guys all my friends have ps plus BUT i dont have it cuz I cant use the store and download it…u guys really need to fix things

I downloaded the wipeout HD bundle but it’s not showing up in my games section, but the fury add-on is in my save data folder. Is it not the full game? Help please!
You know this is awesome, the store had 1 moth and a half non working but it’s worth it, free games, free membership, Music Unlimited and movies etc…, it’s just awesome, I really love Sony, sometimes I felt like playing XBOX but I just thought about all you’ve done, but you know, we could’ve waited a BIT more, because everything’s fine, BUT the story is buggy, sometimes gives errors and doesn’t work, and It makes all my downloads slow, so you could’ve finishes before telling us it was alright to play and enter because it’s still not 100% fixed yet, but I don’t complain cuz I have 3 accounts so Imma get all the games and more free stuff, thanks Sony, you’re the BEST EVA!!
If at any point you can’t find the ‘Welcome Back Free Game 1 or 2’ products, the list of available titles or a game you’ve selected, go to your XMB>PlayStation Network>Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List>SCEA Promotions to complete the process.
sony fix playstation store 2 much errors
I clicked on the purchase “Free game 1” but didn’t click “download” after and now the slot is gone! and the instructions for how to get the games after you leave shop “Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List” I don’t have the option to select “services list” it is simple not there to select!
nothing but errors for me. id say they needed more time to fix it so its done right. as for the 2 free games. i downloaded infamous and all i got was a 1 hour trial. did it on another account and still i got an hour trial of it. and the other account i didnt bother with the free ps plus. just be warned. its giving me nothing but trials or demos of the games.
This does me no good it I can’t download anything, what is going to be done about the Error messages everyone keeps getting.
When I first logged on obviously it was laggy and errored out a lot.
The 5 free titles were there to choose from…I picked my first game LittleBigPlanet.
Then went and got the second choice, but I wanted inFAMOUS…it was not an option.
Only four choices…don’t know where it went. I don’t want stardust, wipeout, or dead nation.
If this has happen to someone else and u found a way to get it, please inform. I’ve already went thru
the XMB and checked…still just shows 4 games.
when i try to copy one of the psp games from my ps3 to psp, it gives me an error (forgot code, and im currently away from my ps3) is anyone else having this problem and il just have to wait or am a screwed

Can’t believe all the complaining over free content. There is nothing wrong with the store, It’s the million + people trying to get the free stuff all at the same time that’s causing the errors. And for those who say “XBox is looking better” SEE-YA! Sony handled this whole thing to the best of their abilities.
For a free service I’ve enjoyed for almost three years now, I say they have done a hell of a job. Once everyone who has multiple accounts get done downloading all five free games, things should calm down. Wishful thinking I know LOL
My neighbor who claims to have over 20 PSN accounts is currently downloading his 2 games on each account for future game sharing possibilities. That my friends is why the store is so slow.
Escalation is on that list, I just activated the PSN+ and I don’t see any Escalation =_=

Ok I tried to be patient but this is total bs.After all of the waiting and the return dates I don’t know how much more I can take. And to everyone getting here and kissing Sony’s star give it up. This all makes me regret buying a second ps3 instead of another 360.

I went to download my two games and i got one but i didnt get the other now it wont let me download it.
When i check my downloads it is not there. Psn is having a fail moment and if i dont get my other game, i will call sony themselves for a fix to this problem.

First thanks for the games .I have a ps3 and a psp I downloaded Little World Big Planet for the ps3 and Modracers for the psp but i think I messed up because I can get the other two downloads .I checked in acct management ,that is how I found the Little World Big Planet download but nothing else .Sorry for the trouble .

I tryed to download one of my ps3 games from the welcome back program and it wouldnt work i was getting errors. Itryed again later and now it says Ionly have one more ps3 game to download but I never received the first one. Its not in my download list ether. What do i do? Oh and GT5 still owes me a birthday car from your down time last month Sony.

Your “Welcome Back” business strategy seems like more of a benefit to you than us. You offer us dated PS3 games that most people bought during release because back then, yes they were great games. Now EVERYBODY HAS THEM! Don’t get me wrong free things are nice, especially in the wake of a train wreck like the recent outage. However offering us games that are over a year old and have an expired lifespan as far as the desire to play them is just down right insulting to the hundreds of thousands who have stood by you as a company. Also, why does the free stuff you offered us go away when the free PSN+ period expires?
This whole thing just seems more like the Welcome Back program is a front in an attempt to get more people on PSN+ and to buy more things on the store to make up for the damage and repairs during the outage. We are not stupid. Don’t volunteer recompense if you’re not willing to include every demographic, and really dont undermine us and pretend your doing us something nice when in reality you’re trying to pick up the pieces of a debaucle that could easily have been prevented. I realize the PSN store is probably overwhelmed with people trying to get free stuff. That’s understandable. If you acknowledged it people might stop trying so hard and then network might get less congested. I just really feel like your efforts are half there and not genuine.
