  • meh… Again that game that we already got for the VITA?….

  • @37 Not gonna happen.

There better be a Ducktales Remastered demo.

  • Be prepared to be frustrated with JGR. The game was unique for its time, but it hasn’t aged well. The controls are mind numbingly frustrating. I bought the game last year on PSN and had it on the Dreamcast several years ago.

  • i’m beginning to hate my Vita & PS+…
only a few Vita “big” title so far (excluding the big 3 since Nov last year)

    MY WISHLIST for Vita:

    AC3 Liberation
    Atelier Totori Plus
    DOA5 Plus
    Dynasty Warriors Next
    Hot Shot Golf Invitational
    Jax and Dexter Coll
    LEGO Batman 2
    LEGO LotR
    Lumines
    MGS HD -> MOST WANTED
    Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1 & 2
    Playstation Allstar Battle Royale
    Ragnarok Odyssey
    Ratchet & Clank
    Rayman Origin
    Sly Cooper
    Virtua Tennis

PLEASEEEEEEE GIVE MORE LOVE TO VITA!!!

  • @47 the other JSR was the vita version. This is for the PS3 but yeah….. no duplicates please. Don’t care to get games that are the same, just on another platform and also no duplicates ever please. :D

  • I would have bought Jet Set for the Vita if it were ever discounted (it hasn’t since I signed up for PS+). I might download it for the PS3, but it’s not the experience I want. I’ll have to think about it….

  • No EVO inspired discounts…. Lame

  • Sorcery and Carnival Island for $5 is a steal. I’m going to look to get Carnival Island as I already have Sorcery on disc.

Can you all change the prices of God of War: Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta? They’re marked individually for $19.99 for Plus members but the God of War: Origins Collection is marked at $19.99 for everybody.

Also, I compiled a list of content that is missing from the 3D filter in the PS Store. Could you look into it and have it fixed? Missing content makes it a pain to find items you’d want. I also know there are some missing from PS Move and PS Eye also but haven’t done lists for those yet. You can find the list at the link below.

  • well i guess its safe to waste the 6 bucks i have left on something thats on sale now…. it this everything thats gonna be on sale Morgan or just the PS+ things that are on sale?

    • I don’t know if there are more price breaks elsewhere in the PS Store, but check the STore Update tomorrow for any possible other deals.

  • @ Morgan I think the thing people are complaining about is that the play titles aren’t getting their release dates on this leading people to believe they all release tomorrow

  • Boom! Exactly the price I was looking for, for Datura. Very interesting game, and I’ve been waiting for the price to be discounted.

  • please give us real vita games for our ps vita
we do not want psp games

and give us the games all at once so we do not have to wait a whole month just to get the vita content

please give us real vita games for our ps vita

  • agree with no psp sentiment. I gave away my psp 3 years ago because I didn’t like it other than using it as an emulator to play my old nes games.

  • @54 we already had Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1 for plus in January

  • Great update. I’ve had my eyes on Datura for a long time; absolutely loved Linger In Shadows. Might pick up Sorcery as well.

  • Here’s my IGC wishlist:
    NO PSP GAMES

  • such much vita rage…people should understand that is a issue on their end to. i have plenty of digital f4iends i’ve met online. and only a couple of them have a vita. and none are to thrilled with it, the portable video game generation is touch and go at best. most people want to lay back and play on a tv.

it has its place. but i understand why sony pushes ps3 more than vita. it makes more sense.

another great drop. interesting sales and a few chances to try out something different.

  • Some cool stuff this week, but I hope someone can answer this question:
Will there be a ‘Buy for $50, get $10 back’ offer starting soon? Even if they don’t stack, I expect to go on a buying spree soon and it would be nice if that offer was available ;)

BTW is there a release date for SEGA’s Mickey Mouse game?

  • Will Ducktales have trophy support?

  • @67
and what is the issue that u speak of? you seem to have a lot of insight so what exactly is the issue?

