This is a very sad update for me. But its good to see some of you are pleased with it.
It would be nice to see some dlc games on sale when theres not much too offer us, i may just spend some $$$$ on a game i didnt think i would have bought in the past.Hmmm…hint…hint….just a thought.

Also…why do you have a video preview function for games but use it 5% of the time?
So as far as updates go Cross Edge gets regular releases with seemingly no need to hold back while Trine is pushed back to September for PSN for cert? Geez.. Sony should really think of putting something out of that calibur considering Shadow Complex, which has been getting deserved rave reviews, has just dropped. Fat Princess is a great game don’t get me wrong, but it’s mainly online. Personally, I like to mix it up, when I don’t want to deal with other people single player or story mode is the way to go and Trine looks to deliver that in spades. Do we really need to go buy it off Steam?

I’m disappointed that the Asian Region is seriously left out; no Killzone 2 items, no Resident Evil 5 archives, and hitting one million pts. for the hooded top in Resistance 2 ‘4 Barrels of Fury’ is f-ing IMPOSSIBLE!
You guys need to provide an update on the Canadian PSN Video Store. This is getting beyond ridiculous.
So it seems that the reason behind no NHL 10 demo for PSN this week, is because we got it a week early for last year’s demo. It’s payback for Microsoft’s screwing up last year with their testing, which caused them to get the demo late. EA blows.

As a concerned consumer from north or the border I was wondering now that Eu has been announced to be getting the video store in November when can we expect in here?? I don’t wish to complain like others here in the blog, I would just really like to know.
For what it’s worth, I retract last week’s comments about the Disgaea 3 DLC bundle.
$49.99 is, well, a bundle…but my math took into account only the most recently released pieces of content.
There is significantly more than that in the ‘Add-Ons’ menu, and all of the standalone content there would add up to almost $75.
$50 is still a lot, but it’s a definite discount instead of a “what in the world?” headscratcher.
I am wondering, have you guys announced anything in regard to a canadian video store? I am getting my dad to buy a PS3 Slim and he will only get it if there is a video store.
And I already own a ps3 60 gb day 1 purchase wOOt, so we would have 2.

@146…do what I did…stop waiting and banging your head in frustration trying to get an answer..I asked politely every week for 6 months. Just use an iPod with video out or buy yourself an Xbox 360 for that purpose.

$15 for a PSN game and no demo? When will these developers (or Sony) get it through their thick skulls that NO DEMO = NO BUY. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF XBOX LIVE ARCADE WHERE EVERY GAME EVER RELEASED PROVIDES US WITH A DEMO?
Can’t wait to play Resident Evil 2 and 3 again on PSN thoses games bring back alot of memorys for me i still play resident evil all the time never get tired of playing it also i hope we finally start to see PS2 games on the PSN someday soon .

Why is there always such a difference between EU PSN and NA PSN? I can understand the differences between the japanese store and the others but there’s no such things as a PAL vs NTSC compatibility. EU is complaining they don’t have the NA stuff and today it’s vice versa… Playing demo help me decide if I buy a game or not, if I would really enjoy an over emphasized in publicity game or not, if I should buy a Xbox360 or not… Tonight, i’m not downloading anything and I’m going at my friend to play NHL10 on his Xbox.

Its almost as if the people running the ps store aren’t even trying. i remember “many moons ago”, the store would even promote thier stuff, would include demos (more than one), previews (lots of videos of upcoming titles), and so on. Things have changed. this might sound silly but trust me on this, good content equals $ in yor pocket, shocking isn’t it.
And here come the complainers again, i guess this is going to get worse as more xbots get ps3s.. I can’t stand ungrateful immature cry babies. You guys weren’t around in 2007 early 2008 when there would be months that went by with nothing. We now get stuff every week and there is always at least one item i buy… so stop your complaining, PSBlog cry-baby club!!

@159 This is no complaining. In fact, the service PSN is giving to his users is great. No cost fees for online play, lots of wallpapers, themes, ps1 games and so on. The fact is, the only place where us customers can be heard for our hopes, incomprehensions or desires is on this blog. Yes, lots of people are expressing their frustrations here (maybe not in the best ways) but they all hope to be heard. Anyway, at this stage, i’m pretty sure nobody at Sony is reading these comments after the 50th.
