  • Morgan, any news on the invizimals games coming to psn?

  • where’s vice city? i want grand theft auto vice city, not the stories version

  • More apps for vita. We were promised crackle and hulu plus apps at E3 2012, where are they?

  • PROTIP: Just get GTA: San Andreas on a PC/Mac sale. Many affordable computers these days oughta be able to run it fine, and you’ll see even 75% off more than once a year, I assure you. And think of the MODS!

  • I noticed Rochard was in the PS+ Expiring Soon section, so does that mean we get another PS3 game next week?

  • ….15 bucks for a ps2 classic? seriously?

i didnt realize that suda 51 was making a platformer…ill definitely be checking it out.

also, one of the developers from rochard was commenting me on joystiq…so now i have to check that out lol

  • I still got to get a TV :/ since it broke, I wish Rochard wasn’t leaving next week since I obviously can’t download anything/see anything without a TV, still my guess that I’ll get one before next week I hope :) but if we do get another game in it’s place I guess it’s all good, and I was thinking bout getting a PSN Card ($20) for San Andreas but…. $14.99 seems kind of over priced since I already have it for PS2, if it was 9.99 it would seem more reasonable and would make more sales IMO, if it was an HD Remake with Trophies then I would understand but it’s not, anyways great update, Thanks Grace Chen, Morgan Haro and other PSN Community members :)

  • @nolo

I think a lot of parents just let their kids run wild online.

  • I noticed a couple weeks ago that Episode 2 of The Walking Dead was no longer being shown as purchased for me. I know I downloaded this when it was free for PS+ a while back but it seems it’s no longer showing as purchased since I renewed my PS+ subscription. I even ran through my entire download list (quite an ordeal in itself though I know you’ve all heard that before) and it’s not in there anywhere. I’m just worried about having to delete it to make room and then not being able to download it again later without paying for it. HELP PLEASE!!!!

  • sigh…Black Knight Sword is the only thing interesting this week.

  • $15 for GTA???? What a rip off.

I like the “Instant Game Collection” idea… but every game you give us I already have. You should give us a choice once in a while. Of all the games so far… Jet Set Radio is the ONLY game I didn’t already own.

  • Is Rochard even worth the download ? I cant seem to picture if this would be a game that I would like.

I really wish Big Sky Infinity was given to us free it looks like a sweet game.

  • I’d like to point out that GTA:SA is $15 anywhere you go – Steam, XBLA, and now PSN. Pretty sure that’s publisher mandated pricing right there.

  • @43 says the idiot buying a GTA game for his sister. :/

  • no sales?? :(

  • Again thanks for adding GTA: San Andreas, my sister never played it when I had a PS2, now that I bought her a PS3, I bought it for her and sent my cousin $15 to buy it too, so you have three happy customers here. :)

  • @ Ryumoau,

She is 23, how is that idiotic?

  • Dang was really hoping those games listed as discounted last week but then suddenly vanished of the list would appear this week but no.

  • Is there going to be some type of Holiday sale around Christmas and New Year’s?

  • @Talgron

    i was guessing the same… :(

  • Great update.. Why is Rochard going to be on for a week only? Also happy Dishonored DLC out today Yessssssss Good news.. Any updates on any future Apps coming to PSN as in hbo go?? or is that exclusive for the competitor for a year?? Thanks again Grace and team for a good update…

  • Hey Morgan just a suggestion I would like to see some season passes on sale for this holiday season.thank you :-)

  • Black Knight Sword & Big Sky Infinity for me this week

have to finish all the big ps3 games i’ve purchased this year before the big releases start again in jan 2013

  • Hey Morgan or whoever writes the Update posts each week,

The format that you use for the Rocksmith DLC is how the Rock Band 3 DLC right above it needs to be formatted. I don’t know how one is written well while the other is a mess each week. Please adjust this for future update posts. Thanks.

  • @69 Considering how incompatent Sony America has been the past couple months, i really wouldn’t hold out any hope for a christmas psn sale. We got nothing for black friday.

  • There is a giant collection of PSP games to be purchased, but Sony gives no incentive to pick them up. People are not going to pay 20 to 30 dollars for PSP games anymore. Especially since they are all old. Put them on sale, please. The occasional game on sale at 50 percent off here and there is not good enough.

