Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is the follow-up compilation to Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX, and will be available exclusively on PS3. It will include the following goodies:
- Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix — previously on PS2 and exclusive to Japan
- Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix — previously on PSP and exclusive to Japan
- Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (HD remastered cinematics)
I’m so excited to be able to see all of these games included as a part of this compilation, but personally, the most exciting title may be Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. As many may not have been able to experience its awesomeness, it’s truly one of the more phenomenal games, and now completely rebuilt in HD — you’ll be able to play it on your big-screen TV for the first time.
Lastly, if you didn’t already pick it up, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX is available for purchase, now. You might even be able to find the super rare, limited edition that contains the artbook.

Im most excited for Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, with the Re:COM bosses, the Terra boss, Mushroom XIII, and the best feature, the Roxas boss fight!! I just cant wait for it!

YES YES YES KH 2.5 HD REMIX I CANT WAIT GONNA GET THAT SOOOOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOOOOONN NO WONDER THEY DIDNT PUT KINGDOM HEARTS 2 ON HERE THEY planned it for another remix im just so glad they are bringing birth by sleep into the picture too i have always wanted to play that one and also i never completed kh2 before it got lost :( but now they are bringing the game i almost beat and the game i wanted to play into one package i have all kh games every system everygame except kh2 of course cause i lost it :( but now i get to actually beat it!!!

All those asking for an HD DDD it will never happen at least not on Ps3 or Ps4. 3DS is selling very well so no need to port it on an other console.

I never could finish my PS2 version of KH2 because the game froze in the credits. Now I CAN finish the game and watch the secret ending (I’m also looking forward to the Tera fight too).

Would have preferred an inclusion of Dream Drop Distance instead of coded but nonetheless this game will be epic. I already have my limited edition version of 1.5 ReMIX and it is great. Cant wait for this game and eventually KH3

I was so pleased with this announcements ! And you did a great job with the compilations : finally I will play all the Final mixes and many Kingdom Hearts that weren’t released on PS2. Stil… Could I ask for a favor ? Please make Dream Drop Distance available for Playstation 3 in order to have all the story line before Kingdom Hearts III comes out.

KH 2 was my first KH game! It’ll be good to play the remix.
I cant WAIT!!! This game series is my favorite. Been playing this game literally since 2002. If the option to pre order this game was on friday I would be the first to Amazon and Pre Order it!!!
I will seriously pay $250+ for a next gen remastered version of every game. Think about it, a massive box collection for PS4 with Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:CoM, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (cutscenes), Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded (cutscenes), Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance Mark of Mastery Collector’s Edition, and Kingdom Hearts 3. I’d buy it in a heart beat. That’s 6 playable games with over 60 hours of content on each plus two movies.
You could call it “Kingdom Hearts: Seeker of Darkness Collection” or something
