Hello Gamers,
Moments ago, Adam Boyes introduced the latest addition to the Third Party Relations family at Playstation, a new group that I get to captain called Third Party Production. The Third Party Relations team at PlayStation is well known for developing solid relationships across this industry, and this new group will work closely with our publishing partners to bring their beloved IPs to some new places. This means you’ll see even more great games on PlayStation platforms, including new IP’s, ports, and localized products. In addition, our partners who are currently in production will have us as a resource to strengthen their development process, ensuring quality and consistency on all Third Party projects.
I’m really excited for our team to explore new opportunities on behalf of PlayStation. Even though we’re brand new to PlayStation, we’ve got years of experience in this industry already under our belt. We already have a project underway, the recently announced PS Vita version of Borderlands 2. We are extremely excited to work with Iron Galaxy Studios on this project and I cannot wait to show and tell you more down the road.
I will share more with you as our adventures continue and new games are made available. In the meantime, let me know in the comments what you want to see on PlayStation (PS3, PS4, PS Vita). I would love to see Final Fantasy Type – 0 make a release in the U.S. even if that means having it as a digital release ( physical is always preferred ). A U.S. release of phantasy star online 2 would also be great. In terms of original content, I would love some more uncharted, new final fantasy games, or maybe even some rhythm games.
Bring more animes to life (Clannad, Tiger & Bunny, etc) or just pay infinity dollars and bring Titan Fall over xD

How about SOCOM 2 HD? SOCOM was the best shooter I’ve ever played to date. Every thing from awesome maps and gametypes to gunfights that take skill and nail biting clan wars. SOCOM 2 was amazing. Confrontation and S4 ruined the series and gave it such a bad name. People who played S1/S2 are dying for a simple re-mastered S2. There are so many of us loyal fans out there just looking for a SOCOM experience. I even put 50$ up for H Hour: World’s Elite without even seeing gameplay video all because David Sears said it would be like SOCOM and he made SOCOM 1/2. Now if SOCOM 2 HD was announced for PS4, I would pay anything for it. Just to play those maps again and that gameplay, strafing gunfights, leaning around corners… I miss Frostfire, Nightstalker, Desert Glory, The Ruins. Game was awesome. SONY would please so many old school SOCOM fans, those of us who first got to experience that awesome-ness, and those of us who were around during the birth of online console gameplay. SOCOM > ALL. Stop waiting SONY and make it happen !!

Since the PS4 is the cheapest next-gen console on the market there’s a lot of crossover from people buying a PlayStation console for the first time. I know PS3 games could be streamed via Gaikai, but I personally wanna see the classic PlayStation brands. Like all the Uncharted’s and inFamous’s available as soon as possible. That would really help a lot of people (including me) further understand, connect and purchase 1st part PlayStation games. I would love to play the next inFamous, I know it’s really different from Coles story, but I really wanna know and experience all the Lore of the franchise!
