. The changes are:

• Leaderboard reset
• Block Mesh maps in the custom game list under Team Deathmatch and in The Lab are changed

We know a leaderboard reset can be contentious but we wanted to give everyone a fresh start for our upcoming participation in Operation Supply Drop’s 8-Bit Salute event. To celebrate, all Golden Guns will now be free and available to all players. With Patch 1.19 we are winding down patch support for Uncharted 3 but we will continue to provide updates on any sales, community events, and other activities such as the upcoming “In Honor” Uncharted 3 tournament UMG is holding to mark our connection with 8-Bit Salute.

Team Naughty Dog is live streaming our involvement in Operation Supply Drop’s 8-Bit Salute this Saturday. Tune in May 17 from noon PST until midnight PST to our official Twitch channel. If you receive the PlayStation email newsletter you might have heard already that we’re nearing our goal but we can use your help. Please donate to the cause and support the troops!

Come game with us this Saturday! To participate directly, just hop on your PS3 system and make friends with ND8bit. Obviously, we can’t play with everyone but we’ll be online and live streaming our play of every Naughty Dog game available on the PS3 system as well as some of our personal favorite PS3 titles from other studios. To make it even more fun the incredible Brandon Laatsch will be hanging out and hosting the live stream with us.
