Starting tomorrow, PlayStation Plus members will be able to download Hotline Miami for free on both PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3.
There are also loads of spooky titles on sale as part of the Sale of the Dead, including recent sensation The Last of Us and other zombie favorites like Dead Island, Dead Nation, Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare and Telltale’s The Walking Dead episodes.

Hello all, I would just like a bit of clarification on the Sleeping Dogs bundle.
Before today’s store update, the Sleeping Dogs Digital Edition was 12.49, and this was the full Sleeping Dogs game + 3 DLC packs (Retro Triad Pack, Red Envelope Pack, and the Street Racer Pack)
Today’s new bundle is Sleeping Dogs + Nightmare in Northpoint.
The game’s description on the web version of the store is a bit unclear. At first it seems that it’s just the game and the nightmare in northpoint DLC, priced at 11.24. But when I click through for more information, it says that the digital edition includes those 3 premium DLC for 12.49.
So my question is whether or not the Halloween bundle is:
A) Sleeping Dogs (full game) + Nightmare in Northpoint
or is it
B) Sleeping Dogs + The Retro Triad Pack + Red Envelope Pack + Street Racer Pack + Nightmare in Northpoint
I played the demo and I enjoyed it so I know for sure that I’m going to buy this game soon. If the Halloween bundle actually includes all 4 DLC, then I won’t hesitate to buy this today. Otherwise, I’d rather wait until it goes back to the initial bundle with the other 3 DLC.

Also, I tried putting the Hotline Miami PS3 version into my cart, but it says I am not eligible to purchase this. Now, right now my PS3 is not hooked up (I’m moving, so it’s packed up), so is that why, or is there some other reason?
Ok, I think I found out the answer to my second question. I just “purchase” the Vita version, and when I download it, it gives me the option to download to the Vita, the PS3, or all of the above. So I am assuming this means the actual playable game gets sent to the PS3 rather than a Vita backup version (if you can’t tell, I am new at this as I just got signed up for the PS+ membership last month… love it!).

The problem is, some of the games I want are apart of the sale that starts on the 29th, the cut off date for the promotion. you admit that you have purchased PS+ sale games prior to it being given away free “a week or month later”. If had you any common sense regarding how PS+ works are upset about being “scammed” as you put it, you’d hold off on your purchases and wait the month to get it free if it were truly that important to save money. By not doing so, like Primero said, you acknowledged that you believed the value of content was worthy of purchasing, knowing its FOREVER yours, as opposed to free (aka loaned or rented).

I loved KOA; Reckoning this month. Other than that nothing interested me. Can we PLEEAAASSSEEE get some better titles. UK got Far Cry 3 and you guys on the Plus Team have forked over ****** PS2 remakes for the past TWO months. I mean really PS2 remakes? Are you serious? Sure they were free byut they weren’t in any way worth it.