  • If you Vita-only bandwagoners had your way, we’d already own the entire Vita library. The rate they put them on the IGC is perfectly fine with what’s available… and releasing PSP games is perfectly fine as well (in fact, I wouldn’t mind seeing some PS1 releases). Why don’t you show your supposed Vita support by buying said games instead of waiting for what may never be? Or don’t, and let the Vita continue tanking so that you can eventually own the ungrowing library!

While I’m on my lil ranty soapbox, what’s with the weekly comments on how we’ve gotten too many FPS’s? We’ve gotten about… three (pardon me if there is one or two more). 4 if you want to count Deus Ex (which you shouldn’t). Considering its the most saturated genre in gaming, that’s nothing (which is perfectly fine to me, I’m not a big FPS fan)! Only thing we’ve gotten too many of is 2d-platformers and fighting games. Ironically though, that same person who complained about the number of FPS’s wanted more platformers! >_<

  • @PPPottypants, first off, you’re not a PS+ subscriber, so you shouldn’t talk.

Secondly, there are plenty of native Vita games to give away two Vita titles per month. The complaints about Vita IGC is that PSP titles are replacing Vita titles. If they want to provide a PSP game, it should be a bonus third game, not take up one of Vita’s two IGC slots for the month. This month especially is the worst one yet as the only Vita title is a small indie game (a fun one, mind you, but not worthy of being the lone Vita IGC for the month).

So get off your high horse. Nobody cares you think, as you don’t subscribe to PS+ and you probably don’t even own a Vita.

  • Ducktales release date should be Aug 13th, not July 23rd.

  • But Morgan! You already gave me Jet Set Radio HD back in November on my Vita. I suppose this is the PS3 version but still it’s a tad disappointing getting the same game twice.

  • Ducktales remastered (PREORDER, game releases July 23rd for PS3 & PS Vita)

@Morgan is ducktales releasing on the ps vita?

  • Could’ve sworn Jet Set Radio was already a plus game. :/

  • @19

The Summer Blast never started tht sale was awful especially compared to xbox ad steams summer sale maybe we’ll get a better showing next year.

  • PPPottypants
you are clearly not a gamer and on top of that if you like random garbage then maybe you should be a garbage
man. i telling people to go buy the game that we want then maybe you should take your own advise and go buy games that you want and let the rest of us speak and get rid of these old psp games from our igc

  • Ok seriously its not funny anymore do you guys need an intern to proofread these posts before they go live so we don’t get improper release dates or prices.

  • So uh you guys must’ve forgotten we were given this on Vita a few months back what makes you think we want to see it again on ps3

  • once gaian nothing for the vita and we are the last ones to be served which sucks. and again morgan u always pretend we vita users dont exist and always ignore vita comments. way to go man… why cant vita users get games at the start of the month.. give us something to play man… and enough of the psp games. i want vita games. we need mgs hd collection for vita! and rayman origins for vita… if i could transfer my trophies to another account i would use it on my EUR account… its one of the things that made me stop caring for trophies when it comes to IGC. EUR has better games and i am stucked with plus for US. my main account is US… so most of my trophies including platinums are there but seeing how EUR games are at i will simply not care abt trophies and just sub to EUR account and just let go of my US account. way to go sony…

  • @71 I hear and understand a lot of what you are talking about. Some of my hate for psp may come from no trophy support (yes I can be a bit of a wh*re), some of it is because of the lack of second thumb stick.

As far as your comment about supporting the platform, I have purchased 21 vita games so far. Yes it has happened that the games I have purchased have later shown up on the IGC but I was less disappointed then. I think the vita library is flush with titles, mainly indie that could be on the IGC.

I believe the Vita is floundering, not because of lack of games, but for not properly advertising how great their non game card games are, and by not placing their memory cards at a proper price point(50% less at least).

It also wouldn’t hurt them to put out bigger memory cards when they drop the price.

  • “PS3” must be a typo next to Draw Slasher, otherwise you have to tell me how to swipe and pinch my TV screen to control this game.

