  • BTW- where is NBA2K 10 for PSP? The game is out in stores. Hate to sound like a broken record. But, this is probably the worst update in recent history.

  • >:( I want more games on my Go now. Feeling very used and left out.

  • no Pangya Portable? no more games for PSP GO! the worst update ever!

  • No demos?? Hmm… Is there will be more stuff for Batman?

  • seriously sony, you need to get your act together and start releasing content throughout the week and try to release demos to games before they come out

  • Tomba, Klonoa, FF8 and 9, Crash Team Racing, Resident Evil 2 and 3, Dino Crisis 1 and 2…

Why are these games taking so long to appear on PSN?!

  • When are we going to see the Ratchet & Clank demo??? The game is almost here.

  • nah don’t feel bad, voice your opinion because Sony is lacking on feeding content to their consumers.

  • LBP = FAIL. No fixes FTL.

  • I call for a Riot on the PS Blog. This is epic bull****.

  • I would like to see more PSOne RPGs coming(Alundra!!!!) out just as much as the next guy, but what good will the fuss do? They aren’t gonna read this blog and say heyyy!!! we need to put what they want!!!!! We suffered not so good updates before and we will again. Just be thankful with what we do have.

  • @everyone stop being so dramatic.. no one forced you to buy a go at launch. plus its only its second update. surely there has to be something for u to dl in the meantime. you early adopters never learn your lesson. heres a thought…. why not wait to see how the ps store will establish otself when u know thats the only way to get your games… then u decide if the go is for u or not… pretty smart huh?? it took me a whole 5 seconds to think that one up!

  • TRINE WILL NO LONGER BE PURCHASED ON RELEASE OR IT ALL FOR THAT MATTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ^ LOL. or Sony could actually listen to what their consumers want and provide us with better updates instead of promising that more then 500 games will be available during the GO’s launch.

  • SCEA = FAIL

  • jeff, you can reply to one person. but not to everyone else with the same question? xD

    where are the psp games?!

  • Wheres RF guerilla smasher pack that THQ told us via twitter

    http://twitter.com/RedFaction

that will release this week according to you guys at sony headquarters

  • what happened to the new releases like Naruto Shippuden and Dissidia for the PSP GO?

  • @162 well think harder, usually when a company makes a lot of money off a product they tend to focus on it a bit more. “We just sold X amount of GO’s, think we should put games for it now =O, I think we could make more money that way.”

quite the opposite with sony because obviously they hired an idiot to run things.

  • Where is Dissidia??????????????????????

  • what happened to the new releases like Naruto Shippuden and Dissidia for PSP GO?

  • As a purchaser of two PSP Go’s (one for wife, one for me), this PSN update sincerely worries me.

Is it too much to ask for a steady stream of back-catalogue psp titles?

The entire value of the PSP Go console is determined by the catalogue of titles available on the PSN. You’ve given us 100 PSP titles, at most 15% of which are desirable, quality titles. I bought PSN cards today, in anticipation of a decent store-update. I feel burned.

I hope this week is just a hiccup and that Sony will be striving to release at least 5 worthwhile titles a week.

  • Epic fail!!!!! U guys sucks Sony!!!! I waitin on 2k10 demo and it comes out next week?? I wanna choose between live10 and 2k10.. Only psp nonsence!!!

  • The only way we would win now is to completely boycott sony until they get their act together.

doubt people would follow through, they just want to cry, Im guilty too

I think im going to see if best buy would let me return this go… even though I put $80 warranty that im probably not going to get back.

  • Seriously, this PSP update is quite shocking. Granted you released some 100 PSP titles last week but with the release of the Go! and movement to digital distribution, I expected to see at least another 10-20 PSP titles every week. Like new retail releases, you should have a release calendar for your customers so we’re not completely left in the dark, wondering when/if a specific game will ever be up for download.

  • I think tyhat Sony has bit off more than they can chew with trying to support the PSPgo at the same time as trying to steadily improve the PSN, it seems like every couple of weeks a different segment of people are going to be upset that there’s nothing for them because the Sony execs. can’t seem to keep up with all the content that should be availible to everyone in every region. The playstation store still has plenty of problems that need to be ironed out, like where did zombie apocolypse go? I thought TMNT had trophies and would be easy to find it the store, but it’s not. huh. whatever :(

  • Look at the rating this post got. lol. I think this may be the lowest rating ever for something (if not then it’s probably the lowest rating for a store update).

  • You’re killing me, Sony! Where is my FFVIII?

