Hey Grace, I thought Velocity Ultra for the Vita was suppose to be $2. I’m seeing it on the store for $4.19. Guess I won’t be buying it =(

Good solid sale plus Bioshock Infinite free! Keep up the good work and mixing up the genres for PS+.

Picked up Rain, Blood Dragon, Stealth in the Dark and Tales of Xillia. Should keep me busy for a while.

Already have Puppeteer but need to give this a push for anyone who hasn’t gotten it yet, it’s a great game, one of last years best!
If you are PS+ this is a game you should be picking up! $7 is a STEAL! Even if you aren’t, this is a great price for a great game! It did not get the attention it deserved when it came out, mainly because it was advertised by Sony about as well as they support the Vita. Buy this game!

Just a quick question in regards to the “Price Changes” section…. Dead Space 3 -$19.99

Is this for a certain time period like for a week or so , or is this the final mark down it will be on the PlayStation store at the moment with no expiration ?

BTW, AWESOME! Deals for PS+ will definitely be getting Crisis 3 and Far Cry Blood Dragon for less than $10!

I just bought Epic Mickey2 vita, i really enjoyed the ps3 demo.
Btw Killzone Mercenary and Sly Cooper Thieves in Time at those prices are must buys for any psvita owner that dont have them yet.

@64 when a game receives a price change it’s permanent. Limited time sales are listed as the game being on sale. Hope that helps you.

FYI Killzone is the wrong price on the PC store- I had to switch over to Vita to buy it. Hopefully that error is fixed (oh and there is no ‘selecting versions’ to fix it as others have said.

If I buy spelunky on Vita will I get the ps3 version I only have a ps3 and the ps3 version is priced at 7.49. I know if you buy the ps3 version you get the vita version but does it work if I get the vita version?

Everyone says Puppetmaster is a great deal, when I watched the trailer it looked like a silly kids game (not in a bad way, but not aimed at adults).

Am I missing something in my interpretation? I wouldn’t want to miss out on a good game if there’s something to it that I’m not seeing.

It looks like a platformer based on using scissors, and has way too much movement on the screen at one time for me to follow, but maybe the trailer is just extra stroke inducing.

Regarding Limbo, is it back to being a cross-buy game again?
Originally, when the Vita version launched you were entitled to a free copy if you previously owned the PS3 version, then a few months ago, the cross-buy entitlement ended and you had to buy each version separately. Above it shows Limbo (Cross-Buy) $7.49. I already own the game(s) but want to clear things up for potentially new buyers.

@92 I think Bioshock is an on Disc bonus only (I’m actually installing it from my Infinite disc right now)

When I “bought” the free Bioshock Infinite DL today (nice to not swap discs to play it if I choose to DL), I was not given any notice of Bioshock the first being included.

Wish I would have seen that sly 4 ps3(with cross buy) was on sale before I bought the vita version, as I would have jumped all over that. Instead, that was a cross buy title, and if 2 of those can count towards both lists, why wasn’t sly listed in the ps3 section? (14 for 14) . It’s not even a featured sale? Smh, if you guys hadn’t just helped me out, I’d be calling again, but it know you’d just deny me.

finally a sale worthy of being called one, except its still peppered with games that have already been on sale before, just about half of these “sale” games are recycled. being redundant must be a bullet point on the resume.

case in point, rain, thomas, far cry, lone survivor, pixeljunk hd, spelunky, and limbo… all in perpetual sale limbo. some have been on varying sale price points 4+ times.

now for the real bad news…
i forsee most of these titles entering the IGC in the coming months.
hell, a few of these were already in the IGC which in turn locks you out of actually purchasing them!!!

this is how the store really works. throw a sale at people, within 2-3 months make the games IGC, weeding out any prospective buyers and then alienating them from making further purchases. bait and switch on an annual rotation.

i hope im wrong but the US psn store track record for “sales to IGC” is more in line with what ive said already. dmc $13 sale… couple months later, dmc free. this is only the most recent i can recall. you just wait though…

think! maybe if the “sales to IGC” werent soo close, you wouldnt make people feel burned so adequately. it lingers all to well and its blatant/obvious.
