Hello Gamers,
Moments ago, Adam Boyes introduced the latest addition to the Third Party Relations family at Playstation, a new group that I get to captain called Third Party Production. The Third Party Relations team at PlayStation is well known for developing solid relationships across this industry, and this new group will work closely with our publishing partners to bring their beloved IPs to some new places. This means you’ll see even more great games on PlayStation platforms, including new IP’s, ports, and localized products. In addition, our partners who are currently in production will have us as a resource to strengthen their development process, ensuring quality and consistency on all Third Party projects.
I’m really excited for our team to explore new opportunities on behalf of PlayStation. Even though we’re brand new to PlayStation, we’ve got years of experience in this industry already under our belt. We already have a project underway, the recently announced PS Vita version of Borderlands 2. We are extremely excited to work with Iron Galaxy Studios on this project and I cannot wait to show and tell you more down the road.

I would love to see XCOM: Enemy Unknown on the Vita. If it can be done on older iOS devices such as the iPhone 4 or the original iPad, then it can be done of the PS Vita. I would love to see it and be able to cross save between my console and handheld – so that I can take my experience on the go.

I’d like to see some more RPG’s with interesting stories, most ARPG/RPG games out now are just about powering up your characters and getting some overpowered weapon to beat your enemies, Tails of Xillia was the first RPG in a while that I’ve enjoyed, Final Fantasy is in a slump atm not going anywhere with the Fabula Nova Crystallis arc they’re doing though FF XV does look interesting.
So yeah more RPG’s that grip the imagination of the gamer would be great.

slow paced strategy games are great for handheld consoles. So why not bring Magic the Gathering Duel of the Planeswalkers to PS VITA??
That would be great! It is the perfect game for VITA…. Even more if it comes with an assincronous multiplayer mode like the Uncharted Fight for Fortune one.

Hey, remember TimeSplitters? I think it’s time that returned
First and most importantly, A new Timesplitters. It might be the best FPS of the PS2/Xbox generation and it is criminally overlooked. The fans have been asking for TS4 for years, and it looks that crytek/EA still don’t want this to happen.
If a new sequel is out of reach, at least give us a Timesplitters HD Collection of some sorts with the Future Perfect online/splitscreen multiplayer, and the map creation. It was one of the most interesting and FUN (something that has been lacking in the FPS genre) mp.
Also, there should be a “second coming” of the platformers. Crash and Spyro NEED to come back. Megaman is in urge for a new, good title. Sonic Adventure 3 would be neat, but like, a TRUELY good sonic game, not that Sonic 2006 autistic scum.
Titanfall would be cool, too. Is the only Xbone exclusive that I actually find interesting. Do like a “Titanfall: ONFIRE” edition or a “GOTY edition” a year later.
And oh, this is a really, really nice move Sony. Keep it going with this cool attitude!

Torchlight 2 would be an incredible addition to the Vita library. I know it would never happen but the old Dungeon Keeper games on Vita would mean I would never put the system down.
