  • Pls stop with the FIGHTING game on PS vita…

  • Awesome update, I’ve been waiting for HitmanAbs and the Star Wars tables. Amalur next please!

  • What’s with the PSP fighting game obsession?

  • Yeah, another shooter, thats exactly what we need, hope next month we get black ops, and the month after resistance, then duke nukem etc.

  • OOOO NOO!! You have to be kidding me!!!
ANOTHER FIGHT GAME FOR VITA?? Another INDIE + another PSP game ???

For PS3 JUST Hitman worth something.

    PInball?? Pff….

Lets se what EU are receiving this month:

Need for Speed: Most Wanted (PS3)
    Mafia 2 (PS3)
    Spec Ops: The Line (PS3)
Lego Lord of the Rings (Vita)
    When Vikings Attack! (Vita)

Thanks Morgan. Thanks for the horrible job youre doing!

  • It definitely is irritating to get yet another pinball game and and a game like Hitman. It is also ridiculous to see machinarium again even if it is for the vita this time. Should have just been cross buy like others have been. One of the worst months of Plus I have seen and I rarely complain. EU got multiple full games and NFS which would have been great. Instead we keep getting the same genre/genres every month.

  • I’ll also check out Runner 2. And the Rayman Origins sales are pretty tempting. June and August are probably the best PS+ updates of the year so far. Keep up the good work!

  • Is that ANOTHER PSP fighting game? Come on PS+, we’ve talked about this.

  • Why the PS Plus europe is so much better!!? They are better than us? They received Hitman in July with alot of other great games, and now they are playing the amazing Need For Speed Most Wanted. And ONLY NOW we receive Hitman. I’m not satisfied :(

  • I’ll renew next month if it looks better than this. I personally don’t like this months lineup.

  • Meh.. This service needs bigger vita games

  • Awesome!! Zen Pinball 2: Star Wars Pinball!! My 2 loves…Pinball & Star Wars.

I’ve got a question though, Morgan: I know if you bought the Star Wars Pinball Pack for Pinball Arcade, you would be able to get the Zen Pinball 2: Star Wars Pinball stand alone for free. Does this work the other way also? Do we get the Star Wars Pinball tables for Pinball Arcade, as well.

I’m not being greedy, I would just like to know.

  • I shouldnt have bought Rayman Origins Vita so early. ($13.22) :O

  • @55 There is an entire team of people to blame for your unhappiness, not just one man. This is a great plus update. Simmer down and get yourself a EU plus account if it rips you up inside. :D Cheers!

  • Ok, I cant edit or remove my commentary. Sorry anyway. But Im really disappointed! =/

  • That’s it I’m done. When I renew my membership it will be with a EU account! NA gets bread crumbs when Eu gets all the great goodies AND they know 2 weeks before what the perks will be.

  • Two VITA games this month! Thanks a lot Morgan!

But another PSP fighting game? C’mon, PSP has a lot of good games, like Resistance: Retribution and Parasite Eve 3 (The 3rd Birthday), so, why another fighting game? WHY?

Any chance of we have WRC 3 for VITA and PS3 at IGC/discounted?

    Thanks for reading.

  • Well I was going to renew my Plus this month based on the games that were coming out. Guess I’m waiting till September now to see if that Plus update has anything good. >.>

  • that’ll do pig

  • Shinra Soldier …. the day sony DARES to put a Sports game free for ps plus THE BLOG WILL INFLATE WITH HATE COMMENTS LMFAO hahahahaha

  • PS + Community: No more PSP Fighters!
Morgan: More PSP Fighters? Okay! ^o^
Seriously though, EU gets full triple A titles and we get 10 – 20$ games, even the game of the month is only 20$.

  • you guys click on the vote tab because now you can leave a comment after you vote

  • Morgan …. Runner 2 free for PS+ ….. so…. when the Vita version comes out …. its not gonna be cross buy?! :(

  • Sony stop making game free for one month on PS3 then the same game free for another month on Vita (or vice versa). We want new content every month not the same thing. It waste the slot. And what happen to our Vita Full games. Last Vita Full game we got was Zero Escape VLS.

  • Morgan,

Glad to get Hitman Absolution! I really want play this game. When it comes to the big titles, you guys are giving us quality games. The Rayman sale is great, too! Will pick up Orgins for Vita, finally. Are any of the other Rayman titles Vita compatible?

On the other front, though, and please take this as criticism and not complaining, I’m a little discouraged to see another pinball game and Machinarium. Don’t get me wrong, Machinarium is fun, but wasn’t it free for PS3 Plus? I’m sure a lot of people that own a Vita also own a PS3, so we’ve played it. I know people said they don’t want PSP games, but I’d rather have a PSP game than a game that wasn’t crossbuy but was already given to PS3 owners. Does that make sense? We also received Pinball Arcade in, I believe, May. Remember all the complaining about fighters being constantly given a few months back? I appreciate Plus for its diversity of games and making me play something new and exciting. Another pinball game this soon just doesn’t give subscribers much that is new.

I am pleased with Plus. I think the program is unmatched by anything else. Thanks again for securing great content for the subscribers.

  • Another vote to stop psp fighting games on vita. At least Machinarium is good, but i already played on pc years ago..

  • Morgan Haro find another job please! I pretty sure im going to cancel my psn plus membership becacouse its suckesss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nothing for me this week. I don’t like the Hitman series and I don’t care for pinball, but I have a good backlog of games from Plus to play, so I’m not complaining.

All of you guys that are really complaining, there is no need to. PS Plus is only $49.99/year and even if you download ONE game, you’ve basically got your moneys worth.

Oh, and to the poster who mentioned Spec Ops, yeah, that was free some time ago. You missed it.

