  • Hm, White Knight Chronicles 2? Disgaea 4? Trinity: Zill O’ll Zero? Ni no Kuni: Another World? Maybe Agent? Any word on that?
And Is The Agency or Free Realms still coming to PS3?

Other than that, A very good year for PS3.

Here’s my list. Though it has a few Jp games, which some are probably not gonna get localized especially Tales of Xillia just cause NamcoBandai is being retarded with the Tales series.

  • No More Heroes is in Fall now? Why?

  • My gf gonna either love me or hate me no other option all kitchen equipment will fly to my direction…. I gues I will have to spoil her more…..

    Sid, what about you? Already
hide all knies and hidden blades in the house?

  • Very, very, VERY excited.

  • Disgaea 4 is missing from this list! Also Trinity Souls of Zill’Oll, and in my dreams… Final Fantasy Versus XIII.

  • Awesome stuff! Was I the only one slightly confused by the format? Picture first and text second was just sort of weird to me haha.
This is going to be a tough year to beat.

  • The Last Guardian has “delayed to 2012” written all over it.

And wouldnt it be cool if the new ‘Tales of’ games could be on this list. Sony really shuold step forward to localise them.

  • wheres White Knight Chronicles 2? i thought we were getting it this year

  • @55remanutd5: Me too

  • Isn’t DC Universe Online technically another exclusive? It’s a sony product that will be exclusive to ps3 being its only console regardless of the PC version.

  • I just wanted to say how much I appreciate this list, even though it may be incomplete after a few months. WKC2 is missing at the moment.
At least 7 are must-haves for me!

  • I pray to god that Final Fantasy Versus XIII will remain a PS3 exclusive.

  • In this list I’m getting almost all those games lol. My most anticipated game is Infamous 2 but they are all high on my list of 2011.

Will we get a firm release date soon for Ico collection?
oh and I see there is no The last guardian in that list so I guess there’s chance we wont see this title this year..

  • NVM i didnt see the last guardian

  • Cant wait For SOCOM 4 and UC3

  • Uncharted 3 is the game i’m lookin forward too! it will 100% be GOTY for me and my fave game ever made! so yeah…. thats mine bwaha

  • Looks like a good year for playstation with the right marketing campaign!

  • Amazing lineup all I need is an infamous 2 release date and my wallet is set to be destroyed

  • hey Sid/ Jeff will journey have online co op ? when can we expect Motorstorm Apocalypse multiplayer demo/ beta? any White Knight Chronicles 2 news ? sony with all the power on the entertainment industry and all the variety in their developers how come they dont have an exclusive RPG developer on their side? i mean they have any other genre pretty much covered

  • what happened to Eight Days ? the tech demo looked very very impressive , why did you guys cancel it ? what about The Getaway 3 ? Wardevil ? its been like forever since we havent heard about it , Starhawak ? man you guys have a lot of games coming out to the ps3 , i really hope you guys support the upcoming PSP 2 like that too

  • don’t forget Mortal Kombat….. Kratos featured, it’s a game it self….!! ;oD

  • oh and i seriously want Heavenly Sword 2 , i talked to Jeff about it at the New York playstation meet up and at E3 last year , come on , make it happen!!!!!

  • I’m keeping an open mind with Hyperdimension Neptunia since it is a turn-based RPG, but I have been greatly disappointed with titles coming out of NISA so I’m on the fence big time. Usually the stories in their games are absolutely awful so all you have left is the gameplay. These smaller developers (Idea Factory, Gust, Compile Heart) all love making their games have 1203985123 attacks that are all basically the same. They also love the combo system you’d expect to see in fighter style games (do a button combination for a special move).

I’m disgusted that Gust switch genre’s on the Ar Tonelico game, that lost them a sale.

  • This year I’ll buy more games than in any single year before and yep, most of them are exclusive and higher quality for it.

  • Too. Many. Games. Holy crap. And I had not heard of Hyperdimension Neptunia before, but it sounds completely awesome.

  • Excited about Twisted Metal!!!

