Question of the week – What’s your favorite Sackboy costume?
I love LBP but cos of these problems, I won`t go near it: Multiplayer is horrible, it`s still not fixed. Me and my friends always get the Failed to Connect to Player or Cannot load Player Profile, and when we do get together the loading screen from Day 1 is there, or flickering like crazy like it`s having a seizure. And when we finally do get to each other`s Pod the lag is so horrible we can barely move, then we get kicked. This doesn`t happen to just a few people it happens with loads of people. And to those who just want to say “it`s your connection it sucks” it`s NOT my connection cos I can play with my friends from the UK just fine(I`m Canadian btw).
The LBP community is ruined by too much stealing as well. People just take the prizes creators make, put them in another and label them as their own. Seriously, this has to stop. I know several great creators that have stopped making levels because of horrible people like this, more and more are going to leave. People spend hours making something only to have it taken away from them, credit stolen. I know of a guy that not only steals peoples work, but has all his friends Grief Report the true creators so they get banned. Do something Mm! >:(
Please tell me this means that the LBP2 box art cover is getting a new make-over. I did not like the final box art MM decided on. Please, change it.
My favorite costume would be the Gurlukovich Soldier costume from the Metal Gear Level Kit (I’m usually wearing the helmet with most of my oufits).

My favorite costume is definitely the astronaut costume that was only available during the first week of launch.
I already traded it in because this update took so long. I’ll wait till it hits the PSN to pick it up again which I hope will be soon.
You should make retail version that comes with game pack and move controller for 69.99 I’ll pick that up in a sec

When will you release the GOTY edition?
Is there going to be a Move+LBP2 (PS3+Move+LBP2) bundle released?
LBP users make some amazing levels… if the game were bundled it would be the ultimate value pack, and would show off Move much more than some other games.
Same goes for Vita… LBP should be the bundled game
Will the Move Pack be included on future retail versions of the game?
I’m definitely going to get the Move Pack as soon as it’s released. Now I just need to get to a store and buy a Playstation Move Bundle for my PS3 ASAP.

So they make a DLC or update and what about scoreboards and resolve the glitch ???

Oh man….I picked a great time to be broke. I would love to get this game. Loved the first game….spent so much money on LBP…the DLC’s wee so hard to say no to.
…….and my ALL time favorite costums are Sackboy Kratos & Sackboy Snake.

Man LBP is probably the greatest platforming series on the PS3 right now and now once the PSP Vita comes out we will be able to play this great series with PS3-like graphics ON THE GO!!!!!. Long live the Sackboy
So wait i’m confused.. what additional functionality does using the move controller actually provide? From the looks of it using a move controller (aside from in the actual move packs or whatever) doesn’t really do anything.
Quite disappointing.. I bought Lbp2 collectors edition or whatever on release date hoping move would be far more incorporated into the core of the game and it still does not seem to be..
Still a great game no doubt.. But the move packs are hardly any fun and don’t seem worth anything to me..
My seal team six level is nearing completetion no thanks 2 any one here……I asked for help creating it now I have no choice but to kill Osama bin laden and save the world from global terror on my own lol…………
What am I waiting for?
I’m waiting for the Game of the Year version with all the DLC included.
I got really fed up with buying games at full price and then having to pay again for the rest of the levels, only to see the whole thing for $30 in GotY edition a few months later. So now I don’t buy games that have paid DLC until it’s bundled on the disc.
Can you guys start making LBP2 characters/costume content without these giant head pieces?
LBP2 already had a lot of really ridiculously oversized headgear, and the DLC is keeping up the pace.
So much headgear in LBP2 would be so great if it wasn’t so, so huge.
The Buzz Lightyear helmet? Good size for a big round helmet. If the World Peace Globe were that big, it’d be aces. So much big-head stuff. Lordy.
LBP is great! I really like it and I’m going to purchase LBP2! But games Greatest Hits when it hits a certain amount of sales and has been out for nine months and LBP2 has already passed the amount of sales needed and in October LBP2 would have been out for nine months so I’m just going to wait for when it becomes a Greatest Hits to purchase unless I see a deal of $30 or less before.
I was really looking forward to Move controls for LBP2 but I’m disappointed with them. In the first video there isn’t any motion involved, everything is done with buttons. Is there going to be any motion involved with the Move controls?
The motion related content in the Move Pack in the second video looks pretty good. Are the costumes and stickers only avaliable to those who purchase the Move Pack? because they shouldn’t be because some people don’t own Move and might want those costumes and such. Also, in the second video where the woman is playing a level that she is moving the ground with Move, it should be holding the Move horizontally, the way it’s done in the video is horrible. Try and change that because it would be so much better. Don’t over price MM!
Lastly, the only thing I dislike about LBP is that the costumes are so darn expensive! How are you going to charge so much for a costume??? They should all be free but if any can’t be free like the Disney constumes than okay, that’s understandable but they are way too expensive.
See thats the price us dedicated gamers have to pay.. We get punished for buying a game early for full price where the kids who could care less about the game can pick it up a year later with all the dlc included for half the price…
And they wonder why people buy games used…

@Mark My current favorite costume can be made this way: Start with the Tree skin. Add either theevil yellow eyes or the glowing eyes (personal preference, I use the evil eyes), then use the vines on the legs (from Alvin’s costume I think). Top it all off with the Halloween Pumpkin Head. It looks great, and like it could have been a complete release costume. ^_^ Add “seeds” by using the rotten teeth and making him smile.
Anyway, do we know the price of the Move DLC? My wife and I make the budget this Sunday, and if it doesn’t get in then I have to be without until we budget again in two weeks. Help me out, man!
Is there going be a Littlebigplanet 3? I just bought Littlebigplanet 2 for $60 couple days ago and I love it I just wanted know you guys going be making another one.
Since the 1.06 update, my ps3 slim keeps freezing up when playing lbp2. Anybody else experiencing this problem? Better yet, anybody got a fix?
