  • final fantasy 10 final fantasy 12 kingdom hearts 1 and 2 would be great additions to ps2 classics im still waiting for this!

  • I’d love to buy something, but I still haven’t been credited my $20 bucks for spending $100 last month. I spent $104 and some change.

  • Is there any official response regarding the Remote Play no longer working with the Playstation Store? Being able to download games while you were away from your PS3 was a really important feature to a lot of people who have busy schedules.

Also earlier in the comments someone mentioned revamping the Download List. This is something I’ve been thinking of for a while and I totally agree with them. At the very least there should be a filter for Games/Addons/Avatars, etc. If more development was dedicated to this feature I believe it could benefit from more filters than that such as name filters, genre, etc. Some DEDICATED SONY Fans out there have LOTS of stuff on their download list as they have been Plus members for a long time.

  • SCEA I want my Max Payne 3 dlc that I’ve paid for, and the rest of the world (including SCEE) has had for the last week. Make it work, or compensate me. Period.

  • Got a question trying to watch the trailer on portal 2 in the psn store to see if i might want to buy it. why must I download it why can’t i just watch it strate from the store without having to download?

  • How can I purchase and download Tomb Raider Anniversary from the store? Is that a game only available for PSN Europe? I have seen many videos on Youtube of guys playing the PSP version on their Vitas, but I look for it and never see it in the store. What am I doing wrong ? Can I purchase the game here on the site and they it will automatically download on my Vita ?? Please help !!

  • How many times can people ask about the $20 credit? Its been stated time and time again, it will be given sometime around the 9th of Nov.

  • @407 To be fair,I didn’t ask.lol It was a statement. Saying I would have bought some stuff,but couldn’t.

  • Thanks a ton for the awesome update. I can’t wait to download RE5! I’m also looking forward to eventually snagging Toejam & Earl. I’ve bought the game so many times in the past, but I can’t pass up playing it on PS3.

Also, if I didn’t already own all of the Persona games on that list, I’d buy them now. Can’t wait for P4:Golden- it’s the main reason I bought a Vita recently. Go Atlus!

  • +Morgan Haro

I don’t know why I’m being ignored but I’ll mention it again.

What happened to the the promised DLC for those who bought the digital version of Street Fighter x Tekken for PS Vita? We were told that it would be fixed by November 6. That day has already gone by and we still do not have the content we were promised. It was promised to us on the day when the game launched which was October 23. We need an update as to what you guys are doing to fix this.

    Thank you.

  • Store Glitch:

Rayman Origins for Vita in the PS3 Store shows up as if I purchased it. I had downloaded the demo some time ago. If you download the game, it is just the trial version. So basically it is impossible for people to buy this game from the PS3 store. I suppose this isn’t a top priority to fix though since people can just buy it from their Vita.

  • Morgan, I know this stuff isn’t your fault, so please don’t feel this is aimed at you. Feel free to pass along the memo to the correct scapegoat.

Dear Sony, I notice that your company is listed as having registered attendees for the Nielsen Norman Group’s Usability Week Conference 2012. I’m wondering what exactly your employees did with their time at the conference because it’s quite obvious they weren’t paying attention to a damn thing at the lectures.

Usability can be loosely defined as the ability for your customers to easily navigate your shiny new store, successfully locate and purchase a desired item, without screaming in frustration at “search” that doesn’t, “organization” that isn’t, and category choices that appear to have been thought up by the children of somebody in Marketing trying to cram in as many buzzwords as possible.

Did ANYBODY from outside the design team sit down and try to use this store before it went live?

  • US store organized better than EU store. EU store is a real mess where you can find nothing but s**t.

  • 400+ messages here and I’d say about 85% are against the new store.
The big question here is will Sony actually do anything about this?

I’m sad to see no Wish List. Even my 3DS has this and Nintendo can barely manage the Internet.

Most of these suggestions would help Sony sell more games so I would think they would start listening and responding to us.

    One example of a B A D D E C I S I O N… Why did they get rid of the suggestion option?
I used to suggest games to my brothers and my friends and 9/10 times this would result in them buying them based on my suggestion. Now it’s gone… Why, oh why, Sony are you going in reverse here?

  • Will Black Ops 2 be Day1 Digital

  • If you saw the IGN review on LittleBigPlanet Karting You need to get that changed IGN posted a miss leading and dis-honest review taking a shot at Sony and the LittleBigPlanet fan base. The community give the game an 8.8 IGN 5.0 That dose not add up please do something about this.

