I wish Dragon’s Crown was cross buy instead of just cross play. I could see snagging it for $17.50 if it was. I will wait to see if there is a better sale later on.
I wish there were more cross buy titles available. Seemed like such a good thing to help save the gamer some money so you would not have to buy two versions of the same game but it has not materialized like i had hoped. I may end up just selling my Vita and sticking with the PS3 for everything until the PS4 actually has games designed for it released.

Okay so I live in South Africa and the date is the 25th why am I not seeing any discounts on my ps4? I have a playstation plus account and was really hoping to get Injustice. If someone can be of help it would be greatly appreciated!

@ MarzX Many of the games that had that promotion are/were for a limited time only. Injustice unfortunately I can’t tell you specifically, as one site I checked said the promotion ended 1/31 and another said it will end 3/31.
I’m really hoping to see any of telltales games brought to the PS4
None of these discounts are projected in the Playstation store and today is the 25th of February. Unless I read the blog wrong or it takes a while to update, but I searched for each of these games and they are still full price as of today 25th of February. So what’s up?

Does anyone think or know if TWD or Wolf Among Us season passes will be even cheaper during a future sale, like the halloween/fall sale or something later this year? Or is it better to jump on those now?

TWD 1 reached as low as 5 dollars (or 2,50 if i’m not wrong). Sam & Max went for free. And Jurassic Park had never seen a price discount. All in all, i think TWD will probably be cheaper (but no less than 5 bucks and not soon). As for the Wolf, I think it will go on sale if the ratings remain good. If you’re not in a hurry to play, I would think as best to purchase the wolf now, and save TWD for later.
Or I could be wrong and everything go on sale again, next month, half price. But the recent sales (for some months now), have been for higher prices than before.
What time will this go live? I really want to buy Ni No Kuni and Persona 2 ! >.<

I think if they ever posted a definite start time, they would be welcomed by an avalanche of hatred if they were even one minute late. Just judging by the usual time-specific posts and the reactions to slight failures in meeting those deadlines.
But they usually get the store updated by 2pm PST (GMT -8). They’ve posted that elsewhere, and have been very consistent over several months now. No guarantees, though.

The opportunity with digital pricing is “Hey, we can get people to buy digital software, brand new, that they can’t trade in; all we have to do is offer a pricing advantage.”
And then retail goes and passes the digital prices by, and the digital prices are consistently WAY LATE to reflect the change in MSRP, which leads one (hint, me) to wonder…why in the name of Cthulhu would I ever buy digitally? I lock myself in to the platform, I run the risk of not being able to access the content later if my system craps out and stuff gets de-listed (see GT5, where some DLC will eventually not be re-downloadable), and in 95% of cases, I’m not going to be getting anything close to the best price on the game. The occasional no-brainer sale on a particular game might happen, but for the most part? If the ‘sale’ price gets down to ‘retail,’ the digital console vendors are doing well.
Steam’s the only vendor that really seems to ‘get’ digital.

Has anyone else bought Dragon’s Crown yet?
I bought the PS3 version yesterday and reached network mode, only to find out that I cannot connect to a single game (randoms or with friends). It says I connected to the Dragon’s Crown server just fine, just syncing to a game or anyone trying to join me does not work in the slightest. I’m positive its not my network, since I play lots of fighting games online with little to no problems at all (and my PS3 is hardwired to my router). Even on the day itself I’ve been playing other games with the same people just fine. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, resetting the router and such to no avail. The game is great and worth getting regardless, but it would be better if the online mode worked. I do know that Dragon’s Crown has questionable online, but not to this extent from my research.
Either way, I’ve contacted Atlus’ customer service on the matter, hopefully they can help solve the problem for me (and whoever else may have the problem too.
After consulting a few friends, we figured out what the problem was. If anyone else has difficulties like I did, be sure to check your routers firewall and set your PS3 system as a DZM (at least, that’s the term off of memory). Dragon’s Crown is very picky it seems on how it connects, so hopefully this will be helpful for anyone else having problems.

Hi there. I just bought Persona 4 Arena and I can’t play it because of a region-lock. No where on the PSN was a region-lock for the game mentioned. Is there a workaround to it? Or can I be given a version that works with my console?
I’ve only thus far tested it with one of my PS3s. The other one is back at home and I’ll only get a chance to check it out on it after a week or two. Not sure which region the other PS3 is, but I really hope it works on it because I’ve been wanting to play this game since its release…