  • a game that PS + European received in May, is only now reaching the U.S. PS +.
They received 3 games and we only one.
I expected something better this month, and at least 2 games.
So I’ll be hard to want to renew plus.

  • Hmmm… well, it’s still free games, but I can’t help but feel that us US plus members are getting left behind in comparison to EU plus. Hitman is good, granted, but Machinarium was already in the IGC, what, in May, June?

I was honestly hoping for Kingdoms of Amalur or Ico/SotC, or even Need For Speed: MW, as rumors suggested might be the case.

Oh well, I guess the hiatus works to tackle the IGC pile :D

    Thanks for Hitman, though!

  • Hell yeah hitman :D

  • Hitman is a great game. I’m also happy about BitTrip. But come on, the other games are very lacking. We already got Machinarium. We already got a pinball game, which I only just recently got access to. And an eight year old PSP game with average reviews? Like I said last week, if you’re going to give us a game from an older console, we should at least get the best games for it. Give us Chains of Olympus or Liberty City Stories. I guarantee that the comments will be very negative for the week we get Darkstalkers.

  • Awesome! I was looking forward to playing Hitman Absolution and here’s my chance. Thanks, team!

  • Hitman is good. I was really hoping for Need For Speed. Best Buy had it on sale last week for $14.99. I would have picked it up, but I was hoping that it was going to come to North America. If we could have some advance notice on upcoming contend like Europe does then a person could plan ahead. I wish someone would answer why North America + subs cannot get advance notice like Europe. It always comes down to the day before. Is the staff at Europe more organized? I (others) would like to know. I have been a + member since almost the beginning of the program, and I have yet to see a PS3 racing game. I like + and I still believe in it, but NA is always left in the dark until the day before…

  • I can’t complain about the free games but was really hoping to see a racing game after the EU got Need for Speed. This is one thing that PS Plus has been sorely lacking in (and no – LBP Karting does not count). If we can’t get a free racing game can we at least get some good sales on them? I think EU is having a big Need for Speed sale this month – any chance we will get something similar?

  • GalP15 sell your PS3 & Vita move to Xbox and shut the heck up man seriously you talk ba ba here but you download and play the games … SHUT IT! lol

  • is there any news on when we may see gravity rush, wipeout, uncharted, etc replaced on PS+ for vita? i thought they were announced last year at Gamescom, so was wondering if an announcement for the replacements would happen there too.
If not its fine, but would like to know, so i can prepare space on my memory cards etc.

  • I was hoping for PSASBR or Soul Calibur V or a Need for Speed title, the PSN needs more sales (like STEAM) there are still digital titles that are YEARS old and are like $20 at any local retail store and are still $59.99 on the PSN…I want to support PlayStation in the digital age but it’s still more expensive to go digital 95% of the time!!

  • Hitman is a good addition but the others are not that interesting. A good RPG would be nice instead of all the fighting, puzzle or pinball games.

  • for igc for vita i wanna see

    Kingdom of paradise(psp)
    final fantasy dissidia duodecim(psp)
    dynasty warriors next(vita)
    shinobido 2 revenge of zen(vita)

and this doesnt have to be on igc but will you guys go ahead and put kingdom hearts birth by sleep on psn? i would love to play that on my vita, as for ps3 igc i would love to see

    mirrors edge
    tales of graces f
    the saboteur
    borderlands 2

and discounts on all playstation all stars dlc

  • HUGE LOLs at another fighting game for the portables.

  • First month ever that I’m not interested in one thing that is on PS+.

It’s a good selection of games, just nothing for my personal tastes.

  • God I hated Hitman Absolution when it came out. I’ll download it but I won’t enjoy it if it’s still the same game that I played a couple months ago. I’ll delete Machinairum on my PS3 and play it on Vita so I don’t have to waste electricity and I’ll play Bit.Trip Runner 2. It seems like a fine month though.

  • LAME AND WEAK

  • I was thinking to buy Hitman Absolution now ill have it free, is it me or we have too many pinball games by now? anyway Morgan you are a Haro

  • I’d prefer Bit.Trip Presents Runner2 on Vita myself, not a game I’d play on PS3.

Also, no full Vita games? and the only native Vita game with get is Machinarium? Im really sick of the PSP games – IF PS+ adds PSP games, they should be updated to run with typical Vita controls and to have trophies. Otherwise I have about zero interest and Im really sick of not getting real Vita games on + :(

  • I know we are probably not going to get another retail game till the Vita IGC one year anniversary, but try to avoid doing this thing of giving the PS3 version one month and giving the Vita version on another, it’s kind of frustrating. About the PSP games, please vary a little, there are a TON of PSP games other than fighting games (GTA, Ace Combat, Daxter, God of War, a whole bunch of RPG, etc).

  • Excited for Star Wars Pinball, own 100% of the Zen/PinballFX2 tables on my X360… be nice to have some good ones for free on my Vita for my travels. Dark Stalkers and Machinarium are ok… still haven’t been extremely excited about these PS Vita releases the last few months since I joined (only owning a PS Vita). Just happy that I was able to get WipEout and Uncharted when joining. Hopefully see an A+ title or two over the next month or two. Considering Rayman Origins for Vita… it’s a fair discount, but I find it odd how the Vita version is more expensive than the PS3 version.

  • Addendum on my previous post:

To be fair, I guess Machinarium may not have been a cross-buy release for IGC and that’s why it’s on vita this months? That does make it a little less underwhelming. Still, hope the offerings get kicked up a notch next month! :D

  • and its not just another PSP game, but ANOTHER PSP fighting game. Really? Morgan, come one. You guys know we’re sick of constantly seeing fighting games, especially PSP ones