  • Where are my 20 bucks? I spent more than 100 dollars last month at the Playstation Store, and so far, haven’t received the $20 Sony promised me.

  • I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!

  • @418+419, If you actually read some of the comments (especially on this same page) you would know.

  • my walking dead all pass dont work and my sonic advanture 2 battle and many more game plz fix fast

  • Hello PS Team,

I’ve got some feedback on the store. If I did not have you guy on the RSS feed or monitored the site on update day I would never know that RE5 was free or that there was a Person sale on.

I look at the store and there is no indication of the new PS Plus offers, or any of the sales this week.
A lot of big pretty pictures of AC3 and such, but no info dedicated to Plus or the update and new offers.

If you guys could add a PS Plus section or a What’s New section to that bar on the right hand side that we see right when we enter the store, it would be pretty helpful.

    Thanks Guys, keep on improving!
    – Kozz

  • i cannot play LBP karting online, i bought the digital version?

Anyone stuck in this mess ?

  • Hey Morgan I went onto the ps store and thought that I was getting Re 5 for free but turns out I BOUGTH it I already called Sony and said that it takes 10 to 15 days and still there is a chance I Migth not get my money back the lady said. I have always encouraged all my friends to get ps plus as I feel it is a a great investment. Can you give us any feed back I know I was not the only one that ended up buying it.WILL I GET MY $ BACK? Those $30 where going towards playstation all stars !!!! Any one else with same problem message me on psn.

  • I know this is going to be on page 9 but I hope someone from PSN will read this.

Can you please consider doing a Vita bundle discount for the God of War PSP games? I have already bought them for PSP (on UMD when they came out) AND PS3 with the HD update. I’m not willing to shell out another $40 for them just to have them on my Vita! I still have my PSP but its a pain dealing with both. We should be able to trade the physical games in for a digital copy, but that wouldn’t be as profitable as forcing us to buy another copy at a forced price (considering what physical copy’s of the same game go for now).

You need to make Digital media more, or at least as appealing and worth while as physical. No one in there right mind is going to buy Vanquised for $20 on PSN when they can get it on eBay for $10 and someday sell it if they want (and it won’t take up hard drive space).

To put it in perspective, I am so mad at a few purchases I made on PSN and knowing I can never sell these ges is amazingly frustrating. A digital trade-in system would do wonders but greed dictates the opposite even if one would eventually make a more thriving market then the other’s initial profit.

  • I’d say Vanquish is a well deserved game for $20. A perfect example of a good Japanese developed Third Person Shooter.

And people buy digital versions cause it’s convenient for them. No wait, no searching, just right there on the PSN store. Or Steam, or XBL, etc. Chances are, you’ll probably get a better performance if it’s just running off the Hard Drive than just reading from a disc.

  • It’s funny you say that because I was going to mention it is good for lazy people who would rather pay the extra $ then do a little work to save the money (of coarse there’s also kids who are spending their parents money so they don’t care either).

Also I have never seen a case where a digital version of a game “performed” better but maybe in a rare case.

And I wasn’t saying Vanuish isn’t worth $20, it just half price for the physical… so I’m not restarted or lazy enough to waste money on something I will be abosolitly stuck with.

Sounds like your trying to justifiy some purchases you’ve made on PSN, obviously I make purchases as well but now I only do it for PSN only games and DLC.

Hell even pre ordered PSN games don’t launch until Tuesday night…

  • I usually don’t rant here but I have one comment. In Canada, we’re used to being left out of great events tours but you NEVER released a game for US only before. Can you tell me why Absolute Supercars isn’t available on PS Store when you try to access it from Canada? It wouldn’t bother me that much if there was no PS+ discount on it but since there is one, I would have loved to be able to get it!

  • Any say on when PlayStation All-Stars BAttle Royale will be available to Pre-Order on the PSN Store?

  • There is a big glaring issue with the new store. When looking for a particular game, even under the “All PS3 games section”, some games will not appear. The game I’m talking about specifically is Assassin’s Creed : Brotherhood. It’s not there if you look for it that way. The only way to see it is it to use the search feature.

This is clearly a problem if a developers games aren’t visible to users. This prevents people from knowing about the games existence at all even.

I don’t know what other games are affected by this, but it has to be fixed as soon as possible.

  • @Dessron

Why not just make a US based account? Use an international credit card on it (or US PSN cards from eBay or something).

I have a friend in Austrailia that does this because usually the US store is better for prices and content… not always better but most of the time.