  • nothing for vita ? well that sucks :(

  • I also acknowledge that the IGC is rarely SCEA’s fault but that of the publishers being greedy in the US market
    (See EU IGC/Sales)

  • off the topic guys we can now re-download tv shows and movies purchased from the ps store on multiple devices.

so that is proof that sony listen to our feed back.

  • Ducktales HD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally!!! Nice 20% bonus for Ps+ also…

not interested in Jet Set Radio… I grabbed it when it was available for IGC on Vita… I don’t like that game.. It hasn’t aged well, just like I remember it from back in the day..

    hard, convoluted, horrible controls

  • Can we (PS PLUS) get MGS HD for Vita?

  • We want some more Playstation Vita love! Please and thank you.

    • Thanks for the note; so are you saying you’d want more PS Vita games in programs like PLAY? Anything you can do to be more specific with the feedback would be great, thank you!

  • The discount on DuckTales is awesome, I think I’ll pre-order :)

  • Can you guys, release more Vita Games please

  • When are we going to get another promotion like spend $50 get $10 back, or 3 extra month of ps+.

  • Lol @Morgan trying to pass of JSR as not a repeat because it’s for ps3 not vita… as if there’s any real difference between the two versions.

Plus is incredibly weak this week.

Giving us the same game again doesn’t cut it. The PS3 version is still the same game for the same people.

Guess they realized how terrible this week for Plus is, so they added all the pre-order (terrible selection of games btw) games for Play to this post to make us think we’re actually getting a good update.

Sorry, but even Sony customers aren’t that dumb.

    • YEah the versions are actually pretty similar. This one is for those PS3 owners that haven’t gotten their PS Vita just yet, now they can enjoy the game as well. But yes, for PS Vita owners that have already played it in the IGC, I hear ya, it feels like a repeat for you, so thanks for rolling with it! But we think there’s a lot of value to get the game to our PS3 audience as well.

  • Not interested in anything here, plus a major lack of Vita support. Your sales sucked Sony, Steam got all my money and even Live did better than you. Please give more AAA support to Vita please – just Indies gets very tiresome and uninteresting

    • Thanks a lot for the feedback, it really does mean a lot. Hope to deliver value that will move you in the near future!

  • I wish Sorcery would have sold more. If I have to show a friend how cool PS Move is, that is the game I showcase. I might give Datura a chance at that price, seems quite a mysterious game. JSR not my cup of tea.

Anyways here are a few games I would love to see on IGC, hope you guys are taking notes:

Ico & shadow of the colossus HD
    Portal 2
    Twisted Metal
    Mortal Kombat
    Pid
    Papa & Yo
    Doom BFG edition
    Red Dead Redemption
    Darksiders 2
    Fallout New Vegas
Back to the future (again Plz)
    Rage
    Battlefield Bad Company 2
    Driver San Francisco
ratchet and clank (other than A4O)

  • @ Morgan Haro #92

That promotion sucks, my ps+ ends tonight I just wanted a good promotion deal when I renew.

  • I really, really dont want mk or others games that were on sale in IGC.

  • Well… this is just awful.
I’m glad my plus subscription is almost over.

I’m moving to the EU plus service.

  • @Morgan,

I think you guys are doing a great job with Vita promotions. I’m still playing Zero Escape, seven hours in, and have hardly put a dent in it. My number one complaint is that I can’t switch between different PS+ offerings because the memory cards are horribly expensive, so I can only fit a game or two on my Vita at once — though I hear that SONY is dropping the prices soon. Any word on your end about that?

Moving on to other slightly-off topic questions: Do you know if Lone Survivor or Walking Dead will have any kind of PS+ discount when they arrive on Vita?

    • Hey there! Don’t have any answers to your questions except to stay tuned to the PS Blog for any updates that would pertain to your questions. No info that I have on my end

  • no Ducktales Remastered for Vita!?
that would make a PERFECT portable title.
man Sony your marketing is wacked.
