i can’t get my second game i got that first download before you can get the game but i accidently exited out and now i can’t get it!!! PLEASE HELP

You should be able to access the content in the option you selected here. )

And by the way to call people pigs for trying to do their downloads and your trying as well, your a part of the problem. If you don’t like it try again but people have the right to do what they want. It’s going to happen the store is up and people want what they paid for.

Ok people you got to listen to me when I say this. Your free games are still there. You just have to go under your account management settings, go to transaction management, and scroll down to services list. Your free games are listed under “SCEA Promotion”. The free games that you didnt use are there. Click on the Select content button ant you will be redirected back to the store. Hope this help you guys in any way. Please disreguard my last comment. I was pretty ticked to when this happened to me.

i cant get to the playstation three games for the free content, i click the package and it goes to the psp games i got infamous but i cant get the second one. it keeps going to psp

I am so disapointed with the way you are runnung the playstation store, your website, and the welcome back package. this welcome back package was supposed to ease frustration and anger, but all it is doin is makeing me more frustrated and angry. yes I DID get my free downloads, thank you, but all of these errors and the time it took to figure it out was very annoying. also I couldn’t sign in to ask others for because your site wouldn’t let me login. I realy wish you would have handled this better.
Where is Lilo and Stitch? I’m actually interested in getting that for my kids, but can only seem to find the one for $5.99….Can anybody point me in the right direction? I’ve already d/led everything else I can for now! :)

Its all trash, InFAMOUS and Dead Nation were the only decent titles out of the offered games, and they SUCK! Also the 3 offered movies suck. Thanks for nothing Sony.
Dead nation is good ive had it and beat the others are definetly trash.Out of the movies id say Ghostbusters is a classic the other two are just not good movies.

I was listening to NPR Radio late last night and they said that Sony has been BREACHED AGAIN!!!! Someone got in again and got passwords did not say much on credit card info! Coast to coast am also commented on a second hacking! I signed in now to get new info on the second hack job not seen anything yet!!??

the two games courtesy of an error when downloading them, not to mention that all displays a error message when I try to enter the store palystation, when they fix this? eoutra thing I can not change the passwords of others I have in the PS3 User accounts are from my wife and my son, the alternative to change the password by e-mail mistake ever, will we lose our accounts?
All this downtime I wish they actually improved on PSN but nope.
WHAT’S GOING ON SONY!? So far the “Welcome Back” package is glitchy and thats putting it nicely? The “Welcome Back: Free PS3 Game 1 Download either doesn’t work or disappears all together and wont come back even if you search the store for it? I could get the “Welcome Back: Free PS3 Game 2 Download to work but thats it and I am not going to risk the others till I hear otherwise. PLEASE FIX THIS SONY!

I have noted that several people were able to download the Dissidia Duodecim DLC for June 3th earlier today, but ever since late afternoon I have consistently been attempting to download this DLC, but it is no longer there. Your post here confirms the DLC, but I was unable to access it. Please, could you tell me why the DLC isn’t showing up? Was it removed? If so, when may we get it? I know this is odd, because I was able to download all of yesterday’s (June 2nd) DLC perfectly fine, but now the new DLC for today just isn’t there.
Still no Outland… Well at least the welcome back program came out.
