You may have noticed that the content promised as part of the Welcome Back offer is not yet live. It is currently in the final stages of testing and will be available to download soon; we’ll be sure to let you know when.

How many times can a company screw up before the consumer is completely turned off to the product being offered? Yes, the playstation store is up. However, it is practically impossible to use because of all the error messages. How did Sony not expect a lot of users trying to access the store when they finally opened it back up (after missing their target date of May 31st). You would think they would launch the store again with the “reward program” they offered everyone. However, we have to wait even longer for that.
This is a joke. I bought MLB.tv a couple days before the hackers owned sony. I havent been able to use it on my PS3 for close to two months (50 dollars down the drain) . The store is finally up but not working. When will you all wakeup and realize that Sony is inferior to Microsoft? I cant believe that the majority of Sony users are thanking them for all their hardwork. If you are going to re-release the store, then make sure it actually works.

I find it comical that eveyone who replied negatively to me are telling me i should wait longer. I wasted 50 bucks (MLB.tv subscription) the past 2 months because sony had flaws in their system. I bought a new ps3 days before the hack and was not able to access the PS3 store to download everything that I had purchased and given Sony my hard earned money for. How can you guys honestly defend a company that does not live up to its claims. They said the store would be up before the end of May. IT WASNT! They are now claiming they store is up but it is practically impossible to use!
They also claimed that eveyone would recieve a “welcome back package” when the network was fully restored. How can they spend this much time working on fixing the store and not re-release the store with the “welcome back package”?
Take off the blinders, Sony has serious issues. The only way to change their business practices is to stop buying into all their false claims and general BS.
