We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.

Anyone knows how can I change my PSN Avatar without a PS3?, I only have a PSP.
And the Playstation store won’t be back until around the end of the month. They only brought the online portion back up mainly because developers needed to make games. As you can see, they still don’t have all the kinks with the online portion worked out yet. So why would they even consider opening up the store if they’re higher priority services aren’t fully back up yet.

Ok so I have an account blackberry9614 I acciendty restored the whole system and deleted the user tht had the blackberry9614 on it. So I made a new user this lawmommy and I made anotherone it. Says sign up for psn I hit it and it says from existing account. I hit it and I type in the password and email for the blackberry but every time it says the password or email is wrong which they arent so any suggestions on wht to do I just want my blackberry back it has all my friends data and info for all my games. I’m pissed I was 6 prestige in black ops I just wanna play

Im just confused by the fact that people were leaving comments on this blog post when you have to sign in to your account name to do so (account name = Network ID) And also, it struck me oddly that when all i did was go to sign in on the PS3 and it not work, i just turned off my system, turned it back on, went to sign in and bingo…i dont get it lol. Oh well, no longer matters, the Network is back up and running, and i am more than happy about it. Great Job Sony. Not only for the work you did with this hacking, but with the upkeep of FREE GAMING. You are appreciated.