  • @chev327flatout Because my account is already for the US store (US and Canadian stores are managed by the same team). It’s the first time it ever happens. Besides, If I use a new account, I won’t have the PS+ discount… (there’s no way I’m gonna pay for 2 PS+ memberships!)

  • is there going to be a preorder for black ops 2 on the PS like dishonored and assissin creed 3.

  • Question about the Vita store (specifically, Top Downloads). I noticed that it has finally been updated and many of what I thought would be top downloads are now gone. Is this list then just the top downloads for the last week? Month? Based on total downloads? Just want to understand what it reflects.

Also, there appears to be a glitch with the demo section in the Vita store. It has paid items in it and is missing some free demos. One example is Pinball Arcade (the paid version is in the demos section and the demo is only found by using the search function).

One request re the Vita store – please make the font smaller for the game titles. In some cases where the names are super long (e.g. New King’s Story or Street Fighter add-ons), all the titles look the same and you have to go through each of them one by one to figure out what it is.

On a more positive front, glad to see Dokuro was added for us Canadians, too. So thanks for that.

  • Hello,
can anyone confirm that the issue with RE5 has been fixed?
I want to get it, but not until I can be sure that I will not be charged for it.
    Thanks!

  • hey, when will the vita be getting PS+ functionality??

  • Still waiting for word about the promised Street Fighter x Tekken PS Vita content. What’s going on? Please reply.

  • Ever since the new update, I haven’t been able to access the store at all. It gives me an error with no error code but simply tells me to quit the app and restart it, which doesn’t work.

  • It says that lbp kart should have the birthday cake and astronaught costumed ready to download they aren’t on karting storefront nore is there a link to download them. You need to fix this please. Also i am very dissatisfied with the new playstation store. Why oh why did you create such a mess out of your store?

  • The Store is atrocious. I don’t enjoy going there anymore due to load times and the worst type of search engine ever.

Whoever designed this Store has NO concept of e-commerce. I have money, but I think I’ll keep it for now. The Store is a train wreck.

  • @morgan haro

Man theres a couple things your failing hard on here, its not just you but the flock of marketing monkeys and the devry dropouts hired to redesign the store. The problems are these: a lot of content is either late or overpriced or entirely irrelevant to what gamers want. And don’t give me that same tired crock of bull that You and your company have no say on what you sell. Sorry man it just doesn’t wash. The latest and largest problem is the new storefront, its a slow disorganized disaster. If you walked into a bookstore and found all the books ripped up and and pages tossed all over the floor would you be inclined to buy there? NO I know you wouldn’t. The whole store is indicitive of the work turned out by a handful of fly by night college dropouts. And believe you me I know of what I speak. If I turned in work that bad in college I’d have been turfed out in the first month.

  • Just to let you fellow Vita owners know , Capcom collection remix and Capcom collection reloaded for PSP Download is compatible with PS VITA this week even though it is not listed on any compatible list. Download the 2 games on your PS3 only and leave them on your system, then connect your PS VITA to your PS3 and go to content manager on your VITA and go to copy from PS3 to VITA and press on applications menu and you should see Capcom collection remix and Capcom collection reloaded , just check both boxes and copy to your PS VITA . Now you have a whole lot of classic games to play on your VITA . Those 2 games are only 9.99 on PSN Network. Also Castlevania Symphony of the night and Castlevania Chronicles for PS One Classics can also be played on VITA by following the same procedure. Hope this info is helpful. Enjoy.

  • Any News on when Jet Set Radio will be available on PS VITA ?

  • Hello,
I remember reading about a confusion of rights to the Toejam & Earl. This has been resolved?
Now they can sell the game in 16bits, does have plans to publish HD? As was proposed in poll http://www.genesispoll.com/, where the winner was the T&J but confusion in the rights the winner was Jim Earth.
    Thank you.

  • i wanna ps vita plus now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *crying*

  • Any ETA on the October promotion depositing our $20? I’m itching to get Ragnarok for the PSP.

  • How long is the sale for Persona games going to last??

  • Hello Sony, it’s Friday and re5 is stil glitch.. Hopefully this problem will be fix befor the half the month of nov.. P.s.. I agree” the new store is a train wreck, slow and clumped up together.. Feel like its made to solely push video n music into the “searchers” sight of view.. … I like the idea of a new store.. But the execution feel like I m lookin at a windows 8 OS .. Ifs it’s not broken, don’t fix it.. Now the store feels broken….

  • Playstation plus for Vita is supposed to launch this month. Any idea when we’ll be hearing more about this?

  • Maybe they hired Bethesda to create the new store ( and their PR department to field questions ).
