Hello Gamers,
Moments ago, Adam Boyes introduced the latest addition to the Third Party Relations family at Playstation, a new group that I get to captain called Third Party Production. The Third Party Relations team at PlayStation is well known for developing solid relationships across this industry, and this new group will work closely with our publishing partners to bring their beloved IPs to some new places. This means you’ll see even more great games on PlayStation platforms, including new IP’s, ports, and localized products. In addition, our partners who are currently in production will have us as a resource to strengthen their development process, ensuring quality and consistency on all Third Party projects.
I’m really excited for our team to explore new opportunities on behalf of PlayStation. Even though we’re brand new to PlayStation, we’ve got years of experience in this industry already under our belt. We already have a project underway, the recently announced PS Vita version of Borderlands 2. We are extremely excited to work with Iron Galaxy Studios on this project and I cannot wait to show and tell you more down the road.

I saw a legend of dragoon post that would be cool or a xenogears PS1 remake thats my favorite rpg ever. I didnt like xenosaga PS2 .can u get us a new castlevainia 2, simular to symphony of the night but not a remake of same game.o and will gaikai ps3 games have trophies? And will the psn outages b less frequent? Exclusive third party games not DLC, Get occulus rift exclusivity on PS4. That would be sweet.

This is really cool Gio and I hope that someone will see my comment, even though they mirror the thoughts of many others. Everything that has happened in the last few months has only proved what I have believed since becoming a part of the PlayStation family : You really do care.
To state the obvious real quick, while porting existing games is great – including the indies which I love – I am hoping to see Vita ports released alongside their console counterparts. Gamescom has proved that this is already happening, so keep up the good work.
Second, the most exciting part of this new third party studio is the localization aspect. So the games that I really want that everyone else has said are:

And lastly, I would absolutely love to see Star Wars: KOTOR 1 & 2 on Vita.
The first was recently released for iPad, which is great, but I personally think that those two games would shine on Vita, in part due to the combo of touch screen and physical control options. Heck, you could even add the extended content to KOTOR 2 that was cut out before its original release.

Sony, this is a great idea. I remember listening to podcasts where people were down because of the fact that the expected game Borderlands 2 was not announced during Gamesconn. It’s exciting to hear that this has changed. I think it would be cool to have classic PS1 and PS2 games on the PS4. Right now there are so many indie titles coming to the PS4 that I’m sure no one will be bored.

Just do hd ps2 games for vita an the ones that u dont want todo just bring them to playstation 2 classic to vita and ontop of them u can use vita to continue their series vita should be the system to continue some of these games we miss only on vita so u can start making vita sell trust the more u think about making it for ps3 & vita yall not gpnna sell the system like that because most people gonna say y spend 200 on a vita plus $30 on a game if i can just spend 30 an get it on vita now if u make like 6 hd games with good work done only on vita an drop two new ip an 3 continued series from ps2 im sure many many people would tight an get the system an it would start selling plus the indie games but as long as yall making these hd for both yall not giving it a chance at all

I would like to see Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn come to PlayStation Vita. I would also like to see Japanese RPGs from the 1990s remade in HD and put on Playstation Consoles. Some of these Japanese RPGs would include: Final Fantasy 7, Star Ocean: The Second Story, and The Legend of Dragoon.
