An external intrusion on our system has affected our PlayStation Network and Qriocity services. blah blah blah…but im not the only one…
it just seems to be one thing after another with playstation lately…blah blah blah…
the next update will be at 11:59 tonight…after dinner and drinks with friends, they will make a post about maybe someone intruded into their system, but in fact, they fubbed the steam integration…left it wide open, and in came some attacks…
At this point the only thing that will restore my faith will be something like cross-game voice chat or backwards compatibility. Serious wounds here.

Anybody else feel like once a day doesn’t qualify as “promptly”? Just say “we’ll issue an update every morning”.
Fortunately the free auto-update for Mushroom Wars allowed 4 player split screen so we’re good at the moment (glad i didn’t pay for the upgrade). We’ll we would be good except those stupid Psyclone controllers never connect so they’re playing 3 player while I’m checking the PSN status. Oops, somebody’s crying, must be my turn to play ;-()

I feel bad for sony. All they want is a hack-free system to make it an evenly fun and fair system. its the reason they got rid of the “OtherOs” because it was a backdoor to easy hacking. Now they are being bombarded with hate messages and hacks inside and out. They are just trying to make it better for everyone. I personally thank you Sony for all your efforts against the hacking community and making it fun for everyone. \i can deal without the PSN for a few days if its for the better in the end.
I have a theory, as we know Gabe Newell (Valve co-founder) hated Playstation 3 and everything about it, but then suddenly had a change of heart and told everyone that the PS3 version of Portal 2 is going to be the best console version, could this of been some elaborate plan to find an easy way into PSN and take it down? Sound Plausible?