There should be around 3 to 5 PSP games on sale every week at 75 percent off or more. $14.99 games should be at least down to $3.74, $19.99 games should be $4.99, $29.99 games at $7.49, and $39.99 games at $9.99. This Same could be said for older PSN, PS3, and PS2 games

Does SCEA not like money? That’s the only thing I can think of. The excuse of lower prices equals less money made is a bad point. It’s been disproven already. There seem to be so many simple fixes to make the Playstation Store better that would please everyone. Make your customer base happier and net the company more money. If SCEA doesn’t make digital a bigger priority, someone else is going to swoop in and get the business first. Fix it before this happens.

  • Your PoS Store just froze as I went to download San Andreas, bring the old one back. Japan kept the old one, thank God.

  • So much disrespect from rockstar to its loyal fans by charging us $15 instead of $10

  • And why is the Uncharted fight for fortune demo released a week after? Trying to get all the sales you can before people try it and get bored?

  • Last year Square Enix had a ‘Winter of RPGs’ sale. There really needs to be something like that this year. Like have a massive sale for Christmas by discounting all RPGs that are available on the store by 50-75%

  • @ Ashilyn,

Some of the people here flat out refuse to believe that the pricing is out of Sony’s control and think Sony is out trying to purposely rip them off. Its a bit funny reading their foaming of the mouth comments.

  • You guys do realize that Sony doesn’t set the prices right? It’s up to the Publisher. So don’t be pissed at them, be pissed at Rockstar.

  • + Ashilyn on December 11th, 2012 at 2:48 pm said:

lol logic is not allowed in the comments section

  • Glad to hear I wasn’t the only one who noticed Sonic Allstars Transformed’s absence

  • really?!! a $15 ps2 classic?! like come on I can buy at least 2 retail copies (used) of san andreas at that price… and thats digital, DI-GI-TAL!

and yes no discount for us, I was hoping that Sleeping Dogs can have a discount or two.

    meh update -.-

  • @nolo

You can’t take ryumoau (Goofus) seriously. He puts his foot in his mouth every day.

  • @ sachal_k

I missed out on that sale, wish Square Enix would have done something for this year.

  • @ryumoau (#79) why does it even matter? You would have been more upset if they didn’t release one at all.

  • Mix Superstar was going to be an instant buy for me…until I saw that there’s $90 of DLC. Another DLC nickle and dime to death. No thanks!

  • I can’t re-download Sound Shapes for PS3, it shows it’s the PS3 version but it downloads the Vita version. Any help?

  • To anyone on the PlayStation team I need a little help I just received my LittleBigPlanet karting Beta reward voucher on PSN but it tells me the code has already been used please help

  • It’s for participating in the beta but it tells me my code has already been used

  • @87 it matters because they weren’t honest or confident enough to release the demo alongisde (or BEFORE) the release. Its just follows the current trend of too many psn games releasing on the store without any way for people to try them. Microsoft at least makes trials mandatory for all digital games, or at least that was the case when i last used XBL years ago.

  • @ Goofus (ryumoau)

I don’t see how dishonesty plays a role there. Nor does lack of confidence. Could be a marketing strategy you’re simply not familiar with…

Not that I expect you to figure that out, but whatever…

  • There’s a lot more royalties to be paid out to musicians from the sales of San Andreas than there are for the other GTA games. That’s probably why it’s $15. To cover that. But hey, don’t think. Just keep crying foul. I’m sure some wanna-bee super hero wearing a sheet around his neck for a cape with a diaper full of poo will come to rescue his fellow crybabies from the forces of corporate greed eventually.

  • Rochard only lasting a week can mean only one thing. They have another fighting game to give us free next week.

Seriously, couldn’t you have dropped KoF to give us SSF4 or do you feel compelled to keep us “well stocked up” in fighting games.

  • Laughing, I paid less for GTA Collection on Steam.

And man, Last Chance no include something for PS Vita, this month we will have something for it?

  • I completely agree with all of you, 14.99 for a ps2 classic? ridiculous. However, this is SAN ANDREAS! The biggest GTA game and map to date. It’s well worth 14.99. If it were redone HD i’d pay full price for if need be. But just to be able to play this on ps3 is gonna be awesome. It should have been said earlier though that it’ll be 5 bucks more. It’s kinda sneaky what they did but oh well. Can’t wait to play it.

  • Don’t have anything for Playstation Plus on PS Vita, the bad update because Sony only take care of PS3 users…

  • Please give us more on the Vita – I’d love to buy the Black Knight Sword on the Vita, but likely won’t get it on the PS3. THANKS!