    U3, Shooter 2, LBP2, MS:A, KZ3……

GOODBYE MONEY, We have had some good times but im replacing you with awesome games!!!

  • Should be great year for Sony!

The exclusive game I’m looking forward to the most has to be Uncharted 3! Uncharted 2 is a complete package: story, graphics, multiplayer and most importantly gameplay! Uncharted 2 is one of few games that I replayed the whole story several times and a game I had a blast getting a platinum on. I can only assume that Uncharted 3 will improve or at least meet expectations in all those aspects. I’m really excited to see what they end up doing with multiplayer this time around.

Killzone 3 – There isn’t much I can say except that I loved Killzone 2 with it’s glorious graphics (although Radec was insane!) and I can’t wait to go on a Helghast killing spree once again. I hope PSN will have ISA and Helghast avatars and a Killzone 3 dynamic theme available around launch!

Resistance 3 – I enjoyed the first Resistance more then the second, so it will be interesting to see if they have found a nice balance between them for the third. Hopefully there is more focus on story/character development and gameplay instead of scale and big bosses like Resistance 2 was.

  • MotorStorm Apocalypse – I’ve never really played MotorStorm and I’m not a big racing game fan but I’ll be keeping my eye on this and definitely give the demo a try.

The Last Guardian – I would absolutely can’t wait to get my hands on TLG this year especially with the Ico/SoC collection coming out but whether they’d like to admit it or not I believe there is a good chance that it will be pushed back again to Spring 2012. I would love to be wrong though.

Journey – This has great potential. I’m very interested in seeing more on this (especially gameplay wise).

inFAMOUS 2 – inFAMOUS was fun but I’m skeptical on the major shift that the sequel seems to be taking. This could go either way with fans of the first.

Ico and Shadow of Colossus collection – So happy to see this finally happening! SoC was one of my favorite gaming experiences on the PS2 which is saying a lot. I never got a chance to get my hands on the elusive game Ico, that I’m sure I’ll enjoy as well. Throw in trophies and improved graphics and this is a huge win for fans. Cannot wait! (PLEASE make available a dynamic theme with a Colossus walking around!)

  • Cant wait for LBP2

  • Cannot wait for next winter, Uncharted 3 and The Last Guardian FTW!

  • Awesome job as usual Sid.

    Also love the selected screenshots.

  • inFAMOUS 2
    Uncharted 3
    Killzone 3
    The Last Guardian
    ICO Collection
    and SOCOM 4 for me!

    Can’t wait!

  • I will be getting 17 out of 20 games. I don’t think my wallet will be able to withstand the abuse Sony alone will be handing out this year

  • What about White Knight Chronicles 2 though? I loved the first (yes, even with it’s faults and the singeplayer game,) and I’m excited for the next!

  • The Last Guardian and LittleBigPlanet 2,the photos are incorrect

  • cant wait for the new uncharted

  • Oh lord I want Journey so bad…

  • Yakuza 4 for me. The 3rd one was my game of the year.

  • It’s going to be a great year!

  • That’s why I love PlayStation, you guys have the best exclusives.

  • Take all my money.

  • I was under the impression that Journey was a multiplat. Hopefully plus members will get some discounts when those PSN games release yeah? :D

Seriously though, glad I moved over to gamefly for the majority of my games. Way too many titles to buy outright but so many I want to play!

  • It looks like a busy gaming year for me. Sony, I don’t mind going broke from all these awesome games as long as they stay awesome.

  • Where’s Sly 4?? Had hoped that to be on the list!

  • I’m guessing the reason the following were not listed is because the developers are still iffy on 2011?

    Virtua Tennis 4
Zo Trinity Souls of Zill O’ll
    White Knight Chronicles 2
Queen of the White Sacred Ash
    Disgea 4
    Atelier Totori
    Final Fantasy versus XIII

  • I will be buying more games this year than any other year. Crazy lineup for PS3.

  • Well i’m waiting for infamous 2 and uncharted 3 since i m a big action / adventure games guy both games look really awesome specialy uncharted 3

  • One word “Ico.”