  • I never comment on these blogs but this is madness!!!!! where r the psp games? what happened 2 New releases like naruto shippuden legends or nba 2k10? Sony i hate u! im so mad right now…. Im a new psp go consumer and this is a slap in the face. i feel like breaking my computer. I agree we should all riot! Never have i been so disappointed. I gave up my soul calibur dissidia and resistance for my psp go! thinking i could redownload em. But no dissidia! f u sony. I dnt care if i get banned either.

  • Wow, this isn’t the entire update is it? It can’t be, I just spent 250$ not including the cables and dock, all for nothing.

  • just a note to you idiots throwing around numbers like 600-700, i really dont think there are more then about 450 games on the psp in NA

  • What I really wanna know is when can we see more dynamic themes? Or even new avatars too.

  • I’m not over reacting either… its just so frustrating. I want my dissidia and my naruto. Add more games!

  • So, where´s that “Nice update. Thanks Grace” stuff you come up with every week now? Eh?

  • Still no Trine.
    wtf

  • Vhere is Naruto Shippuden need DD fore pspgo i don’t need UMD wow good suport fore GO.

  • Ok, I have to admit, its hard not to feel a little cheated. I agree that as an early adopter you take a risk. But, companies that reward early adopters quickly reap huge dividends when it comes to brand loyalty. Perhaps it would have been wiser to release the PSPGo when more of the PSP back catalogue was ready to release.

This update = sad panda face.

  • This update=Failure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this update is a complete nonsense. First no Trine and sony don’t tell anything about it and the game is already out in Europe and we can’t buy anything on eurostore because Sony don’t want too (even if they said the game is region free) so I guess Sony didn’t care or want my money.

Second, The PSP Go is a completly crap. I have the PSP slim and I will NEVER buy a PSP go because they are so many great games on UMD that is not in the store and new released games is not in the store either that I don’t see a single positive point to buy a 250$ system for this crap, seriously.

  • Why does the EU have Red Faction: Guerilla – Smasher Pack and we don’t????????

  • YAYZZZ!!!!! ^_^ Update on my birthday yay!!! Also, a pulse video too, what are the chances? Anyone hope everyone on ps blog is doing good and I hope I have a good 15 b-day!!!!

  • OMG, i was just thinking about Pandemonium! the other day! I knew it was only a matter of time till i’d see it here

  • Thanks for Critter Crunch.

Too bad about the rest.. or lack of it.

  • a response doesnt seem likely; it would be like swimming in chummed water.

i think the rhetoric on early adopters goes bothe ways. someone said we should know things are slow at launch. Shouldnt Sony have learned this lesson as wel and as a result be more prepared for future launches?

  • wow im glad my girlfriend told me 2 buy an iphone instead of this piece of $hit sony= epic fail

  • @189 Trine was announced for october 22nd like a week ago, get over yourself

  • okay I just watched the SCE TGS 2009 Keynote again just to verify, and Kaz states that the NA, EUR And Asia Markets will have 700!!! titles during the PSPGo’s launch on October 1st. Sony you guys better have something up your sleeves because consumers are getting pissed at you guys.

  • Pointless for me to post this as Sony reps probably won’t read this far back and others just don’t pay attention, but here goes:

    1. New content, is new content and I appreciate it but the lack of content is just sorry. I don’t expect a demo every week because frankly we’d run out anyway because there’s just not that many demos out there, so whatever.

    2. This PS1 classic crap is crap. Where are you pulling this crap out of Sony? Seriously, find worse games if possible. You’ve got a gigantic library of titles you could be putting up there that would easily please the masses and make you tons of extra cash but you fail on a weekly basis to do it.

    3. Dynamic Themes and new avatars what? Yeah exactly. I honesty don’t even care but when YOU come out and brag about how great they are going to be, how many you are gonna have blah blah blah and then we get 0 product… um yeah how stupid does that make you look?

I’ve never seen a company that is in sales even remotely neglect to make as much money as Sony does. I love Sony products, I love the quality, etc but you guys fail, and fail miserably on a regular basis to take money I’m easily prepared to give to you.

    Amazing.

  • I saw a news story a while back that RE2 and RE3 were coming to the US PSN store. Guess that was a lie, but would love to play those games on handheld. Add those to the list, please, along with FF9 and Vagrant Story.

With the PSPGo eschewing the UMD system, you guys really need to dump the back catalog on the network. Especially older games like MGS Portable Ops, Castlevania, Silent Hill, the GTA games, etc. I just paid some [DELETED] collector nearly $40 for a copy of MGS Portable Ops because right now they’re vanishing faster than Manalaks. As far as I’m concerned, that should be on the network to save us money.

  • Those Dirt 2 DLC packs disappoint me.
